Big Tech Lends a Hand: Zuckerbucks

“Of course Hunter Biden hasn’t denied it, but there is no question that the laptop emails that we have possession of are 100% accurate and correspond directly with existing material, and the information is devastating.”

THE COMPANY OF WOLVES – Index

Peter Schweitzer, the president of the Government Accountability Institute (GAI and not to be confused with the very similar name Schweizer), later went on the Sean Hannity Show on July 12th 2021 to discuss his organization’s investigation of their copy of Hunter Biden’s Laptop.

Schweitzer confirmed what the pattern of evidence has established as obvious – Joe Biden uses his influence to enrich his family and was a “direct beneficiary” of his son’s foreign cash grabs across the globe. Schweitzer told Hannity: “We do have a copy, by the way, here at GAI, of the laptop and all the files. It confirms that Joe Biden was a direct beneficiary.”

In addition to the laptop, the institute obtained Hunter Biden’s Secret Service travel records and matched them with his emails to validate their authenticity. Schweitzer said that the records matched up, “Absolutely, 100 percent.”

“Of course Hunter Biden hasn’t denied it, but there is no question that the laptop emails that we have possession of are 100% accurate and correspond directly with existing material, and the information is devastating.” he adds

George Washington University law professor Jonathan Turley, a liberal, seems to agree, writing on his blog:

“It is clear that Hunter Biden was selling access and influence. It appears that Joe Biden was aware of that effort. That is very serious. If these emails are false, they are a major story. If they are true, they are a major scandal. Presumably, however, this story will result in another run to the nearest ice cream shop and breathlessly covered on the current frozen delights of the President.”

Big Tech absolutely interfered in the (Dis)United States 2020 elections. One method by which they did so was by banning most of the larger independent media channels on Youtube that dared to cover the story, myself and others many of whom are my friends. Under the guise of tackling “QAnon” content, the media spiked – and big Tech banned – this major bombshell story showing a compromised China Joe Biden.

Some of the larger channels included in that ban, though not exhaustive, are below:

  • Praying Medic
  • IPOT – In Pursuit of Truth
  • X22 Report
  • Edge of Wonder
  • SGT Report
  • Spaceshot76
  • Woke Societies
  • Amazing Polly
  • Truth and Art TV
  • Dustin Nemos (Yours truly helped break this story, naturally, and in return my business was destroyed overnight – a repeat of the first Youtube ban a month before my daughter, Athena, was born. This is why I often joke we are on a “censored media budget.”)
  • AndWeKnow
  • JustInformed Talk
  • Stroppy Me
  • Sarah Westall

Q post 4873, on October 15th reminded everyone that this was expected and predicted.

ANONS WERE WARNED YEARS Ago of pending ‘China [communist] style’ tactic approaching re: censor and terminate any/all dissenting views. They are not in control of their own platform(s). EVERY ASSET DEPLOYED. You didn’t think it was just a conspiracy did you?
Q”

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) sent a letter to Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey on Oct 14, 2020, claiming that the social media company’s censorship of a New York Post story that alleged Hunter Biden facilitated a meeting between a Ukrainian gas company and former Vice President Joe Biden amounted to an “obvious and transparent attempt” by Twitter to influence the 2020 presidential election.

Twitter censored and prevented the distribution of the New York Post article reporting that, contrary to Joe Biden’s claims, he allegedly met with an executive at Burisma when he was vice president. Hunter Biden, his son, had reportedly arranged the meeting while he was working as a lobbyist for the company.

In a letter to Dorsey, Cruz charged that the emails the New York Post obtained are indeed authentic, and it shows that Biden “lied when he said in 2016 that he had ‘never spoken to [his] son about his overseas business dealings.”

Cruz noted that Twitter’s censorship of the article could significantly affect the election. He wrote:

“Twitter has apparently decided to preemptively censor this report. Twitter is not only prohibiting users from sharing this story on their accounts, it is prohibiting the New York Post from posting its own content. Twitter [is] well-known for its incredible ability to influence public dialogue by promoting some stories while suppressing others, and it has plainly decided that the American people should not be seeing or discussing this particular story, which could significantly influence voters’ views of candidate Biden.”

