Pennsylvania Governor Candidate Covered Up Election Fraud Complaints As Attorney General

Pennsylvania Democrat attorney general Josh Shapiro, who is now running for governor in Pennsylvania, stands accused of covering up election fraud complaints against Democrats dating back years during his current tenure as attorney general. A leading whistleblower came forth to accuse Shapiro of being “criminally negligent.” AG Shapiro turned a blind eye to the alleged criminal wrongdoing of members of the Democratic Party in Fayette County, Pennsylvania. These same Democrats now owe Shapiro their support for his run for the governorship. Robert Frasconi told National File, noting that he made a formal complaint directly to Shapiro “after numerous contacts to his subordinates went unanswered.” Frasconi told the National File about alleged election fraud involving a former Democrat state representative who served ten years as state representative in the 51st Legislative District. Timothy Mahoney was elected alongside Josh Shapiro after the middle-of-the-night pay raise scandal of July 2005. Shapiro and Mahoney served together on the House Reform Committee, each being friends. Mahoney pushed for a countrywide referendum on school consolidation back in 2011, which Pennsylvania law does not permit (referenda)

Delinda Young, a colleague of Frasconi, challenged Mahoney’s referendum petition in the local Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas. Mahoney’s referendum petition was shot-down. Mahoney allegedly committed election fraud by altering and falsifying affidavits as circulator and signed as the sole affidavit, as if he solely circulated the petitions. He also perjured himself in the courtroom and he lied about the circulation period for his referendum petitions. Mahoney also received credit for pushing Pennsylvania’s so-called Opens Record law. Mahoney’s per diem records were made during his purported circulation period of his referendum petitions from June 1 – August 8, 2011. As Mahoney then sat on the House Appropriations Committee, and as the Pa budget must be by law completed by July 1, the per diem records show that he was reimbursed for overnight stays in Harrisburg (200 miles away from Fayette County). Thus, Mahoney could not be in Harrisburg and before 50 continuously circulating referendum petitions as he attested on his altered and falsified affidavits of circulator. Therefore, the proof of Mahoney’s election is irrefutable and incontestable. Delinda Young and colleague went through two election boards, two district attorneys, and three Attorney Generals (including Josh Shapiro) to no avail as they all covered for Mahoney.

Secondly, Frasconi stated that Fayette County DA Jack Heneks, Jr. made an application to impanel a county investigating grand jury. Primarily, the grand jury was impaneled to investigate election related issues. Three election-related referrals were made to DA Heneks by the Fayette County Election Board. Mahoney’s alleged election fraud was one of those guidelines. Since then District Attorney and Mahoney are friends, the Grand Jury never issued an indictment against Mahoney. In fact, there were eight outlines issued by the Grand Jury, seven of which were dealt with, but the 5th presentment was sealed by presiding judge Steve Leskinen on December 12, 2014. The docket sheet remains sealed today. The status of the Grand Jury is active, although the grand jurors were dismissed nearly nine years ago. Shapiro was made aware of the complaint back in 2018, but failed to do anything about it.

Frasconi stated in the 3rd petition that back in 2018, at the Fayette County Fair, the Democrats were caught offering inducements to switch party affiliation. This is a violation of the Pennsylvania Voter Registration Act. A formal complaint was filed by the Pa GOP chairman and a hearing was held on September 10, 2018. At the hearing, Fayette County Democrat Party Chairman George “Huck” Rattay testified and took the Fifth approximately 40 times. Mahoney also testified that a weekend stay at a condominium owned by him at 84 lumber tycoon Joe Hardy’s Nemacolin Woodlands Resort was one of the inducements ordered. The matter was referred by a unanimous vote of the three-member county, Voter Registration Commission to DA Richard Bower. He said publicly that he forwarded the matter to AG Josh Shapiro because it was a conflict of interest. Bower was a Democrat who financially supported the local “Democratic Radio Hour” talk show on local AM radio station WMBS 590. Fayette County Democrat Chairman Rattay hosts that talk show. Bower subsequently changed his party affiliation to Republican, but he is still compromised and corrupted, the same as when he was a Democrat. This DA refused to in-vestigate Mahoney’s election fraud. The bottom line with this: “Neither Fayette County Democrat Party Chairman George Rattay nor ex-Democrat state representative Tim Mahoney ever faced investigation (let alone prosecution) for their alleged violations of the Pennsylvania Voters Registration Act. The statue of limitations has run out (normally two years in Pennsylvania for a misdemeanor). Shapiro is criminally negligent for failing to investigate, which is a requirement under Pennsylvania law. The depth of corruption in Pennsylvania is unbelievable. Rhinos in Pennsylvania are just like their fellow counterparts across the country, the “Do Nothing Party.” If we can’t get a DA to prosecute in Pennsylvania for misdemeanors, how are we ever going to straighten out the fraud committed in the 2020 Presidential Election?
