The film combines numerous clips including video of:
** The unprepared and understaffed Capitol Police.
** Four skinny police officers blocking a march of over 100,000 patriots from passing through their bike rack barrier on way to the US Capitol.
** Open doors and open hallways inside the US Capitol.
** Police firing gas canisters and sound grenades on the massive Trump crowd without warning.
** Music blaring from cars set up to agitate the protesters.
** Capitol Police pushing a Trump supporter off of a two-story wall — Severely injuring him.
The Portrayal
The unholy alliance of Fake News, Big Tech, RINO Republicans, and the Deep State Democrat party were all lock-in-step following the events of January 6th. Accusing President Donald J. Trump as the cause of the Capitol incident. Their synchronized message being that the president incited violence with his words giving permission for professional protestors within Antifa & Black Lives Matter terrorist organizations who were there infiltrating the Trump supporters (dressed in brand new MAGA hats), to storm the Capitol. However, when you go back to listen to the full speech on Wednesday, January 6, nowhere will you be able to find where President Trump said anything even remotely close to their claims. In fact, here is the phrase the president did use… “I know that everyone here will soon be marching over to the capitol building to peacefully and patriotically make your voices heard. today we will see whether republicans stand strong for the integrity of our elections but whether or not they stand strong for our country.”
This speech was heavily censored as they tried to shape the narrative in the following days. It was actually difficult to find a copy at first anywhere on the internet. You’d think they would share the full unedited version of the speech if he had, as they implied – actually called for mob violence. Instead, they spiked that video harder than an Epstein expose at ABC.
Corporate Fake News Media had already headlined the day’s events as a violent Trump Insurrection before the events had even begun, as we’ll demonstrate in the next section. This preconceived narrative fell into place like a well rehearsed script for one of Nancy Pelosi’s “Wrap Up Smears.” Ignoring the facts where inconvenient, and deleting anything that didn’t match the narrative – including downplaying President Trump’s inclusion of the words “peaceful” in his speech and going so far as Facebook and Twitter deleting the President’s call for a peaceful end to the chaos. Here is what he said:
“I know your pain. I know you’re hurt. We had an election that was stolen from us. It was a landslide election and everyone knows it, especially the other side. But you have to go home now. We have to have peace. We have to have law and order. We have to respect our great people in law and order. We don’t want anybody hurt. It’s a very tough period of time. There’s never been a time like this where such a thing happened where they could take it away from all of us–from me, from you, from our country. This was a fraudulent election, but we can’t play into the hands of these people. We have to have peace. So go home. We love you. You’re very special. You’ve seen what happens. You see the way others are treated that are so bad and so evil. I know how you feel. But go home. And go home in peace.”
The Timeline
According to The Washington Post timeline article How one of America’s ugliest days
unraveled inside and outside the Capitol which describes itself as a visual timeline of the events of January the 6th a few key moments are important, and the order in which they happened are also important. A few excerpts below:
““Early morning
Trump supporters amass on the Ellipse near the White House. By 11 a.m. the mostly maskless crowd filled the area.””
“Noon
Trump begins his more than one-hour speech, repeating false claims about a stolen election and telling the crowd to “never give up” and “never concede.””
“12:30 p.m.
Crowds from the pro-Trump rally gather outside the U.S. Capitol building.“
“1:10 p.m.
Trump ends his speech by urging his followers to march down Pennsylvania Avenue. “We’re going to the Capitol,” he said. “We’re going to try and give them [Republicans] the kind of pride and boldness that they need to take back our country.””
So how is it that at 9:33 AM Eastern Time, on January the 6th of 2021, MARISA PEÑALOZA – a senior producer on NPR’s National Desk – Published an article titled Trump Supporters Storm U.S. Capitol, Clash With Police at NPR.org
The timeline proves it was impossible for Trump speech attendees to have made it to the Capitol in time for the breach. But John Sullivan organized a Black Lives Matter protest, per Independent Reporter Millie Weaver, that was scheduled at 11a.m. The promotional flyer included the words “Kick these fascists out of DC” and “Dump Trump for good” and was scheduled at the Washington Memorial on January 6th not long before he was seen storming the Capitol.
In addition to the fact that Trump openly called for the “cheering on” of Congressman, and “peaceful” protests, the timeline according to numerous establishment media reports simply doesn’t stack up.
Capitol Police Chief Steven Sund recalled a conference call with Pentagon officials and D.C. officials. He said on the call: “I am making an urgent, urgent immediate request for National Guard assistance… I have got to get boots on the ground.”
John Falcicchio, chief of staff for D.C. Mayor Muriel E. Bowser admitted: “Literally, this guy is on the phone, I mean, crying out for help. It’s burned in my memories.”
And while the Washington Post predictably attempts to attribute blame to President Trump for the violence – despite the President calling for “peaceful” protests and the “cheering on” of Congressmen – their own article admits the “first wave of protesters arrived at the Capitol about 12:40pm.”
President Trump’s speech didn’t conclude until 1:11pm, and with at least a 45-minute walk between the two locations with crowd-related delays, that would put the first people from Trump’s speech at Capitol Hill no earlier than 1:56pm – a full hour and sixteen minutes after trouble began.
