JUST IN: “Our Expectation Is The Panel Will Move This Case Quickly” – Kari Lake Gives Update On Private Conference Yesterday In Arizona Court Of Appeals

The Arizona Court of Appeals held a closed-door conference yesterday to discuss Kari Lake’s lawsuit against this corrupt election.

Kari Lake’s election for Governor of Arizona was blatantly stolen right in our faces. The Gateway Pundit reported on the massive machine and printer failures that targeted Election Day voters, turning out for Kari Lake and Republicans 3:1. According to cybersecurity expert Clay Parikh, who testified in Kari Lake’s election trial, broken machines and printers on Election Day “could not arise absent intentional misconduct.”

Her lawsuit to overturn the corrupt election more than proved this and other violations of the law that stole the election from Trump-Endorsed Republicans in Arizona. However, Judge Peter Thompson dismissed eight of ten counts before Lake’s trial on December 21. He later dismissed the entire lawsuit on Christmas Eve, despite the evidence of massive voter disenfranchisement targeting Republicans, obviously false testimony by County Elections officials, and his own refusal to hear all of the evidence.

Lake appealed Thompson’s ruling, and the Arizona Appeals Court recently ordered a conference to be scheduled for Wednesday, February 1. Lake told Steve Bannon earlier this month, “We know they stole the election, and we have more evidence coming forth.”

Presiding Judge Maria Elena Cruz was appointed to the Court by Doug Ducey on April 12, 2017, Judge Angela K Paton was appointed by Ducey in October 2021, and Judge Peter B Swann was appointed to the Court by Democratic Governor Janet Napolitano on September 23, 2008.

The conference yesterday was closed to attorneys, media, and the public, and a live feed was unavailable.

The Arizona Court of Appeals judged the trial court’s ruling based on the record from the trial and likely did not consider any new evidence. However, The Court was asked by attorneys for Lake to take notice of the Arizona Senate Elections Committee investigation and presentations by We The People AZ Alliance.

The Gateway Pundit reported on the presentation on January 23 and the shocking findings, including Election Day tabulators reportedly rejecting nearly 1/4 million vote attempts on election day and nearly 300,000 mismatched or fraudulent mail-in ballot signatures in Maricopa County’s 2022 Election.

On Monday, January 30, We The People AZ Alliance gave another bombshell presentation and revealed that an estimated 8,327+ voters did not cast ballots due to tabulator failures and long lines caused by intentional sabotage of Republican voters in Maricopa County.