“But Twitter’s censorship of this story is quite hypocritical, given its willingness to allow users to share less-well-sourced reporting critical of other candidates for public office,” Cruz declared. “Accordingly, this can only be seen as an obvious and transparent attempt by Twitter to influence the upcoming election.”

Then, on January 8th, 2021 – utilizing the political capital and uproar over the alleged Jan 6th “insurrection” that wasn’t – Twitter banned President Donald Trump in the ultimate act of peak political censorship –  releasing this public statement:

“After close review of recent Tweets from the @realDonaldTrump account and the context around them — specifically how they are being received and interpreted on and off Twitter — we have permanently suspended the account due to the risk of further incitement of violence.

In the context of horrific events this week, we made it clear on Wednesday that additional violations of the Twitter Rules would potentially result in this very course of action. Our public interest framework exists to enable the public to hear from elected officials and world leaders directly. It is built on a principle that the people have a right to hold power to account in the open.

However, we made it clear going back years that these accounts are not above our rules entirely and cannot use Twitter to incite violence, among other things. We will continue to be transparent around our policies and their enforcement.

The below is a comprehensive analysis of our policy enforcement approach in this case.

Overview

On January 8, 2021, President Donald J. Trump Tweeted:

“The 75,000,000 great American Patriots who voted for me, AMERICA FIRST, and MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN, will have a GIANT VOICE long into the future. They will not be disrespected or treated unfairly in any way, shape or form!!!”

Shortly thereafter, the President Tweeted:

“To all of those who have asked, I will not be going to the Inauguration on January 20th.”

Due to the ongoing tensions in the United States, and an uptick in the global conversation in regards to the people who violently stormed the Capitol on January 6, 2021, these two Tweets must be read in the context of broader events in the country and the ways in which the President’s statements can be mobilized by different audiences, including to incite violence, as well as in the context of the pattern of behavior from this account in recent weeks. After assessing the language in these Tweets against our Glorification of Violence policy, we have determined that these Tweets are in violation of the Glorification of Violence Policy and the user @realDonaldTrump should be immediately permanently suspended from the service.

Assessment

We assessed the two Tweets referenced above under our Glorification of Violence policy, which aims to prevent the glorification of violence that could inspire others to replicate violent acts and determined that they were highly likely to encourage and inspire people to replicate the criminal acts that took place at the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021.

This determination is based on a number of factors, including:

  • President Trump’s statement that he will not be attending the Inauguration is being received by a number of his supporters as further confirmation that the election was not legitimate and is seen as him disavowing his previous claim made via two Tweets (1, 2) by his Deputy Chief of Staff, Dan Scavino, that there would be an “orderly transition” on January 20th.
  • The second Tweet may also serve as encouragement to those potentially considering violent acts that the Inauguration would be a “safe” target, as he will not be attending.
  • The use of the words “American Patriots” to describe some of his supporters is also being interpreted as support for those committing violent acts at the US Capitol.
  • The mention of his supporters having a “GIANT VOICE long into the future” and that “They will not be disrespected or treated unfairly in any way, shape or form!!!” is being interpreted as further indication that President Trump does not plan to facilitate an “orderly transition” and instead that he plans to continue to support, empower, and shield those who believe he won the election.
  • Plans for future armed protests have already begun proliferating on and off-Twitter, including a proposed secondary attack on the US Capitol and state capitol buildings on January 17, 2021.

As such, our determination is that the two Tweets above are likely to inspire others to replicate the violent acts that took place on January 6, 2021, and that there are multiple indicators that they are being received and understood as encouragement to do so.”

Trump’s responded with this:

“As I have been saying for a long time, Twitter has gone further and further in banning free speech, and tonight, Twitter employees have coordinated with the Democrats and Radical Left in removing my account from their platform, to silence me — and YOU, the 75,000,000 great patriots who voted for me.”