In fact, rioters who breached the perimeter would have had to leave before Trump’s speech even began (at 12:00pm noon) to make it in time for the events as they are detailed by authorities.
The Washington Post also states: “Sund’s outer perimeter on the Capitol’s west side was breached within 15 minutes,” meaning the Capitol was breached over an hour before Trump speech attendees could have even begun to arrive.
This correlates with Sund’s interview, where he admits: “I realized at 1pm, things aren’t going well… I’m watching my people getting slammed.”
Again, 1pm would have been a full 56-minutes before any Trump speech-attendees could have begun arriving, let alone breaching the perimeter and clashing with police. Downtown Washington, D.C. roads were closed. There was no way of arriving faster, let alone before the President had finished speaking.
At 1:09pm, still before the President had finished speaking, A vast majority of patriots left the Ellipse and went home after President Trump finished his speech. It was bitterly cold in Washington DC that day.
It’s critical to note – flash bangs started going off at the US Capitol before President Trump was even finished with his speech at the Ellipse.
Many, Raheem J. Kassam, Editor-in-Chief of The National Pulse, tweeted this.
“I agree. I was walking past the Capitol and flash bangs were already going off and this was before Trump’s speech had ended.”
Raheem Kassam even went on with Greg Kelly on Newsmax TV and walked through the timeline of the Capitol Hill riots and President Trump’s speech.
According to this Newsmax segment, the timeline went thus:
12:40am – First protestors arrive at the US Capitol Building
1:00pm – Officers Attacked
1:09 Capitol Police Chief requests National Guard backup.
1:11 Trump Speech Concludes
1:50 Capitol “Breach” (Which involved mostly peaceful protestors invited in open doors by Capitol PD)
1:56 Speech Attendees arrive at Capitol Building
Sund called the Sergeants-at-arms of the House and Senate. He told them it was time to call in the National Guard. He even said he wanted an emergency declaration. Both, however, said they would “run it up the chain” and get back to him.
At 1:50pm the Capitol itself was breached. Still before most Trump speech attendees could have arrived. What happened after this point was a
Eventually – at past 5pm, and after hours of back and forth between D.C. officials, Army officials, and Capitol police – the National Guard arrived.
And while Sund is quoted in the Washington Post as blaming President Trump’s speech for the violence that ensued – the timeline demonstrates this makes no sense.
The Truth

Trump Supporters were not the ones instigating the Capitol riots on January 6th. Black Lives Matter, the Feds, the Capitol Police, Antifa, and thanks to Yaacov Apelbaum, from the illustrated Primer, we know that Ukrainian Neo-Nazis were at the Capitol on the 6th as well Ukrainian neo-Nazis were there instigating and partaking in violent activities as well.
Antifa, the domestic terrorist organization with funding ties to George Soros (Himself a Nazi collaborator in his youth who admits those times shaped the man he became) that tore apart cities in the US in 2020, ended up causing $2 billion in damage. It’s no shock then to find out that Antifa’s origins are from violent communists and Nazis in Europe:
Antifa’s history started out as the military wing of the German Communist Party (KPD). Before the rise of Hitler they were Stalin and Marxist socialism supporters. Nazis were fascists, yet the KPD didn’t like other socialist groups either so they were labeled fascist as well.
The KPD’s armed group, Antifa, fought in the streets against every group the KPD labeled fascist. Sound familiar? The KPD decided it liked Hitler so Stalin became the new fascist. Then Hitler was fascist again. After this they merged with the SA, better known as the Brownshirts and Stalin was fascist again. They are not emotionally stable people – so this makes more sense than it may at first reading.
It’s follows that it should not be a surprise that both Antifa and Neo-Nazis from Ukraine were intimately involved in the violence at the Capitol on January 6th.
One noteworthy member of the fascist group which refers to itself as the Zhidobanderites, Sergai Dybynyn, was photographed at the Capitol with the man known as Jacob Anthony Chansley (The Q Shaman). Sergai was also in the Ukrainian army and is wanted for horrible crimes in his past.
Another member of the Zhidobanderites is a wealthy Ukrainian, Ihor Kolomoyski – a media giant in Ukraine. Kolomoyski also has connections with Burisma.
The very next day after the “insurrection” at the Capitol the Ukrainians reported that Russia was behind the effort because they supported President Trump. They also showed that they were at the Capitol and were using techniques like Antifa in storming the Capitol. The ‘Russians’ were Ukrainians.
When The Gateway Pundit and 100 Percent Fed Up interviewed Pressley Stutts, a 30-year Navy Chaplain, about his experience at the nation’s capitol. They reported this:
“Pressley Stutts proudly served in the United States Navy as a chaplain for 30 years. He’s retired from the military now and is a small business owner in South Carolina.
On January 6, 2021, an estimated one million Americans made their way to Washington DC for a peaceful protest against what a majority of Americans believe was a stolen election. Pressley was one of those amazing patriots who braved the cold and hostile conditions put in place by DC’s mayor, including shuttered restaurants, stores, bars and even closed public restrooms in our nation’s capitol, as they stood up for election integrity in America.
