CGA – Cambridge Global Advisors, power brokers at the core of the country. By surveying numerous press releases we can determine CGA has its hands in everything. Their own mission statement:

“We were founded on bipartisan principles, by three partners from different walks of life: Christopher Burnham, former Under Secretary General for Management of the United Nations, Jane Holl Lute, former DHS Deputy Secretary, and Jake Braun, former DHS-White House liaison. Since then, with a staff and bench of former senior executives that have worked across multiple presidential administrations at the Departments of Homeland Security, State, Commerce, Justice, and Defense – as well as on the Hill, in the White House and with dozens of NGOs – CGA has continued to grow as a respected, trusted voice in “the business of government.”

We have discussed founder Jake Braun extensively in the first part. Now, let us turn our focus to the other co-founders.

Christopher Bancroft Burnham is the chairman and chief executive officer of Cambridge Global Capital, LLC, headquartered in Washington, D.C. He has served as Under Secretary General for Management of the United Nations, Assistant Secretary of State for Resource Management, and chief financial officer of the U.S. Department of State. He was a three-term Member of the Connecticut House of Representatives, as well as vice chairman of Deutsche Bank Asset Management and global co-head of private equity, and CEO of PIMCO’s largest equity arm, Columbus Circle Investors. He is also the chairman of Cambridge Global Advisors, a strategic advisory services and consulting firm.

Timeline

1975: Burnham graduated from Kent School in 1975.
1994: Burnham was elected Connecticut State Treasurer in 1994, defeating the Democratic incumbent Joseph M. Suggs Jr. Burnham resigned effective July 22, 1997, to become president and chief executive officer of Columbus Circle Investors, an investment firm based in Stamford, Connecticut.
2008: In 2008, Burnham co-founded and led Deutsche Bank’s direct private equity group, RREEF Capital Partners, the bank’s reentry into private equity after an eight-year absence.
2019: In May 2019, Burnham was named to the U.S. Department of Defense Business Board.

A veteran of the United States Marine Corps Reserve who retired at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel, Mr. Burnham volunteered for active duty in 1990 and served as an infantry platoon commander in the Gulf War. He and his men were part of the lead Allied forces to reach and liberate Kuwait City.

From 2006 to December 2012, Mr. Burnham was the Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Deutsche Asset Management, and a member of the Global Operating Committee. In 2008, Mr. Burnham co-founded and led Deutsche Bank’s direct private equity group, RREEF Capital Partners, the bank’s reentry into private equity after an eight-year absence. He also chaired Deutsche Bank’s governance committee in Germany and is a globally recognized expert in the implementation of accountability, transparency, and best practice in government, corporations, and inter-governmental organizations.

Mr. Burnham joined the United Nations after serving as acting Under Secretary of State for Management for Secretary Condoleezza Rice, and as Assistant Secretary of State for resource management and Chief Financial Officer (he who controls the money…) of the State Department for General Colin Powell. Mr. Burnham joined the Department of State in September 2001 and has been confirmed twice by the United States Senate.

Mr. Burnham led reforms of the Connecticut Treasury, modernization of the financial and reporting systems of the U.S. State Department and instituted sweeping governance reforms as chief management officer of the United Nations. This included the establishment of the first UN Ethics Office, the first United Nations Independent Audit Advisory Committee, the adoption of new International Public Sector Accounting Standards, the first comprehensive consolidated annual report in the history of the United Nations, and a new whistleblower protection policy that received independent recognition as the “gold standard.” He also implemented best-in-class financial disclosure reporting by senior United Nations officials and staff, based on the U.S. Government model.

I can’t begin to say how strongly every urge in my gut says this is where Burnham became linked to Soros money. I don’t have any real evidence other than common sense. This is the exact type of person George Soros would want on his payroll.

Third founder:

Jane Holl Lute is an American diplomat and security analyst currently serving as the UN special envoy on the Cyprus dispute. She served as the Deputy Secretary of Homeland Security from 2009 through 2013, after having been confirmed by the U.S. Senate on April 3, 2009. Previously, Lute was the United Nations Assistant Secretary-Gen…

Timeline

1978 Lute graduated from Montclair State University in 1978 and received her commission as a U.S. Army second lieutenant through Seton Hall University‘s ROTC program.
2000 Before that, she served as Executive Director of the Association of the United States Army’s project on the role of American Military Power in 2000.
2009 On January 23, 2009, President Barack Obama announced his intention to nominate Jane Holl Lute as Deputy Secretary of Homeland Security.
2013 She left the department on April 9, 2013.
2014 On January 5, 2014, she was appointed Special Adviser for Relocation of Camp Hurriya Residents Outside of Iraq by United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon.
2016 On February 8, 2016, she was appointed Special Coordinator on Improving the United Nations Response to Sexual Exploitation and Abuse.

