The point Q is trying to make is that somebody had been reading these same papers throughout history since it was written at some point between now and 2007. They were planning around something like this. and 

• maybe that was their that was their scapegoat

• maybe that was how they even harvested some of these viruses 
• maybe they went to the bats to start and then pulled out some of their tricks to change the genetics of those different regular coronavirus diseases that aren’t that bad or something like that