Mr. Stutts traveled to DC to show his support for President Trump. He wasn’t part of a planned insurrection, he certainly never imagined he’d find himself on the steps of the Capitol building, but when the barricades around the Capitol building were removed and a police officer motioned for him and hundreds of protesters to advance tot he Capitol steps, he joined hundreds of others to voice his support for lawmakers inside who were set to reject electors from contested states.
Pressley Stutts explained to us that he never got past the steps of the Capitol. He did, however, witness men dressed in all black who broke out windows at the Capitol building while Trump supporters warned they were members of the violent far left domestic terror group, Antifa. Pressley explained that he heard women shouting, “Antifa! Antifa!” as the men dressed in black bashed out the windows of the Capitol.”
At numerous points figures both clad in all black and also dressed as Trump supporters were smashing out capitol building windows with batons and flag poles while the crowd is chanting, “F*CK Antifa! F*CK Antifa!”
These men dressed in black tactical gear smashing the windows in the US Capitol and walking over the American flag on the ground were probably recruited by John Sullivan who aligns himself with Antifa and BLM and advertised for activists to meet him in DC on January 6th for a counter protest that somehow never happened, instead – Antifa donned MAGA hats and infiltrated Trump’s peaceful rally.
Prior to his arrest, John Sullivan’s own brother, James, claimed his brother was somehow in charge of the Capitol siege. With all of this evidence in plain sight, it is nothing short of treason that FBI Director Christopher Wray is still telling us that Antifa had nothing to do with the Capitol siege.
Since that day the FBI, Democrats, and the fake news media have insisted there was absolutely no Antifa or far-left activist infiltration of the January 6th protests where activists stormed the US Capitol. We already know this is a lie. The people who entered the US Capitol and caused damage on January 6th were not all Trump supporters.
Known members of Antifa were caught on camera inside the Capitol and there was also an Antifa event called for that day at 11 AM at the Washington Monument, organized by John Sullivan, that was closer to the US Capitol than the much more distant Ellipse where President Trump spoke to half a million supporters (recall the TIMELINE section earlier in this chapter.)
John Sullivan not only arranged an Antifa event at the Capitol on January 6th, he was there in the Capitol building to film the massive crowd of people. He was wearing a MAGA hat and infiltrating the Trump supporters. He was accompanied by NPR and CNN’s Jade Sacker who was also filming. When they breached the capitol building, Approximately 20 Minutes Before Ashli Babbitt’s Murder, John was heard saying things like “We need to burn this B*&tch down!” and corralling people to go further into the building. When John and Jade entered the Rotunda, Jade exclaims “You were right, we did it!”, and John replied “I was trying to tell you… I couldn’t say much. You just have to watch my chat. Is this not going to be the best film you ever made in your life?” Demonstrating beyond any reasonable doubt that they knew of and were part of a plan to breach the Capitol building.
John was also a direct witness to the murder of Ashli Babbitt, and he was actively trying to convince the law enforcement officers to stand down and allow them through the closed doors. This ultimately ended with Ashli Babbitt being shot and killed by Capitol police from the other side of the closed door. Because Sullivan was behind bringing in Antifa to the event he is likely responsible for the most violence inside the Capitol and a probable accomplice to the assassination of unarmed and unthreatening Ashli Babbitt. Jade even asked him “You weren’t recording, right?” and he replied “I’ll delete that shit.”
Whoops. He forgot.
One individual, wearing a red MAGA hat and yellow ‘Don’t Tread on Me’ flag draped around the front of his chest, carried a Kevlar helmet. He handed the Kevlar helmet to another individual wearing a fur hat and black t-shirt. Both individuals began violently hitting and kicking the glass door as officers merely stepped aside and watched the breach. The individual wearing the fur hat removed his hat and began hitting the glass door with the Kevlar helmet. This is the moment when Ashli Babbitt attempted to climb through the door and was shot and killed at point blank range without any warnings or attempts to de-escalate – in direct violation of police training and policy. Then the individual in the Don’t Tread On Me flag went down the stairs and changed his clothes standing next to the police.
Another incident was caught on film as a small group of these agitprop professional protestors, attempting to hide “MAGA” apparel and carrying protective vests. Dressed in all black w/ black gear and black backpacks – similar to the attire of known Antifa agitators. The patriot filming them sneaks up behind them, says “Caught Em!” and then runs away from the three individuals with the evidence on camera. When the individuals realized they had been filmed, one or more of them gave chase to the person filming demanding that he “Delete that!!”. It’s worth mentioning that on the ground near their belongings, there was a floor marker from inside the capitol – meaning they likely breached it, dressed as MAGA, then hid their Trump clothing and resumed Antifa apparel. One Individual dressed in protective gear with a backpack was hit with pepper-spray. Their cringe response was “Well at least we get $1,000.00 guys.” This individual was also seen in the vicinity of Ashli Babbitt’s murder.
Babbitt did not have any weapons. She was not carrying anything. She was not threatening anyone. She was a small woman climbing through a broken window. She was not warned. She was shot dead in cold blood.
