FBI Special Agent Joe Pientka had by all appearances a normal government career. Pientka drew an interview assignment that however would alter his life big league, both professionally and personally.

Joe was paired up with infamous Peter Strzok to interview the then current NSA Director General Mike Flynn. The FBI’s “302 Form” is an official document that memorializes witness interview sessions and is used legally in all court room proceedings.

What has come into play was the strange interpretation of these Flynn 302’s by higher ups within the DOJ/FBI. Pientka claims he believed General Flynn was telling the truth during this interview and Strzok’s notes seem to back up this professional gut feeling.

Devin Nunes’s House Committee has already concluded with the beliefs of Pientka/Strzok, that they saw no indication Flynn was intentionally lying. Senator Grassley’s Committee looks like they are leaning in this same direction and are looking for all related documents.

This apparent entrapment/sting operation was to remove Flynn from the Trump Administration. DOJ’s Sally Yates advised POTUS of the “blackmail” threat poised by Flynn misleading VP Pence over the now notorious Kislyak conversation.

Flynn had a phone call during the Trump transition period with the Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak. This call was both intercepted and leaked out to cause harm. The Muller charges against Flynn and what he has plead guilty to committing, come from making false statements during his FBI interview.
It has come to light that DOJ Bruce Ohr meet with both Pientka and Strzok during this time period. Joe Pientka and a group of fellow FBI agents, all want to testify against Comey/McCabe/Strzok/and others. They want to be called while on active duty so their legal fees will be covered by the government.

Rosenstein has been delaying providing some of the documents related to the Flynn case to Senator Grassley. The never shy Chuck says [RR] refusals are “disingenuous and extremely disturbing”.
