So– Erika Kirk’s sex-trafficking connections? All it took was Google Translate Romanian. Sorry/ not-sorry.

I found Erika’s Vimeo where she’s created a video about Romanian Angels. It’s mostly about giving gifts to kids– but she thanks Col. Otto Busher III US Army, USMC. Erika Kirk (known as Erika Frantzve at that time) thanks Otto Busher in the Romanian Angels video, where US military were allegedly bringing gifts to young orphans.

A search for Otto Busher brings up the articles in Romanian about sex-trafficking of children.

Here’s the first:

A former translator from the American base in Kogălniceanu accuses: A real brothel operated here, where minors were brought in. The woman filed a criminal complaint with DIICOT, requesting that the “Kogălniceanu File” be connected to the “Caracal-Deveselu File”

The Caracal case in the summer of 2019 brought the Deveselu base to the fore, with voices linking the disappearances of Luiza Melencu and Alexandra Măceșanu to human trafficking networks and the military unit hosting the Americans. Journalist Ion Spânu presents in Cotidianul the revelations of a former translator at the American military base in Kogălniceanu. She is Ana Maria Nuciu, who claims that a real brothel operated in this military unit, where underage girls were brought here to satisfy the desires of some soldiers. Ana Maria Nuciu notified the Prosecutor’s Office about this brothel on the premises of the military base and, although there was an extensive investigation carried out by the American and Romanian authorities, the Agreement signed in 2001 between the two countries was invoked, in which Romania ceded the right of investigation of the American military to the USA. Among those who would have benefited from the services of the girls brought to the Kogălniceanu base would have been the commander of the “Black Sea Area Support Team” base, OTTO BUSHER, helped by his right hand, senior adjutant platoon leader of BSAST, LLOYD SPARKS.

The daily presents, in the first episode of a broader investigation, the criminal complaint that Ana Maria Nuciu sent to DIICOT, in which she requests that the “Kogălniceanu File” be connected to the “Caracal-Deveselu File”. The document contains absolutely incredible information and details, which the author of the complaint, Ana Maria Nuciu, argues with concrete evidence, which, under normal conditions, would have led to convictions with long prison terms. However, since we are talking about military interests, the US, NATO, there are forces that always try to put the matter on the back burner whenever such scandals explode in the public space, the journalist writes. The journalist announces that he will publish an extensive series, with documents, photos, audio-video recordings, conversations and photos, some truly shocking, of underage girls recruited for sexual pleasure. You will see in the upcoming episodes that Romania is in first place not only in delivering girls for human trafficking networks in the EU, but also in trafficking women for NATO soldiers, as happened in Kosovo, Kuwait or Bosnia and Herzegovina! But let’s read carefully the document sent on November 20, 2019 by Ana Maria Nuciu to DIICOT, concludes the journalist.

The daily continues the series about the allegations regarding the existence of a brothel at the American base in Kogălniceanu: Documents with the “offers” they made for the girls’ services.

In this episode, the aforementioned source publishes the documents found by Ana Maria Nuciu on a computer belonging to another employee of the base, “who translated the commander’s messages to prostitutes, which even included the amounts he paid for sexual services!”

“This L. tried to delete from Ana Maria Nuciu’s computer certain files in which the conversations that Commander Otto Busher had with the prostitutes were translated, but, bad luck!, they had already been saved, so they are now in our possession. You will notice in one file even the amounts paid for sexual services!”, writes Spânu.Furthermore, Nuciu brings an audio document in which she can be heard being threatened by a Mark Boggs, who tells her that he will run her over with his car if she continues to interfere.The article also reproduces the resolution of the Military Prosecutors who investigated the case, who “but say that they only investigated the entry registers to discover the “girls”, only, in the mind of the rooster, it is understandable that Ana Maria Nuciu is referring to the people who entered the base without being registered!”On page 3 of the Ordinance, where Ana Maria Nuciu refers to the harassment and threats of Capt. Alexander R. Gardiner, the prosecutor specifies the real reason why the file was closed: “considering Law no. 291/2007, Joint Order M115/158/44/C/2015, as well as the NATO-SOFA Agreement, the jurisdiction to investigate the acts committed by US military personnel on Romanian territory belongs to the US judicial bodies, which were notified by the petitioner”!

Ana Maria Nuciu’s revelations, the former translator from the American NATO Base in Kogălniceanu, regarding the existence of a real BORDEL inside this military unit, received a lot of attention from our readers, the first episode being picked up by several prestigious media outlets. Some of the readers were even worried, asking us if the series would continue and if there would be pressure on the newspaper to stop it. This episode is proof that our investigation is in full swing.