Law Enforcement Today reported:
“According to Fox News, Judicial Watch has obtained over 500 pages of internal documents from the DC Metro Police over the fatal shooting of unarmed Ashli Babbitt on January 6 during the US Capitol siege.
According to eyewitness accounts, they reveal that Babbitt was unarmed at the time she was shot to death and the officer who killed her—Lt. Michael Byrd of the US Capitol Police—was visibly upset after he shot her to death.
“These previously secret records show there was no good reason to shoot and kill Ashli Babbitt,” said Tom Fitton, president of Judicial Watch.
The documents were received pursuant to a May 2021 FOIA lawsuit filed by the organization.
“The Biden-Garland Justice Department and the Pelosi Congress have much to answer for over the mishandling and cover-up of this scandalous killing of an American citizen by the U.S. Capitol Police.”
Babbitt, a veteran of the United States Air Force, was shot to death during the storming of the Capitol by Byrd as she allegedly climbed through a window into the Speaker’s lobby.
According to witnesses, the DC Metro documents revealed that Babbitt was unarmed when she was shot and also offered conflicting statements of whether Byrd verbally warned Babbitt prior to killing her.”
One “pink hat lady” who was shouting orders to activists inside the US Capitol was also seen smashing a window with a large pole. This woman was identified as Rachel Marie Powell and later arrested. The warrant lists charges of violent entry or disorderly conduct, obstruction, depredation of government property, entering a restricted building and being in that building with a dangerous weapon.
There is also the issue of the unindicted co-conspirators of January the 6th. What many have dubbed the “Fedsurrection.”
On June 15th, 2021 Revolver News published a very important article on the “unindicted co-conspirators” in the Jan. 6th attack who were never charged by the DOJ or FBI for their actions partaking in the violence on Jan. 6th.
Via Revolver News:
“Of all the questions asked, words spoken, and ink spilled on the so-called “Capitol Siege” of January 6, 2021, none hold the key to the entire event quite like what Sen. Amy Klobuchar asked of Christopher Wray.
The Democrat from Minnesota asked the Trump-appointed FBI Director: Did the federal government infiltrate any of the so-called “militia” organizations claimed to be responsible for planning and executing the Capitol Siege?…
…We at Revolver News have noticed a pattern from our now months-long investigation into 1/6 — and in particular from our meticulous study of the charging documents related to those indicted. In many cases the unindicted co-conspirators appear to be much more aggressive and egregious participants in the very so-called “conspiracy” serving as the basis for charging those indicted.
The question immediately arises as to why this is the case, and forces us to consider whether certain individuals are being protected from indictment because they were involved in 1/6 as undercover operatives or confidential informants for a federal agency.
Here it is useful to draw a distinction between two discrete categories of participants in the so-called Capitol Siege.
The first category is the group of mostly harmless tourists who walked through already opened doors and already-removed barricades, and at most were guilty of minor trespassing charges and light property offenses. The second group consists of those who were violent with police officers, broke down barricades, smashed windows, belonged to a “militia” group engaged in military-style planning prior to the event, discussed transporting heavy weaponry, and so forth.
Up until now, the overwhelming (perhaps exclusive) share of counter-establishment reporting on 1/6 has focused on absolving the first group. And this is a valuable thing. The notion that these harmless “MAGA moms” wandering around the Capitol were domestic terrorists engaged in an insurrection is absurd. That many of these people are being held in prison, without bail, under harsh conditions, amounts to an unacceptable and outrageous abuse of basic human rights.
However, the possibility that the federal government had undercover operatives or informants involved in the events of 1/6, from its planning to its execution, compels us to turn our attention to the second category of participants.”
Revolver News then explains in detail on how the most violent plotters in the Gretchen Whitmer “kidnapping” plot (5 of 13) were actually government informants.
Then Revolver News elaborates further on the parallels between the Whitmer “kidnappers” and the Jan. 6th “Oath Keepers” who originated the planning of the operations that day and who, similar to the plotters in Michigan, paid for the hotel rooms and bus rental to the US Capitol on Jan. 6th.
Several apparent government informants were NOT CHARGED on Jan. 6 protests.
Many of those patriots arrested were waved into the US Capitol by the police standing at the exits. And like with the Whitmer plot, The “unindicted co-conspirators” were frequently the most violent leaders of the assault on the US Capitol. They are also, most likely, FBI informants.
Before the Jan. 6 protests, the FBI was actively recruiting military members to infiltrate and spy on the Oath Keepers and Proud Boys. Jeremy Brown is a Green Beret and a former Republican candidate for Congress in Florida. Brown served in the US Army from 1992 to 2012 and achieved the rank of Special Forces Master Sergeant.
Jeremy Brown was approached by the FBI in an attempt to recruit him to become an infiltrator of the Proud Boys or Oath Keepers before the Capitol protest. Jeremy wisely recorded the conversation with the FBI agents.
Jeremy is not the only patriot who has questions about the FBI and Fed infiltrators and co-conspirators of Jan. 6th.
