The FBI labeled a veteran led organization as a domestic terrorist group, according to another whistleblower who revealed the information to the ranking member of the House Judiciary Committee. This information comes as FBI Director Christopher Wray continues to stone-wall members of Congress regarding numerous whistleblower disclosures that FBI officials are pressuring agents to reclassify questionable cases the bureau is investigating as ‘domestic terrorism,’ according to a letter released by the Republican ranking member with the House Judiciary late Wednesday night.
The letter sent to Wray from House Judiciary Committee Ranking member Rep. Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, warns the bureau’s alleged designation of some Americans and organizations as possible domestic terrorists for simply being patriotic, is unacceptable and that questions regarding the use of this designation must be answered.
Jordan told me late Wednesday night that the “latest whistleblower disclosure shows us that if you own a gun, if you fly the American flag, if you express doubt about big government, then you too could be labeled a domestic terrorist. That’s scary.”
Jordan is demanding that Wray turn over “all documents and communications referring or relating to the FBI’s Domestic Terrorism Symbols Guide on Militia Violent Extremism, for the period of January I. 2020, to the present. He is also demanding that the FBI provide “a full and complete explanation as to way the FBIs Domestic Terrorism Strategic Unit did not include symbols, images, phrases, events, and individuals about left-wing violent extremism of the FBI’s Domestic Terrorism Symbols Guide.”
Jordan said Wray must “provide this information as soon as possible, but no later than 5:00 p.m. on September 28, 2022.”

On August 2, 2022, a media organization obtained a copy, which new whistleblower
disclosures have authenticated, of the FBI’s “Domestic Terrorism Symbols Guide” on “Militia
Violent Extremists” (MVEs).”
“The FBI’s document included symbols like “2A” and states that ‘MVEs justify their existence with the Second Amendment, due to the mention of a ‘well regulated Militia,’ as well as the right to bear arms.’ The document also includes “commonly referenced historical imagery or quotes,” like the ‘Betsy Ross Flag’ and the ‘Gadsden Flag,’ as symbols of so-called terrorists,” the letter states.
The letter also reveals that the FBI has been investigating a veteran-led group. The document obtained by the committee includes a section labeled ‘symbols of militia networks some MVEs may self-identify with,’ and describes one group, called American Contingency, as “[mainstream media, nationwide, mostly online activity, low history of violence. American Contingency is a company founded by former U.S.
service member Mike Glover, who has publicly rejected the FBI’s accusations that he is a terrorist and has described American Contingency’s charitable work on behalf of communities devastated by natural disasters.”
