Hello My Dear Dustin,
You are Very Precious – I pray for you and your dear family. I have written this before, and you get sooooo much mail, I know it is utterly impossible for you to read it all, let alone respond. But in case you should somehow see this, I empathize very much with you in your feelings about your dear ones and the drug (H) – you see it is even hard for me to say it’s name. I have spent years dealing with the same, with my two oldest children. My son is off of it and doing very well for several years, working hard and got his electrical contractor’s license. My daughter is still fighting an uphill battle for 15 years now, so I really feel the pain of it with you. I know growing up with a parent, as well as siblings, who struggle with this, is probably even harder in many ways. I want to tell you again I am so very proud of you, as if you were my own. I also want to tell you, I know of hundreds and thousands that have been delivered from this terrible drug, with many powerful testimonies online, on you tube, of how Jesus Christ set them completely and gloriously, free. Much love you you Dear, and to your family too.
Dear Linn, Thank you for your tender note to dear Dustin. I pray for Dustin to find the Lord also. You and I can’t be the only ones. Dustin says he doesn’t do well with authority. I’m the same way, but it’s different with Jesus. After fighting his authority for years, I now welcome his authority in my life. Like it says in the Bible, “My yoke is easy and My burden is light.” But no one else better try it. He is our creator and it’s a natural fit. I will pray for your daughter, if that’s OK with you.

Dear Dustin,
Your love for your family touched me. Getting off the scourge of drug addiction is hard. Two things. One, for the addict, he or she needs the emotional support of loved ones. Two, is Nature. That is, the addict must get out of his or her environment and out into Nature. Getting out and away from familiar negative routines at home and going somewhere into the Natural world can be a great help. Going to the lake, beach, forest, mountains, stream, farm, horse ranch, desert, etc. can be very healing.