Many of the most violent operatives on Jan. 6th who lead the charge against police and breaching the barriers and windows in the US Capitol have not been arrested.
This includes at least three different organized groups from that day who are not showing up in the FBI-DOJ arrest documents. They even wore identifying colors while engaging in their op to coordinate their deception while undercover.
The Black Bloc operatives were the first ones breaching the way inside the US Capitol on Jan. 6th. One of these operatives even suspiciously carried a Confederate flag – something that played right into the Deep State narrative of Trump supporters.
The green tape operatives were aggressively attacking police on Jan. 6th outside the US Capitol. Another group of orange tape operatives were also present on Jan. 6th. The orange bloc operatives were leading the charge against the police.
The Oath Keepers and the Proud Boys are not familiar with many of these violent operatives.
So who are they? Where is the FBI?
Video released by Bobby Powell showed violent punks in all black smashing windows and damaging the US Capitol — but Wray FBI refused to look for them. Many of these joined the list of the “unindicted co-conspirators.”
A study by CNN found that many of those protesters and activists arrested at the January 6th US Capitol protest and riot were non-voters and registered Democrats (why bother to vote if you’re going to cheat – right?)
Notably, there has NEVER been a Trump rally where activists later cause destruction, let alone mass destruction or rioting.
Breitbart.com reported:
“The January 6 event, which has been overwhelmingly branded as a pro-Trump protest, sparked the second impeachment of former President Donald Trump as Democrats, primarily, blamed him for the incitement of insurrection after he delivered a speech to supporters earlier in the day. Not once during the speech did Trump encourage supporters to engage in acts of lawlessness or destruction…
…According to CNN, which analyzed the data of over 180 of those arrested, “at least eight of the people who are now facing criminal charges for their involvement in the events at the Capitol did not vote in the November 2020 presidential election, according to an analysis of voting records from the states where protestors were arrested and those states where public records show they have lived.”
While it is true that “most” of the 80 had voted in the presidential election and “many” were registered Republicans, the analysis found that “a handful were registered as Democrats in those jurisdictions that provided party information.”
“Public access to voter history records varies by state, and CNN was unable to view the records of some of those charged,” the outlet reported alongside the revelations.”
Videos taken of Trump supporters gathered at the West Front of the Capitol during the so called “insurrection” protest show that it was Trump supporters, not Capitol police, who stopped a person who appeared to be an Antifa thug who was trying to break windows to breach our nation’s Capitol building. In one of the videos, Trump supporters can be heard shouting, “Don’t break the window!” “No Antifa! No Antifa!” as several Trump supporters intervened and stopped the attack by someone dressed and acting like Antifa but with a Trump sticker on the back of their helmet. It does cause one to wonder how a few simple assault charges against Antifa that day may have prevented worse (we’ve seen instances in the past where patriots forcefully evicted fake Nazi’s from Trump protests.)
A second video taken from a closer position shows the ‘Antifa’ thug again beating on the window with a combat baton, weakening the glass, as Trump supporters loudly boo and call out, “Antifa! Antifa!” A Trump supporter in a red MAGA hat grabs the ‘Antifa’ terrorist and forcibly pushes the punk away from the window as the crowd cheers.
But the terrorist “Fake MAGA” did not pull this off alone. It went right to the top. As it was in Charlottesville, Virginia – the police themselves engaged in strategic entrapment, subterfuge, and true to character for government enforcers – extreme violence to pull this off.
Yet another video from that fateful day was unearthed showing the US Capitol police turning their backs on anarchists as they escaped the Capitol.
One video exposes rioters INSIDE the Capitol, breaking a window, and being helped outside by police.
This video shows what appear to be Antifa members breaking glass in an office window and then escaping out the window. Outside the police turn their backs to the violent terrorists and allow them to run away, making no effort to apprehend these individuals who damaged the Capitol.
Capitol Police even started firing flash grenades and rubber bullets at peacefully protesting US Citizens carrying US and MAGA flags.
From the videos that emerged one can clearly see the protesters are NOT on the Capitol steps (the easily defendable choke point) and were behind barriers.
There were seniors, women, veterans and even minor children in the crowd. What kind of armed insurrection brings their children?
The protesters were packed tightly together and then Capitol Police began to rain fire on them.
Julie Kelly from American Greatness released a video from the Jan. 6th protests in Washington DC. Police started the violence by firing on the peaceful protestors on the west side of the Capitol building.
In the video at American Greatness you can see Kash Kelly, a former gang member and founder of the Streetlights Unity Movement and Foundation, a group he launched in 2020 in ideological opposition to Black Lives Matters to help at-risk people in inner-cities, express his outrage that police were firing on this crowd of patriots with American flags and MAGA gear.
The police had an ideal defensive situation, as the Capitol building sits atop a 35’ vertical limestone wall. To access the Capitol building from this location, one first needed to enter the courtyard 35’ above. Let’s describe the scene a bit so that you can fully appreciate the unnecessary and brutal escalation tactics of Pelosi’s Capitol Police.
The only route to the courtyard was through a single narrow stairwell. The cops only needed to defend the stairwell from above to prevent the crowd from even reaching the Capitol building itself.