Zuckerbucks

A report released by the Amistad Project of the Thomas More Society at a press conference on December 16, 2020 alleged Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg and his wife made $419.5 million in contributions to non-profit organizations during the 2020 election cycle. $350 million went to the “Safe Elections” Project of the Center for Technology and Civic Life (CTCL) and another $69.5 million was approved to the Center for Election Innovation and Research (CEIR). The report alleged this funding “improperly influence[d] the 2020 presidential election on behalf of one particular candidate and party.”

The Georgia Star reported in their April 13th, 2021 article: Georgia SOS Brad Raffensperger’s Office Explains Taking More than $5 Million from Mark Zuckerberg Group for State’s 2020 Presidential Election that millions went to Georgia’s Secretary of State’s office.

“A group directly linked to Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg donated nearly $5.6 million to the Georgia Secretary of State’s Office last year…

…The Georgia Star News contacted Raffensperger’s communications staff Monday for comment. Raffensperger Spokesman Walter Jones, in his emailed response, took a dig at this publication.

“Any grant or funding source, as allowed by Georgia law, has enabled this and local elections offices to combat disinformation similar to recent articles published by this outlet that undermine the confidence of Georgia voters,” Jones said referring to the events of last year.

The Georgia Star News did not debut until November 2020, and only after Election Day.”

Jones didn’t go into details on how Raffensperger spent the money — but the CEIR website did shared how Secretary of State Raffensperger’s office spent the money:

“Georgia used CEIR grant funds in both the November general election and January runoff election to encourage voters to apply for a ballot online,” according to the CEIR website.

“This approach sped up the process for both voters and election officials while also making it easier to track application status. Georgia also used the funds to counteract disinformation, issuing public service announcements warning voters of disinformation and encouraging them to report fraud to the Secretary of State hotline.”

So the only information we have on $5 million given to Raffensperger shows that he spent it on, essentially, propaganda.

According to the Georgia Star, Raffensperger issued a press release on this, yet we don’t know when because it wasn’t dated:

“Raffensperger announced the partnership with CEIR in a press release. The press release is undated. Members of Raffensperger’s staff presumably published it last year. In that press release, Raffensperger praised the CEIR staff as “the greatest minds that the country has to offer” and, because of that, he said Georgia could have a secure and reliable paper-ballot system.”

We know Raffensperger certified the election and that there are at least over 350,000 ballots that are illegitimate.

In a follow-up comment, Jones added, “Having the Secretary of State’s office accept this funding and distribute the benefits fairly around the state — rather than having donations go to the donor’s preferred county elections boards — was endorsed by the Republican legislature as part of SB 202.”

According to CEIR’s website, group members initiated a Voter Education Grant Program “to provide nonpartisan, accurate, and official voting information to the public.”

“Due to the generous support of Priscilla Chan and Mark Zuckerberg, CEIR awarded every state the entire amount each requested,” the CEIR website said.

“In total, we provided states nearly $65 million, which they used to bolster their voter education efforts in a variety of ways.”

“The 2020 presidential election witnessed an unprecedented and coordinated public-private partnership to improperly influence the 2020 presidential election on behalf of one particular candidate and party. Funded by hundreds of millions of dollars from Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg and other high-tech interests, activist organizations created a two-tiered election system that treated voters differently depending on whether they lived in Democrat or Republican strongholds,” Director Phill Kline wrote in the Amistad Project report’s executive summary.

The report identified three key tactics that, collectively “represent the beginning of the formation of a two-tier election system favoring one demographic while disadvantaging another demographic.”