CIS Board Member

Jane Holl Lute is a member of the CIS Board of Directors. She also serves as Strategic Director for SICPA North America, a company that provides best in class solutions to protect the integrity and value of products, processes, and documents, including most of the world’s banknotes. Ms. Lute also serves as Special Advisor to the Secretary-General of the United Nations, where she has held several positions in peacekeeping and peace building.

Ms. Lute served as Deputy Secretary for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security from 2009-2013. She also served as Chief Executive Officer of the Center for Internet Security (CIS), an operating not-for-profit organization and home of the Multi-State Information Sharing and Analysis Center (MS-ISAC) providing cybersecurity services for state, local, tribal, and territorial governments.

Ms. Lute has served on several international commissions focused on cybersecurity and the future of the Internet. She currently serves on the boards of Union Pacific Railroad, Marsh McLennan, and Royal Dutch Shell.

She began her distinguished career in the United States Army and served on the National Security Council staff under both Presidents George H.W. Bush and William Jefferson Clinton.

Ms. Lute holds a Ph.D. in political science from Stanford University and a J.D. from Georgetown University. She is a member of the Virginia bar.

Looking at these three we see a common thread of UN service coupled with international money. Military bears a common name with two members. And… The Department of Homeland Security.

While wife Jane was a founder, we now find the face of the company with a different Lute as CEO. Husband Douglas, who also has ties to the UN, military, and DHS; also boasts an Ambassadorship.

Ambassador Douglas Lute is the former United States Ambassador to NATO.  Appointed by President Obama, he assumed the Brussels-based post in 2013 and served until 2017.   During this period, he was instrumental in designing and implementing the 28-nation Alliance responses to the most severe security challenges in Europe since the end of the Cold War.

A career Army officer, in 2010 Lute retired from active duty as a lieutenant general after 35 years of service.  In 2007 President Bush named him as Assistant to the President and Deputy National Security Advisor to coordinate the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.  In 2009 he was the senior White House official retained by President Obama and his focus on the National Security Council staff shifted to South Asia.  Across these two Administrations, he served a total of six years in the White House.

Before being assigned to the White House, General Lute served as Director of Operations (J3) on the Joint Staff, overseeing U.S. military operations worldwide.  From 2004 to 2006, he was Director of Operations for the United States Central Command, with responsibility for U.S. military operations in 25 countries across the Middle East, eastern Africa, and Central Asia, in which over 200,000 U.S. troops operated.

Through his military-diplomatic career, he received numerous honors and awards, including three awards of the Defense Distinguished Service Medal, the State Department’s Distinguished Honor Award, the Grand Officer of the Order of Merit for the Italian Republic, and the Commander’s Cross of the Order of Merit for the Federal Republic of Germany.

General Lute holds degrees from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University and United States Military Academy at West Point, which named him a Distinguished Graduate in 2018.  He is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations; a charter member of the Senior Military Advisory Group of the United States Institute of Peace; a member of the American Academy of Diplomacy; and a member of the board of the Atlantic Council of the United States. Can you say “DEEP STATE!!!!”?

After Mr. Braun was appointed to the White House for the second time, he chose to step down from the private sector. Looking at his replacement we find a military, UN, and DHS Ambassador replacement; enter Francis X Taylor. Francis X. Taylor is the former Under Secretary for Intelligence and Analysis at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.  In that role, he provided the Secretary, DHS senior leadership, the DHS components, and state, local, tribal, and private sector partners with the homeland security intelligence and information they need to keep the country safe, secure and resilient. I&A is a member of, and the Department’s liaison to, the National Intelligence Community.

Prior to his assignment at DHSI&A, Mr. Taylor was Vice President and Chief Security Officer for the General Electric Company in Fairfield, Conn. At GE, he was responsible for managing the security operations and crisis management processes designed to ensure the security of GE employees and operations globally.

