Fuel Prices Explode – Biden Administration a House Fire

After watching Trump set record after record, we finally get to see Brandon set not one – but TWO RECORDS OF HIS OWN!. Today fuel prices skyrocketed to not only record cost per gallon prices but managed to rise faster than ever before as well. Diesel also broke similar records of its own. The explosion of fuel prices is burning Biden’s playhouse to the ground.

“The national average price of gasoline in the U.S. today broke the existing record, rewriting the all-time high to today’s $4.104 per gallon,” GasBuddy reported. “The previous all-time high was set back in 2008 at $4.103 per gallon, just ahead of the U.S. Great Recession and housing crisis.” At the time of this writing GasBuddy and twitter were both offline at the same time??????

GasBuddy is a platform/app that collects data on fuel prices to save consumers money. They added that the price of diesel was “likely to break the record of $4.846 per gallon in the next two weeks.”

The company’s statement continued, “In addition to setting a new all-time high, the national average is seeing its largest ever 7 day spike: 49.1 cents per gallon, eclipsing the 49.0 cent weekly rise after Hurricane Katrina in 2005,”. “On Saturday, the U.S. national average gas price surpassed $4 per gallon for the first time since 2008, and Friday’s spike alone came close to the record daily rise of 18 cents per gallon, increasing nearly 16 cents per gallon in one day. Diesel prices, however, did break records on Friday, as diesel soared to its largest daily gain ever: 22.2 cents per gallon, 6 cents higher than the previous record from 2013.”

When diesel goes up – everything goes up. We already stand on the brink of hyperinflation; truckers are currently circling DC; our supply chain is failing before our very eyes… and Biden laughs at lifting domestic oil restrictions.

White House press secretary Jen Psaki released a set of talking points on social media, arguing against a focus on boosting oil production in the United States.

“It’s a reminder that real energy security comes from reducing our dependence on fossil fuels,” Psaki wrote, noting that Russia’s continued invasion of Ukraine was causing a spike in oil prices.

Psaki pushed back against Republicans and Democrat Senator Joe Manchin; calling for more domestic oil production.

She argues domestic oil production was up after the coronavirus pandemic but that the United States was still vulnerable to global oil markets.

“[Domestic production has not insulated us from the price volatility of fossil fuels or the whims of those who control them, such as President Putin,” she said. “Americans know that.”

But yet the Keystone pipeline remains shutdown

The catch is this, gas prices were ramping up before the invasion. ABC reported on February 27th:

“Gas prices were rising rapidly even before Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, but with the current shock to the oil market, $4 a gallon gas is now likely to be widespread across the country in a matter of weeks — if not sooner.”

Today they were proved right.
