The Big 2020 Election Steal Part 3
Brad Raffensperger, Secretary of State in Georgia, has joined plaintiffs in lawsuit filed against him. He is requesting a release of a report that investigates Dominion Voting Systems. The report was completed by J. Alex Halderman, director of the University of Michigan Center for Computer Science. The sealed federal case, in Curling vs. Raffensperger, alleged hackers “had the capability and easy access to voting machines in Georgia. Raffensperger (another Rhino) stated on January 26, 2022 that the report should be made public to Georgia’s citizens. He also explained “it is generating misleading media articles about the Dominion Voting Equipment used in Georgia.”
Haldeman was allowed full access to the state’s election system, which utilized Dominion equipment. In the meantime, Raffensperger stated the public deserves to know the claims and testimony of the Halderman research, while making sure the 2020 election was safe and secure. So far this report has been veiled in secrecy. According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, hackers can “change votes if they gained access to the machines. Little has been revealed about the documents and court sessions. U.S. District Judge, Amy Totenberg, an Obama appointee, told parties in the case she would review some of the report “with redactions” and decide whether to release it. Can we count on her to do anything since she is an Obama nominee? Several media outlets are requesting the release of the report, as well as the plaintiffs.
The U.S. Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency stated in a recent filing that a process is needed to address weaknesses and vulnerabilities, which is critical to the security of America’s voting systems. One of the plaintiffs’ lawyers in the case, David Cross, told Epoch Times in an email: “We do support public disclosure of a slightly redacted copy of the report and have been pushing for that for months.” Cross explained that Raffensperger had until recently opposed the report, which was filed in July 2021. Why the sudden change in heart with the “do nothing Rhino? Is he finally acting because the heat is on? Raffensperger has objected to every request that the plaintiffs and Halderman made to the Court over the last several months. He did not want to make the report public and provide it to federal and state election officials. Raffensperger has implied that the judge had prevented him and his office from obtaining the content. Similarly, he claimed the judge hid many of weaknesses in regards to the Ballot Marking Device (BMD). This is simply not true.
Governor Kemp recently called out Raffensperger on his failure to comply with his duties to look at these vulnerabilities, as well as ignoring the report since last summer. The timing of his attacks, especially on Halderman is no coincidence. The finger pointing has begun. The corrupt Secretary made a decision months ago not to address the report. To the voters of Georgia that is a deliberate dereliction. Once again, he chose to politicize the issue rather than doing what Kemp told him to do, while claiming to the people of Georgia that he is doing everything possible. Ironically, David Purdue, gubernatorial candidate in Georgia and former senator, wants to create a law enforcement unit in the state, which would focus on election crimes. Those who commit these offenses would be arrested. Purdue, a Republican, was quoted: “This Is about transparency and accountability. Georgians deserve confidence that only legal votes will be counted, and that anyone who tries to interfere with our elections will be arrested and persecuted.” Purdue also claimed he would do as governor what Kemp has failed to do. Incidentally, Trump is endorsing Purdue. Kemp is claiming that Purdue is lying to the people of Georgia. Cody Hall, a spokesman for the campaign of Kemp (running for re-election) stated that the proposed law makes clear that the governor has no legal authority regarding “the oversight, investigation, and administration of elections in our state.”
John Poulos, Dominion’s CEO and president, said in a statement released by Raffensperger’s office that Halderman’s review did not “include a holistic approach of all safeguards in place, including procedural and technical safeguards.” Poulos claimed that Dominion supports all efforts to bring the facts and evidence forward, defending the integrity of their machines. I will believe that when it happens! The saga continues in Georgia. There were multiple discrepancies in many Georgia counties in the 2020 election. Activists have presented evidence of fraud, but Raffensperger claims the election ran smoothly. It appears to me Kemp is putting pressure on Raffensperger to do something for a change about election integrity, especially with Dominion machines. Is Halderman going to be the fall guy or scapegoat?