  • “Private monies dictated city and county election management contrary to both federal law and state election plans endorsed and developed by state legislatures with authority granted by the United States Constitution.
  • Executive officials in swing states facilitated, through unique and novel contracts, the sharing of private and sensitive information about citizens within those states with private interests, some whom actively promote leftist candidates and agendas.
  • Swing state governors also started issuing emergency executive orders shutting down in-person voting while pouring new state resources into encouraging persons to vote in advance. Polling data revealed this coordinated assault on in-person voting generally favored Democrat Party voters who preferred to vote in advance, while placing Republicans, who preferred to vote in person, at a disadvantage. These actions represent the beginning of the formation of a two-tier election system favoring one demographic while disadvantaging another demographic.”

“This evidence is present and available to all Americans,” Kline said at the December 16, 2020 press conference about the information included in the report.

“The mainstream media has also tried to censor this evidence,” he said, before adding, “America understands that there are serious problems with this election.”

“This effectively is a shadow government running our elections,” Kline continued.

“This network pumped hundreds of millions of dollars into local election systems using the COVID crisis as a pretense. Our report proves that in reality it was nothing more than a naked attempt to purchase an election. ‘Zuckerbucks’ and local election officials invited a billionaire into the consolidated ballot counting centers while kicking out the American people,” Kline stated in a statement released with the report:

““This report paints a clear picture of a cabal of billionaires and activists using their wealth to subvert, control, and fundamentally alter the electoral system itself,” Kline added. “We must act now to prevent such privatized elections in the future. The American public deserves transparent and fair elections, not lawless elections directed by powerful private interests.”

In addition to Zuckerberg, the main foundations funding the effort to subvert the electoral system were The Democracy Fund, New Venture Fund, Skoll Foundation, and Knight Foundation, according to the report. Key nonprofits involved in distributing the money include CTCL, the Center for [Election] Innovation Research, the Center for Civic Design, the National Vote at Home Institute, the Center for Secure and Modern Elections, and Rock the Vote.

The report demonstrates that funding from nonprofits was especially unnecessary in Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin, as the federal government had already provided sufficient funding through both the Help America Vote Act (HAVA) and the CARES Act.”

The report alleged that the private funding of the administration of the election in key battleground states, as well as its removal, effectively, from the control of properly authorized local and state governments was made even worse by odious, potentially illegal  “claw back provisions” attached to grants given to cities and counties by CTCL.

Under those provisions, “zucked” local governments would be required to return the CTCL donations if they failed to implement the more legally dubious and controversial aspects of the plan, including the requirement that counting centers be consolidated in a way that made observation of the counting process by GOP observers more difficult and the use of drop boxes to collect absentee ballots.

The report focused most heavily on the CTCL’s use of the $350 million donated to the 501 (c) (3) by Mark Zuckerberg between September 1, 2020 and October 21, 2020, particularly in mostly Democrat areas in four key battleground states: Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.

In Wisconsin, the report alleged the CTCL plan worked to the benefit of Biden and the Democrats:

“For example, CTCL inked a $100,000 grant to the Mayor of Racine, WI in May of 2020 directing the Mayor to recruit four other cities (Green Bay, Kenosha, Madison, and Milwaukee) to develop a joint grant request of CTCL. This effort results in these cities submitting a “Wisconsin Safe Election Plan” on June 15, 2020 to CTCL and, in turn, receiving $6.3 million to implement the plan. This privatization of elections undermines the Help America Vote Act (HAVA), which requires state election plans to be submitted to federal officials and approved and requires respect for equal protection by making all resources available equally to all voters.

The provision of Zuckerberg-CTCL funds allowed these Democrat strongholds to spend roughly $47 per voter, compared to $4 to $7 per voter in traditionally Republican areas of the state. Moreover, this recruiting of targeted jurisdictions for specific government action and funding runs contrary to legislative election plans and invites government to play favorites in the election process.

The “Wisconsin Safe Election Plan” was not authored by the state, and considered state election integrity laws as obstacles and nuisances to be ignored or circumvented. Moreover, CTCL retained the right, in the grant document, to, in its sole discretion, order all funds returned if the grantee cities did not conduct the election consistent with CTCL dictates.