Instead of defending the high ground, the police defied all tactical logic by going to ground level and directly engaging the peaceful crowd. Then, without notice or warning, police began raining down flash/bang grenades, tear gas, and pepper spray into the crowd from above. Creating panic and terror. It’s important to understand that prior to this attack the police made no attempt to communicate with the crowd; they did not attempt to deescalate or declare “an unlawful assembly” or even ask the crowd to leave—they simply attacked a peaceful crowd of American men, women, and children.
The Trump supporters, positioned at the bottom of the stairs and outside the ropes, had nowhere to move to and many had NO defense against this “kill zone” that was about to hit them!
The flash grenades then EXPLODE into the crowd of men, women, children, and seniors!
Notably this is a potentially lethal assault. Flash bang grenades in close range can cause hearing loss, eye damage, and other injuries. That’s for adults. A child can be killed. The police continued to assault the innocent crowd for 30-45 minutes, allowing the media to get the pictures and video showing the police “repelling” the supposed attack.
When the media had their images and it became clear that the provocation had failed to motivate the crowd to counter attack the police or the building – police tactics changed. The police behavior shifted suddenly from “repelling the mob” to becoming tour-guides – allowing the people to climb the stairs, enter the courtyard and even enter the building. Logically, had the protesters stayed on the ground below the courtyard stairwell, the narrative of a violent mob overrunning the police would have collapsed.
Everyone entering the courtyard walked past 4 police officers standing atop the single easily defended stairwell (chokepoint) that allows access to the ground below. The cops are just hanging out talking, while minutes before they had been launching tear gas at the crowd. There is no sign of aggression, urgency, or running by anyone involved.
The mostly middle-aged regular Americans were simply walking calmly with friends. These are the people that the media and DC establishment would have you believe is a violent insurrectionist Trump army capable of storming and breaching police defenses.
Some of these people were trusting enough to enter the Capitol building and reported that cops were present inside and passively observing people walk around the building within the roped off walkways.
Despite the narrative and optics term “armed insurrection” used by some Democratic officials, including House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) An FBI official on March 3rd, 2021 testified at a Senate hearing that she has no knowledge of any guns being recovered from suspects who were arrested during the Jan. 6 Capitol breach.
When asked by Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wis.) about whether firearms were recovered or if any suspect was charged with firearms offenses, FBI counterterrorism official Jill Sanborn responded: “To my knowledge, none.” Yet, FBI Director Christopher Wray said that the Jan. 6 incident was being classified by the agency as “domestic terrorism.”
The U.S. Justice Department has charged hundreds of people with taking part in the Capitol breach. Among those arrested were members of right-wing groups such as the Proud Boys, Three Percenters, and Oath Keepers.
Chief Chris Wray lied to the US Senate and said there was no evidence of Antifa members dressed as Trump supporters and even claimed there was no evidence Antifa members played a role during the January 6th US Capitol protests.
More FBI lies.
Below are two examples of armed arrests that occurred in the same D.C. locale, on the same day and arrested for the same offense.
But of course, government prosecutors habitually drop the charges of those associated with leftist groups like Antifa and throw the book at those on the right who support President Trump.
One Antifa member was caught with a gun and arrested on January 6th on weapons charges. But Leslie Grimes was later released despite lying to officers about the gun in their vehicle.

“Leslie Grimes and two fellow antifa members drove to Washington from Michigan to counter-demonstrate during the Trump rally. According to one of Grimes’ friends, the group walked around for a while but returned to the car after Grimes was roughed by some Trump supporters.
As the trio were getting into the car, they were surrounded by officers who said someone had reported that they were seen “putting weapons in the trunk,” according to a video of the encounter posted on Facebook.
One of the three denied that there were any weapons in the car, but officers found a handgun in the trunk.
Grimes was taken into custody on a charge of possessing an unlicensed gun after she told the officers the firearm belonged to her. She spent the night in jail, but authorities declined to move forward with charges, according to her attorney.
The friend said he does not understand how police knew there was a gun in the car. “It was in the trunk the whole time,” the friend said. “How would they know? It doesn’t make any sense.”
In contrast, when two Trump supporters were caught with a gun in their car. But they were not released. The two were arrested after admitting to officers they had a gun in their car.

“Charles Snell, 40, and Timothy Wolfe, 32, drove up together from Chesapeake, Virginia, to take part in the Trump rally, arriving about 11 a.m. They had been on the road for about three hours and were excited to take pictures at the event and to be “a part of history,” Snell said in an interview.
But they never made it to the rally.
Snell turned into what he thought was a public parking garage on 12th Street, just a couple of blocks from the National Mall.
A security guard stopped the car and asked whether they had any weapons inside, Snell said. Snell, a private security guard himself, had a handgun in his backpack in the back seat. Wolfe told the guard that he had a gun on the floorboard, a Glock 9 mm with 12 rounds in the magazine.
The two men were placed under arrest on charges of carrying a pistol without a license, possession of unregistered ammunition and possession of a large-capacity ammunition feeding device.