Before GE, Mr. Taylor had a distinguished 35-year career in government service, where he held several senior positions managing investigations, security, and counterterrorism issues.

Most recently, he served as the Assistant Secretary of State for Diplomatic Security and Director of the Office of Foreign Missions, with the rank of Ambassador. He was responsible for the global security of all U.S. diplomatic personnel and facilities. Ambassador Taylor also served as the U.S. Ambassador at Large and Coordinator for Counterterrorism for the Department of State from July 2001 to November 2002. In this role, he was responsible for implementing U.S. counterterrorism policy overseas and coordinating the U.S. government response to international terrorist activities.

During his 31 years of military service, Ambassador Taylor served with distinction in numerous command and staff positions, rising to the rank of Brigadier General in September 1996. In his final active-duty assignment, Brigadier General Taylor was the Commander, Air Force Office of Special Investigations, and was responsible for providing Air Force leaders with comprehensive criminal, fraud, counterintelligence and security investigation and operations to protect global Air Force operations.

Mr. Taylor has received numerous awards and decorations, including the U.S. Distinguished Service Medal, the National Intelligence Distinguished Service Medal, the Legion of Merit, the Defense Superior Service Medal, and the U.S. Department of State Honor Award.

Mr. Taylor holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Government and International Studies from the University of Notre Dame. He is a Distinguished Graduate of the Notre Dame Air Force ROTC program.

We can certainly say Mr. Taylor was tailor fit to the job. However, no real discourse has been found by me to explain why jake Braun would step down from a position he founded. There was no conflict of interest when he served the White House previously being assigned to DHS and contracting through CGA. However, he is now a Senior Advisor. People are free to choose their own career paths, but this just looks weird.

Talk about top shelf talent, we would be hard pressed to find such an international power base. In particular, let us take a look at what services offered by CGA:

“Cambridge Global Advisors works with government at all levels, non-profit organizations, and Fortune 500 companies to provide advisory, project management, strategic communications, and stakeholder engagement strategies. A few of our core areas include:

Cyber Training & Assessments

CGA’s senior leadership have worked on cybersecurity assessments, policy, frameworks and workforce/training solutions for some of the largest end users in government, the nonprofit and corporate arena for a combined 100+ years of experience.

Homeland Security & Defense

Strategic Engagement

The CGA team are experts in messaging, crisis communications, traditional media outreach, and social media campaigns. We provide these services for government and private sector customers alike.

International

CGA’s footprint is truly global, with experience that spans more than 90 countries. From diplomatic security to trade to intel sharing, CGA and its team have worked with international governments and institutions such as the United Nations, NATO, private global companies, and dozens of international NGOs.

Elections & Cyber

CGA is one of the nation’s premier leaders on the issues at the nexus of elections and cybersecurity. Since 2017, our firm has led the way on cyber assessments, strategies, and communications campaigns for a host of entities responding to evolving cyber threats against U.S. voting infrastructure. “

Did anyone catch that last one? This could well be a poorly veiled advertisement to guarantee winners. CGA and Jake Braun himself have major experience in elections all over the globe. With Braun having also founded the Voting Village at the DEFCON convention he has ample time to assemble a world class team of hackers – the very best money could offer. If CGA wanted to guarantee the outcome of an election – they could.

CONCLUSION

Admittedly, it’s a stretch. But if it walks like a duck? Quacks like a duck? And looks like a duck… IT MUST BE A DUCK!           We can establish a few things:

  • Jake Braun IS a Deep State operative with strong ties to the DNC.
  • He is back at the White House as a Senior Advisor to the DHS.
  • He is a recruiter
  • He has had exposure to some of the best Hackers on the planet.
  • He has run election operations before.
  • He is surrounded by globalist elites with a common history of military, United Nations Service, and the Department of Homeland Security. In prison this would be labeled a “clique” and deemed a security threat group to the institution and disbanded
  • In the wake of the 2020 election… Mr. Braun has made no mention of Mr. Halderman’s sworn statement that Dominion machines in GA were hacked.
  • HALDERMNAN HAS GONE ON RECORD IN A GEORGIA FEDERAL COURT THAT DOMINION MACHINES WERE HACKED IN THE 2020 ELECTION.

CALLING ALL DIGITAL SOLDIERS: I hope those who find this will dig deeper; FOIA everything we can about the money between our Government and CGA and bring to light this shadowy set of circumstances.
