They just announced they’ll be leading the newly created Pentagon’s Strategic Capabilities Office (SCO)’s COGNITIVE WARFARE initiative!
The stated goal of this new office is to, “disrupt the cognition and the thinking ability of an adversary or person of influence.”
They so far have NOT stated that these sinister tactics won’t be utilized against the domestic population. It is my belief that it absolutely will be used against Americans, and we are paying for them to do it.
