Hunter Biden’s Rosemont Seneca Invested In Firm Tied To Ukrainian Biolabs And Metabiota

The U.S. State Department claimed on Tuesday that there were U.S. Biolabs in Ukraine. Then, on Wednesday, the fake Biden administration backtracked and insisted there were NO U.S.-funded biological laboratories in Ukraine. Ok, so what is it? Victoria Nuland admitted during testimony before a U.S. Senate

committee the existence of biological research labs in Ukraine. Nuland is Secretary of State for Political Affairs in the United States. Why the sudden confusing message from the Biden administration? Especially when there are documents that prove the U.S. was funding some of the biological labs, which I discussed in a recent article. The United States set up these labs in Ukraine to study potentially dangerous pathogens. The real reason for the quick turnaround may be because Hunter Biden’s firm Rosemont Seneca was funding the firms involved in the building of these labs in Ukraine and they felt this was something they did not want the American people to know.

What is Rosemont Seneca and who are the players involved? Hunter Biden and Christopher Heinz, John Kerry’s stepson, formed Rosemont Seneca Partners, a private equity firm in 2009 with their friend, Devon Archer. The demonic trio established a series of related LLCs. It was anchored to Rosemont Capital, the alternative investment fund of the Heinz family fortune. The fund grew very quickly. According to an email revealed as part of a Securities and Exchange Commission investigation, Rosemont described themselves as “a $2.4 billion private equity firm co-owned by Hunter Biden and Christopher Heinz,” with Devon Archer as “Managing Partner.” Archer was convicted in Manhattan Federal Court for the fraudulent issuance and sale of more than $60 million of tribal bonds.

There is a China connection in this debacle. Five months into the Obama administration in June 2009, Biden and Heinz formed Rosemont Seneca, which partnered with the Thornton Group run by James Bulger, and the Bank of China, to form Bohai Harvest RST in China. The Bank of China is owned by the Chinese government and closely connected to the Chinese military and intelligence services. Biden, Heinz, and Archer transferred and sold “dual use” technology to the Chinese military, which was used to create the Chinese drone program and replicate the Chinese version of the F-15 fighter. Bohai Harvest RST (BHR) invested in an app the Chinese government is using to surveil ethic minority Muslims in Western China. How is this not treason? Over one million Muslims living in the region are now incarcerated in Chinese gulags. The partnership, Bohai Harvest RST, is actually a subsidiary of the Bank of China.

InfoWars put together an excellent article with connections between Hunter Biden and the firm Metabiota, which was involved in the creation of biolabs in Ukraine. The Gateway Pundit identified through the Wayback Machine (archive for deleted material from the internet) that Rosemont Seneca invested in Metabiota as noted on the firm’s website back in 2014. Interestingly, Meta means “beyond,” “after,” or “behind,” while biota means “all the animals or plants that live in a particular region or habitat.” Metabiota produces bio-agents under diplomatic cover at “secret” labs, then sells plandemic insurance and trackers to help countries get ahead of what they are putting out. The company is part of the Pentagon’s DTRA (Defense Threat Reduction Agency) Program as well as funded by Rosemont Seneca (Hunter Biden). One other key investor in Metabiota is Pilot Growth Equity. Neil Callahan is the present CEO. Callahan was the former Managing Director of Rosemont Seneca. Metabiota partners with industry and governments worldwide to build resilience to epidemics and protect global health.

Here is some history behind Metabiota. The company was tapped by the Government of Sierra Leone and the World Health Organization to help monitor the spread of the virus and support the response after Ebola was discovered circulating in neighboring Guinea in March 2014. Metabiota was contacted by the Pentagon to perform work for DTRA before and during the Ebola crisis in West Africa and was rewarded $3.1 million (2012-2015) for work in Sierra Leone. From 2014 to 2017, Metabiota sponsored a Viral Surveillance for the PREDICT program, which was an epidemiological research program funded by the United States Agency for Inter-

national Development (USAID) grant. The co-

authors of the PREDICT project were Nathan Wolfe at Metabiota and Peter Daszak and William Karesh from EcoHealth Alliance. This will allow the U.S. to control epidemiological situations in Ukraine by manipulating population size while increasing American pharmaceutical cartels’ profits. In 2016, Obama’s doctrine with Ukraine was all about building laboratories there starting in 2014. It seems that only Americans work there, and the Pentagon finances them. There are 11 secret labs in Ukraine through which dangerous diseases can spread.

Metabiota’s main headquarters is in San Francisco, California with locations in Washington, DC, Tbilisi, Georgia (non-U.S. lab), Baghdad, Iraq, Kazakhstan, Singapore, China, Ukraine (non-disclosed lab site), Tanzania, Democratic Republic of Congo, Munich, Germany, and many more (Including Taiwan).

I mentioned above Dr. Nathan Wolfe, a former CEO with Metabiota. He is the founder and present Chairman of the Board of Metabiota. He is also a member of DARPA’s Defense Science Research Council. Lastly, he is funded by Luciferian Gates and is on the scientific board of EcoHealth Alliance. The current CEO of Metabiota is Nita Madhav, who previously worked at the special pathogens branch of the CDC (Center for Disease Creation).

Another interesting find from the Wayback Machine shows that the U.S. Department of Defense invested in the creation of biolabs in Ukraine with the help of Black and Veatch. Metabiota publicized its relationship with Black and Veatch in 2018: “Today, Metabiota, the pioneer in epidemic risk modeling, announced it has been awarded a subcontract from Black and Veatch to support the U.S. Defense Threat Reduction Agency’s (DTRA) Cooperative Biological Engagement Program (CBEP) in Iraq under the Biological Threat Reduction Integrating Contract (BTRIC). Metabiota has also partnered with Black and Veatch on DTRA’s recently awarded Cooperative Threat Reduction Integrating Contract (CTRIC) III with an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract ceiling of $970 million.
