Joaquin Flores is a Mexican-American expat based in Belgrade. He is a full-time analyst and director at the Center for Syncretic Studies, a public geostrategic think-tank and consultancy firm, as well as the co-editor of Fort Russ news service. His expertise encompasses Eastern Europe, Eurasia, and he has a strong proficiency in Middle East affairs. Flores is particularly adept at analyzing ideology and the role of mass psychology, as well as the methods of the information war in the context of 4GW and New Media. He is a political scientist educated at California State University. In the US, he worked for a number of years as a labor union organizer, chief negotiator, and strategist for a major trade union federation.

BACKGROUND ON SERBIA, by West Harris
Serbia is a Christian Orthodox kingdom founded in 1859 after fighting a war of independence against Moslem Turkey which had held it in total slavery since 1459. During those terrible four centuries of persecution and exploitation, the Moslem Turkish Ottoman empire kidnapped young boys and girls for the sex trade. These disgusting barbaric practices were universal in all the countries brutalized by TURKEY – Greece, Romania and Bulgaria in the Balkans, the kingdom of Serbia, Hungary and Czechoslovakia. These are the same countries which have resisted the Soros-CIA financed and organized Moslem invasion of Europe.
After WW1 the kingdom of Serbia was transformed into the kingdom of Yugoslavia in 1921. The Orthodox Christian kingdom of Montenegro had declared independence from Turkey in 1878. The royal families of Serbia and Montenegro had intermarried so that the two royal dynasties merged politically and unified as Yugoslavia.
Because Serbia-Montenegro had fought on the winning side of WW1, they were awarded by the Allies the Roman Catholic territories of Slovenia and Croatia without consulting the inhabitants. Slovenia and Croatia had been a part of the Austro-Hungarian empire which was on the losing side of WW1. They had different religion, language and culture from Serbia and were not happy to be forced into becoming provinces of a foreign country. Their languages were written in Latin script like other European languages, while Serbian and Montenegro were written in Cyrillic script derived from Russian.
The new kingdom of Yugoslavia lasted from 1921 until 1946 when it was occupied by the Russian army and forced to become communist. The royal family and government which had been on the side of the allies were forced into exile. When communism collapsed in Russia in 1989, the communist government of Yugoslavia also collapsed and split up. Croatia and Slovenia immediately declared independence and soon joined the EU.
Serbia reconfigured a new government under the leadership of an opportunistic former communist politician who became the dictator. Two southern districts of former Serbia and Montenegro called Kossovo and Macedonia declared their separate independence. This was opposed by Serbia which declared war on them.
The former district of Kossovo was 95 % Moslem Albanians originally from the neighboring small country of Albania which is the most backward and primitive nation in the Balkans. This was the only area in Europe where centuries ago Turkey had successfully converted the people to Islam. In the 1990’s money poured into Kossovo from Turkey and Saudi Arabia to support a terrorist insurgency against Christian Serbians. Moslem terrorist training camps were given weapons by the CIA paid for by Saudi Arabia.
The second district to declare independence from Serbia was Macedonia, which is Orthodox Christian and anxious to be separated from anything Moslem.
Meanwhile the ex-communist dictator of Serbia was kicked out in 2000 after a decade in power. The provisional government immediately invited the exiled royal family to return and repatriated their property. The Crown Prince is a populist who believes in constitutional monarchy which most Serbians regard as a stabilizing influence. During this period, the UN had established a so-called peaceful occupation to administer Kossovo and Macedonia which were fighting with Serbia and committing genocide against Serbians within their borders. Actually the UN gave the CIA free reign to build the terrorist camps and begin sex slave and organ trafficking through various Clinton NGO’s.
Kossovo finally obtained independence in 2008 but now the CIA is once again provoking war in order to enable Moslem migrants to enter Europe more easily and revive the sex trafficking.
Macedonia declared independence in 1991. Its people are 70% Orthodox Christian and 30% Albanian Moslem. Albania has been fighting a guerilla war against Macedonia in order to further a Moslem agenda. The Macedonian Christians speak a Bulgarian dialect. Bulgaria borders eastern Kossovo and Macedonia but has not been involved in any of the conflicts. Interestingly in 1996 Bulgaria also invited its former King SIMEON II to return. As a private citizen he was elected prime minister 2001-2005 and remains immensely popular. One of his grandmothers was a princess of Montenegro.
BELGRADE WAS THE CAPITAL OF YUGOSLAVIA, AND TODAY FOR SERBIA

