President Donald Trump on Wednesday gave the terrorist organization Hamas a “last warning” for releasing the hostages, stating they could still determine the outcome of the war with Israel if they release the prisoners.
The warning comes after Trump met with eight previous Hamas hostages in the Oval Office on Wednesday, where he heard about their time in captivity and committed to bringing the rest of the prisoners home, the White House said.
Trump gravely warned that if Hamas did not release the hostages and the dead bodies of their victims quickly, then there would be “hell to pay later.”
“‘Shalom Hamas’ means Hello and Goodbye – You can choose,” the president posted on Truth Social. “Release all of the Hostages now, not later, and immediately return all the dead bodies of the people you murdered, or it is OVER for you.”

The president claimed that he had sent Israel everything it needed to wipe out Hamas, and that no member of the organization would be safe if they did not release the prisoners immediately.
“I have just met with your former Hostages whose lives you have destroyed. This is your last warning,” he continued. “To the People of Gaza: A beautiful Future awaits, but not if you hold Hostages. If you do, you are DEAD! Make a SMART decision. RELEASE THE HOSTAGES NOW, OR THERE WILL BE HELL TO PAY LATER!”
The final warning comes after more than 500 days of conflict.