SUMMARY OF THE FIRST EPISODE

The devastating document that we published in full in the first episode, which was sent to DIICOT, reveals the existence of this BORDER in the Kogălniceanu military base. Ana Maria Nuciu filed a criminal complaint against OTTO BUSHER III , the commander of the US Forces stationed in the Kogălniceanu military base, and LLOYD SPARKS , senior adjutant platoon of the BSAST Organization, who was the commander’s right hand.

The two are accused of having set up this BROTEL for American soldiers inside UM 01837, in one of the P buildings, where “several young women (including some minors) were sexually exploited, who were kept under guard, according to the statements of the civilian employees of the US Army from the Kogălniceanu base”!

Ana Maria Nuciu states that the Romanian military authorities, who had control over the people entering the base, were also aware of this shocking situation. The former translator describes in great detail how several prostitutes entered the military base, brought by car by two American civilian employees, and led right into the office of Commander Otto Busher, located across from the translators’ office, where Ana Maria Nuciu herself worked!

AUDIO / DEATH THREAT IF NOT CALM DOWN

A certain Mark Boggs was in charge of removing the girls from the unit, who, feeling protected by the commander, even dared to threaten Ana Maria Nuciu that he would run her over with a car if she ever poked her nose into the sexual business he was in charge of! We present to you the audio recording that confirms these threats:

“AN: Good morning… [ incomprehensible text] .. . You were saying something to me yesterday..
MB: Yes
AN: I couldn’t understand exactly what you were saying, but I heard parts of what you said and associating them I don’t think that you were saying something nice. So, I want to ask you what were you saying?
MB: When?
AN: I just heard “Fuck” “and I’ll run you over”.
MB: Oh, oh last night when I was…
AN: Yes, yes, last night, I couldn’t, I couldn’t understand very well so I wanted to make sure that what you said was not… what were you saying?
MB: I said you need to have a reflective… You need to be more reflective or you’re going to get run over.
AN: More reflective, meaning what?
MB: You know reflection, reflection? People … [incomprehensible text] … your coat is dark.
AN: So you weren’t swearing on me? You weren’t threatening me?
MB: No.
AN: No? OK. So you were just concerned for me?
MB: It was more of a joke.
AN: More of a joke? You do that kind of jokes?… So, I thought I heard a “Fuck” there, and I didn’t understand what you said next, but associating the “Fuck” with the “I’ll run you over” was something that I thought was not right. So that’s why, what I wanted to ask you, what were you actually saying to me?
MB: That’s what I said.
AN: That’s what you said? OK.
MB: You think that that was abnormal? Was that, was that out of character?
AN: To say fuck…

Feeling threatened, Ana Maria Nuciu went to the Mihail Kogălniceanu Police Station, but the commander convinced her to drop the complaint, fearing the consequences of opening such a file. Ana Maria Nuciu, however, insisted that these things be specified in a document, so that if anything happened to her, the cause would be known!
A few days later, Mark Boggs disappeared from the base, after Ana Maria Nuciu had asked to be put in touch with the US Army department that was in charge of the investigations, but Boggs’ place, as far as sexual services for the commander were concerned, was taken by a certain Mr. L.

WHAT DID ANA MARIA NUCIU FIND IN A COMPUTER ABOUT THE BROTEL?

The whole brothel story arose from an error of this character who, when Ana Maria Nuciu’s computer broke down, gave her, without formatting it, the computer of a Romanian employee who translated the commander’s messages to prostitutes, which even included the amounts he paid for sexual services!
This L. tried to delete from Ana Maria Nuciu’s computer certain files in which the conversations that Commander Otto Busher had with the prostitutes were translated, but, bad luck!, they had already been saved, so they are now in our possession. You will notice in one file even the amounts paid for sexual services! Look at them very carefully:

As can be seen, the military prosecutors have interviewed several cadres and conducted checks, but they say that they only examined the entry registers to discover the “girls”, but, in the mind of the rooster, it is understandable that Ana Maria Nuciu is referring to the people who entered the base without being registered!

On tab 3 of the Ordinance, where Ana Maria Nuciu refers to the harassment and threats of Capt. Alexander R. Gardiner, the prosecutor specifies the real reason why the file was closed: “considering Law no. 291/2007, Joint Order M115/158/44/C/2015, as well as the NATO-SOFA Agreement, the competence to investigate the acts committed by US military cadres on Romanian territory belongs to the US judicial bodies, which were notified by the petitioner”!

Under these conditions, specified even by the military prosecutors who filed Ana Maria Nuciu’s criminal complaint, it is clear that finding the truth was not the objective of the investigation, but, on the contrary, hiding it! And, thus, does anyone imagine that the termination of Ana Maria Nuciu’s employment contract, after her revelations, is foreign to this objective?