“It was my fault,” Snell said. “I didn’t research it before I came, or I wouldn’t have brought fingernail clippers on my key ring. Heck no.”
“I’m doing security,” he added. “If I get some kind of conviction, I might end up losing my license.”
Snell said they brought their guns only for security during travel to and from Washington.”
Yet another example of the double standard and lies coming from our media and Washington DC and two tiered justice system.
The January 6th evacuation of Congress was blamed ad nauseum on the “rioters.” Yet this was another piece of Fake News.
It was not an “insurrection”. It was not an “armed mob”. It was a pipe bomb found outside the RNC and DNC on the day of the protests, but actually placed there the night before.
The Examiner reported this in February, 2021.
“The discovery of a pipe bomb outside the Republican National Committee headquarters in Washington on Jan. 6 prompted police to evacuate two congressional buildings, not, as was believed, the attack on the U.S. Capitol, senators heard Tuesday.
U.S. Capitol Police learned of the discovery of two pipe bombs on Capitol Hill around the same time, just before 1 p.m. ET that Wednesday. Capitol Police responded to one bomb discovered by an RNC staff member at the organization’s office, just a few blocks from the Capitol. Metropolitan Police Department officers responded to a second pipe bomb that was spotted outside the nearby Democratic National Committee headquarters. Each department sent officers to respond, hurting the Capitol Police’s ability to secure the Capitol since MPD was called to the Capitol minutes after the bombs were discovered.
“That resulted in the evacuation of two congressional buildings, the Cannon House Office Building, as well as one of the Library of Congress buildings. So it took extensive resources,” then-Capitol Police Chief Steven Sund said in a joint hearing before the Senate Rules Committee and Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee Tuesday afternoon.
“So the assault on the Capitol is not what caused the evacuations of those buildings? The discovery of those pipe bombs is what caused the evacuations of those?” asked Republican Oklahoma Sen. James Lankford.
“That is correct,” said Sund.”
The FBI even posted a reward of $50,000 for information about the pipe bombs placed on January 6th until Dalton Bennett from The Washington Post tweeted
“Pipe bombs found near Capitol on Jan. 6 are believed to have been placed the night before. We obtained exclusive footage showing the suspect in the moments before placing a bomb at the RNC. Our latest w/ @emmersbrown @SarahCahlan @jdawsey1 & @joyceslee” and “A video from around 8:15pm video shows the suspect carrying a backpack near his waist as they approach the area where the bomb was discovered on Jan. 6. According to the law enforcement official, this is the last known sighting of the suspect before the placement of the bomb.””
This fact destroyed the narrative of a spur of the moment insurrection inspired by a morning speech from President Trump on January 6th, but the Fake News skipped right over this important revelation.
The first conspiracy charge filed against Jan 6th detainees was a former FBI section chief who allegedly said this on Facebook.
“Us storming the castle. Please share. Sharon was right with me! I am such an instigator! She was ready for it man! Didn’t even mind the tear gas.”
Police arrested Caldwell — an alleged leader of the Oath Keepers, — on Jan. 19 on four federal charges, including conspiracy to commit an offense and obstruction of an official proceeding at the Capitol. The first conspiracy charge filed in connection with the so-called “insurrection”.
The FBI accused Caldwell of helping organize a group who were seen in video footage wearing military gear and “aggressively approaching the Capitol.”
Caldwell denied being a member of the Oath Keepers. But he did claim to be former FBI…
“He has held a Top Secret Security Clearance since 1979 and has undergone multiple Special Background Investigations in support of his clearances,” Caldwell’s attorney wrote.
The attorney for Thomas Edward Caldwell, 66, made the revelation in a court filing arguing for Caldwell’s release from detention pending trial. Caldwell, a Navy veteran, worked as a section chief for the FBI from 2009 to 2010, and he also ran a consulting firm that performed work for several U.S. government agencies, his attorney wrote.
When Senator Ron Johnson’s Staff Investigated and looked thru 14,000 hours of Jan 6th video footage – 38% of 800 protesters were waved in West Terrace door by Capitol Police. When the DC Chief Medical Examiner announced the cause and manner of death of 4 People Who Died During Jan. 6 Riot – Ashli Babbitt’s death was ruled a homicide. 35 Capitol Police Officers were placed under investigation, 6 suspended for letting protesters inside US Capitol — the same protesters who were later arrested for entering the US capitol.

According to J6 Attorney Joseph McBride: “Let me just call one of these people out. Someone who was tagged on the internet by “Sedition Hunters” as Red-Faced 45. This is someone who is dressed in Trump gear, in MAGA gear. He’s covered in gear from head to toe. His face is painted MAGA red. He has a Trump hat on a Make America Great Again hat. Yet, he is clearly a law enforcement officer. He interacts with uniformed personnel. He interacts with agents in the crowd. He passes out weapons, sledgehammers, poles, mace. Some of those things come in contact with some of the other protesters who have subsequently been charged with possessing dangerous weapons and are using dangerous weapons at the Capitol. That is clearly entrapment. That is clearly the government creating conditions of dangerousness and entrapping members of the crowd to possess weapons and possibly use them for reasons that we cannot comprehend.”
