Nicholas Jordan Wagter has been involuntarily detained at Vancouver General Hospital since May 23rd. He is 27 years old. He has a Bachelor’s in Medical Biophysics and a Master’s from University of Toronto.
RIGHT NOW, they are preparing to force-medicate him with high-dose antipsychotics.
I know what comes next because IT HAPPENED TO ME.
Once they start olanzapine or similar antipsychotics, the damage is PERMANENT:
– Frontal lobe deterioration
– Executive dysfunction
– Loss of intellectual capacity
– Inability to work at graduate level
– Mental death while physically alive
A 27-year-old researcher will be reduced to a blank stare. His career over. His future destroyed. All under the guise of “treatment.”
THE TIMELINE:
– Mid-April 2026: Dr. Christine Taylor observed Wagter at a Vancouver café WITHOUT direct interaction
– She consulted with his family (who don’t understand what forced medication actually does)
– She issued Form 4 certification under BC Mental Health Act
– May 23, 2026: VPD/CAR 87 pulled him over, second certification issued on-site
– May 23-26: Detained at VGH, posting from inside claiming unlawful detention
– NOW: Forced medication protocol imminent
DR. CHRISTINE TAYLOR’S HISTORY:
Shannon Emery (Fraser Health Authority) warned us in 2023-2025:
– “10-minute certification interviews”
– “Extreme negligence”
– “Working for money and sadistic eugenics”
– “Sleeping fine, eating fine, doing daily activities, still certify you”
This is the SAME psychiatrist who certified Wagter based on café observation.
WHAT WAGTER ACTUALLY DID:
He distributed a 12-page document about Chinese interference in Canada and concerning federal legislation (Bills C-8, C-9, C-15). The document contains:
– 40+ citations from CSIS, RCMP, Supreme Court cases
– Legitimate concerns echoed by Canadian Civil Liberties Association, Canadian Bar Association
– Evidence of real documented problems (illegal Chinese police stations confirmed by RCMP)
Was his METHOD concerning? Yes – threatening language, mass distribution, including personal ID.
Does that justify PERMANENT COGNITIVE DESTRUCTION? Absolutely not.
WHAT NEEDS TO HAPPEN IN THE NEXT 24 HOURS:
- Legal representation specializing in Mental Health Act challenges
- Emergency injunction against forced medication
- Independent psychiatric assessment (not Vancouver Coastal Health)
- Mandatory review hearing BEFORE medication begins
- Family education about permanent harm from antipsychotics
- Public oversight of VGH psychiatric ward protocols
THE STAKES:
909 Canadian police officers and 118,000 military personnel died fighting for democracy and civil liberties in WW1, WW2, Korea, Afghanistan.
Nicholas Wagter raised concerns about erosion of those liberties. His method was flawed. His mental state may be fragile.
BUT CHEMICALLY DISABLING HIM PERMANENTLY IS NOT HEALTHCARE. IT’S PUNISHMENT.
If we let this happen, we’re telling every Canadian: “If you raise uncomfortable political concerns, even with evidence, we’ll label you mentally ill and destroy your brain.” I SURVIVED THIS SYSTEM. I KNOW WHAT’S COMING FOR HIM. Forced antipsychotics took my cognitive function. I went from high IQ, high-functioning to barely able to think. Executive dysfunction. Permanent damage. Nicholas Wagter has 24-48 hours before the same thing happens to him. SHARE THIS EVERYWHERE. TAG EVERYONE. MAKE NOISE. This is not a drill. This is a 27-year-old’s life.