In 1999, the US directly bombed Belgrade for three months, killing possibly tens of thousands of Serbian civilians as they slept at night. At the same time, the US occupied the south-Serbian region of Kosovo. Then, the US installed a puppet ethnic Albanian government, composed of suspects of white slavery traffickers, drug traffickers, and human organ dealers, including the current so-called ‘PM’, Hashim Thaci. This is not a Serbian ‘nationalist myth’, but is in fact confirmed by the Council of Europe itself.
Even the Guardian, reported in 2010 that:
” Kosovo’s prime minister is the head of a “mafia-like” Albanian group responsible for smuggling weapons, drugs and human organs through eastern Europe, according to a Council of Europe inquiry report on organised crime.
Hashim Thaçi is identified as the boss of a network that began operating criminal rackets in the runup to the 1998-99 Kosovo war, and has held powerful sway over the country’s government since.
The report of the two-year inquiry, which cites FBI and other intelligence sources, has been obtained by the Guardian. It names Thaçi as having over the last decade exerted “violent control” over the heroin trade. Figures from Thaçi’s inner circle are also accused of taking captives across the border into Albania after the war, where a number of Serbs are said to have been murdered for their kidneys, which were sold on the black market.”
Serbia has one of the highest rates of missing/kidnapped children in the world. The official press tends to ignore this, or when pressed, these kidnappings are often blamed on Roma (Gypsies). While Roma may be involved at the ground level, the Clinton-Albright-Thaci human trafficking network deeply delves into the realm of so-called PizzaGate, and Albanian human trafficking. This is how several other renegade ‘pro-western’ Serbs, associated with the former US installed puppet government of the Democratic Party (Serbia), led by Zoran Đinđić, and others such as ‘Spirit-Cooker’ and Satanic witch, Marina Abramovich, as well as the renegade (anti) Serbian pedophile and snuff-porn artist, Biljana Djurdjevic, whose art adorns the walls of accused pedophile and PizzaGate co-ring leader, John Podesta, are all connected. With regard back to the explanation of the 1999 bombing of Belgrade and occupation of Kosovo, many experts now believe it was created in part by Hillary Clinton and her political mentor Madeleine Albright. The scandal forced the generally war-reluctant Bill Clinton to ‘wag the dog’ and declare war on Serbia. Without digressing, the deep history of this part of the story should be investigated further by FRN readers. In short, Albright’s Jewish family was saved by Yugoslavia during the holocaust, and Albright apparently was unhappy with her brief time in Serbia as a small child. As a 4 foot 8 inch dwarf, who suffers obesity in addition, it is possible that she came to resent the very Serbs who saved her family on a very base, primordial level. This will make sense for those familiar with the physical attributes of Serbs.
Madeleine Albright today co-owns a telecom company in occupied Kosovo, and is therefore in bed with the pretend ‘Kosovo PM’ Hashim Thaci. Why he is essentially problematic is explained below. This gets into the next part of the division of Yugoslavia, where Serbia itself begins to be dismembered by the NATO cabal.
Kosovo is presently occupied by the United States and NATO forces under the banner ‘KFOR’, or Kosovo Force. The country of Albania is the primary regional country which also promotes and supports many elements of the Kosovo project, as Kosovo has, over the course of time of ethnic cleansing of Serbs, become a predominantly Albanian populated region of Serbia.

Some countries recognize Kosovo mostly NATO and allies, and others do not. Kosovo is not recognized by the UN and does not have a seat as a member state. Also significantly, Russia, India, Syria, Brazil, Iran, Spain and China do not recognize the illegal separation of Kosovo under US occupation, from Serbia. It is, by most international legal standards, occupied Serbian territory.