Effectively, CTCL managed the election in these five cities. And this plan violated state law in, at least, the following fashion:

1) The plan circumvented voter identification requirements for absentee ballots by attempting to classify all voters as “indefinitely confined” due to COVID and later, after Wisconsin Supreme Court criticism, by ordering election clerks to not question such claims.

2) The plan initiated the use of drop boxes for ballot collection, significantly breaching the chain of custody of the ballot and failing to maintain proper logs and reviews to ensure all properly cast ballots were counted and all improperly cast ballots were not counted.

3) Initiated the consolidation of counting centers, justifying the flow of hundreds of thousands of ballots to one location and the marginalization of Republican poll watchers such that bipartisan participation in the management, handling, and counting of the ballots was compromised.

These are but examples of radical changes in election processes that opened the door for significant fraud.”

In Pennsylvania, the report asserted:

“The disparate impact of Zuckerberg funding is also present in the analysis of CTCL funding in Pennsylvania. Documents obtained through court order revealed communication between the City of Philadelphia and CTCL emphasizing that CTCL paid election judges in Philadelphia and other election officials. CTCL mandated Philadelphia to increase its polling locations and to use drop boxes and eventually mobile pick-up units. Moreover, Zuckerberg monies allowed Philadelphia to “cure” absentee ballots in a manner not provided for in Republican areas of the state.

In Democrat Delaware County, Pennsylvania, one drop box was placed every four square miles and for every 4,000 voters. In the 59 counties carried by Trump in 2016, there was one drop box for every 1,100 square miles and every 72,000 voters. Government encouraging a targeted demographic to turn out the vote is the opposite side of the same coin as government targeting a demographic to suppress the vote. This two-tiered election system allowed voters in Democrat strongholds to stroll down the street to vote while voters in Republican strongholds had to go on the equivalent of a “where’s Waldo” hunt.”

In Michigan, the report stated:

“The Amistad Project’s concerns were amplified by the nature of a contract offered by Michigan’s health director to a subsidiary of NGP VAN, a Democrat fundraiser and data services company. Michigan granted the COVID tracing contract to Michigan VAN as a subsidiary of NGP VAN. The contract allowed this leftist organization to demand sensitive information from Michigan citizens at the threat of arrest. Citizens could be ordered to turn over medical records, travel information, the names of associates and friends, and other information with a significant privacy interest and of significant monetary value to a political fundraiser.

Emails later obtained through FOIA requests demonstrate Governor Whitmer’s political director was involved in suggesting to the health department that they not directly contract with NGP VAN because of possible political fallout. Governor Whitmer’s staffer recommended NGP VAN create a Michigan subsidiary and that the subsidiary become a subcontractor so as to conceal NGP VAN’s involvement. When this information became public, Whitmer claimed she was unaware of the agreement and faced with public pressure, she rescinded the contract.”

The Amistad Project even filed a lawsuit contesting the results of the 2020 presidential election in Georgia, citing expert opinion that over 100,000 illegal votes were improperly counted, while tens of thousands of legal votes were not counted. The expert analysis of government data showed that the total number of illegal votes counted and legal votes not counted was greater than 200,000 — vastly exceeding the 12,670-vote margin in the presidential election contest.

“The number of potentially fraudulent ballots we’ve identified in Georgia is over 15 times greater than the margin separating Donald Trump and Joe Biden. This finding undercuts the integrity of the general election,” said Phill Kline, Director of The Amistad Project. “The discrepancies we identified arose in large part because certain election officials acted with greater fealty to the dictates of private funders than to the laws set forth by the people’s representatives in the General Assembly.”

