Are There U.S. Bioweapon Labs In Ukraine And Did Russia Take Them Out?

On the morning of February 24, 2022, Clandestine’s Twitter account was suspended. Clandestine tweeted an interesting perspective on the Ukrainian-Russian war. On the same date, Adan Salazar appeared on InfoWars talking about U.S. bio-labs believed to operate in many cities throughout the Ukraine. For years, the Russians have accused the U.S. of running bio-weapons labs that could develop chemical and biological weapons. Say what? Is Russia‘s “military operation” a masquerade to target U.S. bio-labs in Ukraine?

Clandestine’s (@WarClandestine) twitter thread was retrieved from Threader Reader App. The thread reads: “Holy shit! I think I may be on to something about Ukraine. Zelensky said the Russians are firing at ‘military installations.’ I am seeing speculation that could include U.S.installed bio-labs.” Rhoda Wilson, from The Exposé in the U.K. wrote a great piece about this. She broke it down into different categories. At first, this seemed somewhat strange. As she investigated, she found that the U.S. has several bio-labs in Ukraine, and they are financed at the expense of the U.S. Department of Defense (DOD). They are located in Odessa, Vinnytsia, Uzhgorod, Lviv (three), Kiev (three), Kherson, Ternopil, and near Crimea and Luhansk. Wilson was stunned to find out that the U.S. does. And in classic U.S. fashion, it’s marketed as “defence.” It’s called Biological Threat Reduction Program in Ukraine. Below is a picture illustrating the locations of the bio-labs:

As Wilson studied the information, she found some of the “most dangerous viruses in the world.” So, the world’s most lethal pathogens are near Russia’s borders with Ukraine. I never knew about this, but Russia has been accusing the U.S. of creating bioweapons at their border, all in the name of “defence.” The Russians have good reason to believe that the U.S. funded gain of function research in Wuhan, which is responsible for the Covid-19 plandemic. Russia and China petitioned the UN for the U.S. and its allies to be “checked and limited” in bio-capabilities four months ago. What! On October 8, 2021, Beijing’s envoy urges the U.S. to agree to a monitoring mechanism, continuing the finger-pointing after the nations traded key points over the origins of SARS-CoV-2. China and Russia indirectly and correctly blamed the U.S. for the coronavirus outbreak, and are fearful that the U.S. and allies have more viruses to let out. How does this pertain to Ukraine?

According to the U.S. Embassy in Ukraine, it is stated on their website: “The Biological Threat Reduction Program’s priorities in Ukraine are to consolidate and secure pathogens and toxins of security concern and to continue to ensure Ukraine can detect and report outbreaks caused by dangerous pathogens before they pose security or stability threats.” Nikolai Patrushev, Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, claimed last year there were clear signs of dangerous pathogens at the labs that could be used for military or political purposes. Biological laboratories under the U.S. are growing by leaps and bounds over the last few years. As Patrushev said last July, “moreover, by strange coincidence, mainly at the Russian and Chinese borders.” It is unknown what takes place inside the walls of the facilities. Patrushev also mentioned: “We are told that peaceful sanitation stations operate near our borders, but for some reason, they are reminiscent of Fort Dietrick in Maryland, where American scientists have been working in the field of military biology for decades. By the way, we should pay attention to the fact that outbreaks of diseases that are not typical for these regions are recorded in the surrounding areas.” Similarly, he noted that Russia believes that the U.S. has bioweapons at the labs. Not a day goes by at the headquarters of the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) in The Hague that the Americans and their allies do not come forward with another chapter of the anti-Russian chemical dossier.

Earlier this week, there were explosions being reported in Lutsk, Ukraine. This is 75 miles inland in far western Ukraine. In the opposite border of Russia, what does this have to do with Crimea/Donetsk In the east? Reportedly Kiev has seen missile strikes as well at their airports and military installations. Kiev (has three bio-labs) is also on the western side of Ukraine, a city the U.S. government has confirmed to have built bio-labs in. Putin continues to demilitarize and “denazify” the country, but not occupy it. If Putin really believes, as his administration has admitted multiple times, that the U.S. are manufacturing bioweapons at Russia’s borders, then this operation could be much bigger.

In this context, Russia and China are calling for attention that the United States and its allies oversee military biological activities that are deployed outside its national territory, which function in an opaque and non-transparent manner. This in turn, can cause serious concerns and questions among the international community over its compliance with the Biological Weapons Convention (BWC). Russia and China declared that the U.S. is detrimental to the “security of relevant regions.

Adan Salazar appeared on InfoWars the other day describing the fiasco. He mentioned how people are asking questions about what is going on because Fake News media is causing mass confusion with its propaganda narrative. These same individuals are getting banned from Luciferian Big Tech platforms for asking legitimate questions and bringing up valid points about the bio-labs. I will place the link below of the podcast with Alex Jones. I will warn you now there are many “F bombs,” but his work is meticulous. Interestingly, Salazar states that if you say anything negative about Russia, you will be kicked off platforms, since Fake News media is dishing out high doses of anti-Russian propaganda. We need a news reporter, both international or domestic, to ask the fake Biden administration what they know about the U.S. bio-labs in Ukraine, but since the questions are “scripted” before hand, I doubt that will ever happen.
