Republicans in several battleground states are moving to strike Joe Biden from their respective states’ presidential ballots after anti-Trump persecutors booted the 45th President from the 2024 race in Colorado.
The Democrat-dominated Colorado Supreme Court issued a ruling that bars 45th President Trump from appearing on ballots in the state, using a perversion of the 14th Amendment meant to keep ex-Confederates from becoming President in the 1800s. Though the Supreme Court of the United States is expected to overrule the Colorado decision and any potential copycats, calls for retribution have been swift and widespread, with red-state Republicans moving to rip Joe Biden from their states’ ballots.
“REMOVE BIDEN FROM THE FLORIDA BALLOT NOW!” America First candidate for Congress and former Florida state legislator Anthony Sabatini wrote in a post he made to X shortly after the Colorado Supreme Court issued its unprecedented ruling.
On Friday, Republicans from three battleground states announced that they would be filing legislation to remove Biden from the ballot, according to a joint press release from Pennsylvania Rep. Aaron Bernstine, Georgia Rep. Charlice Byrd, and Arizona Rep. Cory McGarr.
“Today, we are joining forces to introduce legislation to REMOVE Joe Biden from the ballot in Georgia, Arizona, and Pennsylvania,” the joint press release reads.
“The absurdity of radical Democrat judges removing Donald Trump from the ballot in Colorado will be a stain on the American political system for decades. By their very own interpretation of the law, Joe Biden is 100% not eligible to run for political office,” the statement goes on, highlighting well-known Biden family criminality and anti-American subversion.
“Democrats’ insane justification to remove Trump can just as easily be applied to Joe Biden for his ‘insurrection’ at the southern border and his alleged corrupt family business dealings with China.”
“…We must fight back as Republicans against the communists currently running our great country.”
