⚡️🇺🇸🇮🇱Connections between ICE, Israel, ADL & JINSA – Israel is exporting their violent tactics to be used on Americans!
ICE and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security have longstanding operational, technological, and training ties with Israel.
Since the early 2000s, DHS has maintained a liaison presence in Israel, formalizing cooperation on counterterrorism, cyber operations, and border security. ICE’s investigative arm, Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), operates an office in Tel Aviv, coordinating with the Israel Police, Shin Bet, and Israel’s Ministry of Defense on intelligence sharing, joint investigations, and technology transfer.
In 2022, DHS signed new bilateral security cooperation agreements with Israel, expanding joint work on biometric data sharing, cyber intelligence, and border surveillance technology. These agreements allow ICE and DHS agencies to access and contribute to shared intelligence databases.
ICE and other DHS agencies have also purchased surveillance and spyware tools from Israeli companies, including Paragon Solutions, enabling phone hacking, data scraping, location tracking, and cellphone communications monitoring.
Israeli defense contractor Elbit Systems helped build large portions of the U.S.–Mexico border surveillance infrastructure, including radar towers, drones, and remote sensors. These technologies were first tested on Palestinians in the occupied West Bank and Gaza before deployment in the United States.
DHS and Israel also jointly fund research through programs such as BIRD Foundation, which supports the development of new technologies for border protection, biometric tracking, and surveillance systems.
In parallel, U.S. immigration officials, including ICE and Customs and Border Protection agents, have participated in U.S.–Israel law enforcement exchange programs. These are not official DHS or ICE training requirements, but are organized by outside nonprofits and universities.
Key programs include the Anti-Defamation League National Counter-Terrorism Seminar, which brought U.S. law enforcement officials, including ICE participants, to Israel in multiple years, including 2010, 2014, and 2015; the Jewish Institute for National Security of America (JINSA) Law Enforcement Exchange Program, operating since 2002; and the Georgia International Law Enforcement Exchange (GILEE).
These exchanges involve meetings and trainings with Israeli police and security forces focused on counterterrorism, border control, surveillance, and crowd-control tactics. Funding typically comes from private donors, nonprofit budgets, and external grants, rather than DHS or ICE training funds.
Much of what is publicly known about ICE and DHS participation comes from watchdog groups, investigative reporting, and civil-rights organizations, rather than direct DHS disclosures.

Can someone explain to me why the woman shot by ICE agents in Minneapolis was dragged out of the car and carried all the way down the street when an ambulance could’ve pulled up to the car so that they could start life-saving procedures? Try defending that shit in court and I can tell you there will be a trial, at the very least a civil trial. Good luck to the lawyers defending some of these actions and inactions.

This was a mother doing something completely ordinary: Dropping somebody off, then trying to leave. She goes to pull out, stops for one car to pass, then waves the agents to drive past. Within seconds, those ICE agents exit their vehicle and rush her, shouting and escalating the situation. Panicked, she tries to drive away and gets shot in the face three times.
She posed no threat, showed no intent to harm, and was interfering with no one. She was a civilian going about her life. The official statements that followed contradict the footage and read like an attempt to rewrite what happened.
This was a reckless, unjustified killing, followed by a dishonest effort to evade responsibility. It’s horrifying, and it exposes something deeply wrong with the US government and these ICE agents. They must be held accountable.

The headrest is pretty clean and upright. If there had been any close-range head trauma in that position, you’d expect transfer, displacement, or visible disturbance.

The passenger seat is almost spotless. No blood splatter, or transfer during removal?
3. No internal particulate
With a windshield puncture visible, one would expect some degree of fine glass scatter inside.
4. Body removed??
If a body was removed, the standard protocol is tarps, gloves, sheets, and blocking the public view.
Instead, personnel are casually standing around while the interior is fully exposed to cameras.
5. No evidence markers inside the vehicle
Forensics normally mark trajectories, casing positions, biological traces, and interior disturbances.
There are no visible evidence tags or markers — unusual for a processed scene.
6. No medic presence or equipment
Even in a clearly fatal event, EMS usually confirms and documents before leaving.
The scene shows tactical officers lingering, but no medical personnel.
7. Tape erected before interior processing
Police tape is up and secured, yet no one is actively investigating the cabin.

8. The windshield impact vs. interior calm
A windshield impact suggests force or attempt to stop motion.
Inside, nothing seems affected: no items shifted, no signs of sudden braking.
9. Officers’ body language
They are not in active mode.

Normally officers block line of sight when a deceased person was present.
