CA and NY masks mandates by media

The key element of social control is distraction, ” fear the virus! ”

On Jan 13th, both the Ca gov and the NY gov declared mask mandates to go into effect

on the Jan 15th.

This caused businesses to demand that masks be worn on signs posted on the doors.

People have been arrested for not following these rules, and charged with trespassing.

Neither of these governors issued executive orders for the mandates, instead delegating

the matter to their heath commissioners to make a recommendation to wear masks.

This new masking alleged order is NOT being issued by the CA Governor, it is only being issued in a memo by Tomas J. Aragon, M.D.,

the State Public Health Officer & Director of the California Department of Public Health, an unelected state bureaucrat.

California Department of Public Health (CDPH) is requiring masks to be worn in all indoor public settings, irrespective of vaccine status,
for the next four weeks (December 15, 2021 through January 15, 2022).

NY Commissioner’s Determination on Indoor Masking Pursuant to 10 NYCRR 2.60:

Pursuant to 10 NYCRR 2.60, I hereby issue the following determination, which includes findings of necessity, to support the face masking/covering requirements set forth below, effective December 13, 2021.

A determination or a memo is not a law.
