So WHERE is the story about WHY Nemos is being banned by youtube….????….
While I agree that banning is completely wrong the way Alphabet / Google / Youtube (AGY) is doing it, and that you and others need to establish a presence elsewhere, I think many are approaching this completely wrong.
As you clearly stated in your message you are placing content on many other sites, but why not place it only on one site such as Mike Adams Brighteon, which appears to be growing very fast.
Also why not on your site clearly recommend a SE like Duck Duck Go. Take searches and $$$ away from AGY. The thoughts below need to be vetted by a good law team.
And IF you really want to inflict some pain onto AGY why not tell your users that have websites to send AGY a legal notice of no trespassing and IP rights fair use notice which AGY does not have as they are not a news organization that itself produces content. And send them a self executing contract for violating no trespassing with a huge per occurrence fine.