The report identified five specific tactics to solve the election integrity issues it identified:

  • “The secretaries, attorneys general, and/or legislatures of states whose county governments received CTCL funds should commission a comprehensive, third-party audit of the consistency of private/public transactions with the HAVA implementation plans of their state. This should include compliance with NIST standards, and state procurement requirements.
  • State secretaries, attorneys general and/or legislatures who have membership in the non-profit Electronic Registration Information Center (ERIC) should audit the information access, collection, storage, security and/or potential voter information sharing practices of ERIC with other states or third-party non-profit
    associations.
  • Secretaries, attorneys general, and/or legislators of states who received Center for Election Innovation CEIR grants for election related purposes should request and evaluate CEIR contracts for HAVA compliance and the fiscal and procurement requirements of their individual states.
  • State by state examination of the legal authority by which CTCL, a non-profit organization chartered in Illinois,  negotiated grant contracts with county and municipal governments in multiple jurisdictions across many states.
  • County commissioners should coordinate with their respective attorneys general or legislatures to understand and mitigate potential future liabilities of the claw back language in any grant agreements they have with CTCL.”

The Zuckerberg-funded CTCL also announced even more Zuckerbucks funding to local counties and cities in Georgia in advance of the January 5, 2021 U.S. Senate runoffs in the state.

In Arizona, In addition to repeatedly sabotaging attempts by the state Senate to implement an transparent and forensic audit of Maricopa’s 2020 election, the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors (MCBOS) also repeatedly violated the chain of custody for the 2.1 million ballots from the 2020 election which they are legally responsible for safeguarding. On their watch things like shredded ballots ended up in a dumpster; doors were left unguarded, unlocked and open at the Maricopa County Tabulation and Election Center (MCTEC); a massive, mysterious fire occurred at a chicken farm owned by one of the supervisors of the MCBOS; and, all of the ballots were without the AZ Senate’s permission literally moved out of the MCTEC and then later brought back. But who knows where these ballots went on this trip and how many never returned.

The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors has insistently politically harassed, blocked, and refused the Arizona Senate attempts at auditing the results of the 2020 Election. One group started a petition to remove and replace these supervisors. We the People Arizona Alliance said this about MCBOS members, Jack Sellers, Chair, Bill Gates, Vice-chair, Clint Hickman, Steve Chucri, and Steve Gallardo:

“The Board of Supervisors have failed to represent our rights through unconstitutional lock down orders and mask mandates and we stood by. They are now subverting our right to a fair election. They have made it clear they have no intention in preserving our inalienable rights or preserving our elections. They have lied, they have stalled and they have used deceptive political maneuvering. We the People must act to preserve the integrity of our elections. We must take it upon ourselves to do what is right.”

It appears the MCBOS accepted almost $3 million in Zuckerbucks in 2020 into the hands of somebody in Maricopa County through 501(c)(3) “nonpartisan charity,”&  Chicago-based Center for Technology and Civic Life (CTCL).

According to the Capital Research Center (CRC), which investigates corrupt nonprofits and foundations, almost $3M went to “Maricopa County election officials.” Does that mean MCBOS?

501(c)(3) charities, of all the nonprofit varieties, are legally prohibited from this exact type of partisan political interference and influence in elections.

The founder and president of this nonprofit, CTCL is Tiana Epps-Johnson who was a member of the elite, inaugural class of Fellows of the Obama Foundation.  We don’t know who accepted the $2,995,921 in Zuckerbucks in Maricopa, or what, exactly, they did with it.

However, what we do know for a fact from CRC is that Maricopa is the fourth most populous county in America and the largest in Arizona, it contains about 62 percent of the state’s population and over 60 percent of its registered voters. The one and only county in the state to flip in 2020 was Maricopa County, which just barely totaled for Biden by 50.3 percent to 48.1 percent. Maricopa County gave Biden an incredible 1,040,774 votes (62 percent of his total statewide), miraculously beating Clinton’s 2016 figures by 50% and Biden we’re expected to believe sleepy Joe Biden outperformed every presidential nominee in Arizona history, Democrat or Republican.

Biden’s win in Maricopa in 2020 was a massive increase from Hillary’s votes in 2016, in a state with majority Republican voters.  It was Maricopa County that took the election for Biden in Arizona, with President Donald Trump, the Republican candidate, losing the state by only less than 11,000 votes.

What role did three million Zuckerbucks play in this Maricopa miracle?