Protestors recorded videos of black SUVs filled with police escorting shuttle buses filled with ANTIFA to the scene before taking their own positions. The Ex-Capitol Police Chief, Steven Sund, said he had intel Antifa was part of the January 6 attack. Later, Antifa-BLM activists were posting photos and bragging online about storming the US Capitol on Jan. 6.This went ignored by Media and FBI.
Video from attendees and journalists from the event documented numerous cases of black clad Antifa smashing windows, often with MAGA hats over their battle gear and body armor. Videos repeatedly show crowds chanting “Fuck Antifa” or denouncing the Capitol Police for standing by while Antifa damaged the Capitol Building. At one point, what looked like Federal Agents began passing out long wooden poles (Siege weapons to smash windows, presumably) to Antifa operatives through small windows from within the Capitol Building itself. Many of them even wore different color patches to distinguish to other operatives in the know which team they were on, yet no patriot groups present knew who these actors were.
Sullivan has maintained in multiple interviews that he regularly attends protests only to record what’s going on, but did not actively partake in the insurgence in Washington.
“It’s just recording, solely, and not being active in it,” he told Fox News.
The Black Lives Matter leader from Utah made it to Washington D.C. for a rally and march previously as well, June 28th, 2020 he spoke to a crowd of BLM and ANTIFA activists. In this speech, John Sullivan called on BLM to “rip Trump from the White House!” and also called for a “Revolution!” Notably, Rand Paul said they were funded and sent there from out of state.
The actions of other Antifa agitators in the Capital, dressed like Trump supporters, led to the death of Trump Supporter Ashli while John Sullivan caught it all on video.
Independent journalist Masako Ganaha broke down the climactic moments before and after Ashli Babbitt, an unarmed woman, Trump supporter, Air Force war veteran, was shot while attempting to climb through a broken-out window. Babbitt died of her wound shortly after.
Ganaha noted that before the shooting there were two men up front near the doors inside the Capital that were locked. These doors had glass windows. The two men worked together to agitate the crowd and break the glass. Something we have never seen at a Trump rally but have seen multiple times at Antifa/BLM riots.
As soon as the glass was broken a shot was fired at Ashli Babbitt who was attempting to get through these doors. When this happened both men breaking the glass stepped back and one of the men ran down the stairs by the police and changed his clothes. When she saw this Ganaha knew these were not Trump supporters.
Ganaha closed with this:
“The world is watching and we should know what the truth is. And, then we can move on to what to think or what to decide, what to talk or do next.”
After the Capitol was stormed, John Sullivan appeared with CNN contract photojournalist Jade Sacker on CNN that night. CNN did not identify Sullivan as an Antifa-BLM protest leader. They mentioned Insurgence, USA but skip over it being a radical leftist organization. They do not mention that Sullivan was arrested in Utah during unrest in 2020. CNN did not reveal that the two were working together inside the US Capitol. Jade Sacker has done work for NPR, CNN, NBC and other liberal outlets. They completely leave out that there is video of Antifa-Black Lives Matter leader John Sullivan giving instructions to his co-conspirators on his channel Insurgence USA on how to effectively pull off criminal protest actions without detection. Or that he sells riot gear through his website. CNN invited Sullivan on their channel and described him as a reporter.
In the video Sullivan offers instructions on how to prevent detection and information on bulletproof shields to wear during planned insurrection activities.
Politico reporter Kyle Cheney reported that John Sullivan was paid $35,000 from both CNN and NBC for his footage inside the US Capitol on January 6th. This is more than 10x the average rate.
Tayler Hansen, a Gateway Pundit contributor, was also at the US Capitol protests. Taylor is an actual reporter and videographer, unlike John Sullivan who is a Black Lives Matter-Antifa organizer.
According to Tayler, “This raises serious red flags.” Tayler says that the average beat reporter and videographer makes $300 to $1,000 for coverage from an event like the US Capitol riots. — Sullivan made $35,000 for his coverage.
Tayler Hansen added this,
“With over 6 months of experience as an independent Journalist I have captured some of the most viewed and circulated media content on the internet. I have NEVER made over $1,000 on an individual video. The highest I have ever seen a news source pay for breaking news footage is $3,000. John Sullivan being paid $35,000 by CNN and NBC for ONE EVENT is criminal. An average paid journalist out of Utah makes $3,021 a month, NOT $75,000 IN A MATTER OF DAYS. Let’s not forget that John has always been an ANTIFA and BLM organizer and activist. He has never before reported in a journalistic capacity. Even while “reporting” he is seen breaking a window, telling people he has a knife to get to the front of a crowded hallway, and is heard saying, “LETS BURN THIS SHIT DOWN!”
John Sullivan is not and has never been a journalist. He is an avowed BLM organizer and activist, his group InsurgenceUSA has a history of violence. There is something nefarious going on here..”
Yet, in video streamed to his chatroom on Discord, Sullivan, using the alias “Jayden X”, can be heard inciting violence from inside the U.S. Capitol and boasting about breaking a window.
“If we don’t get in, we’re going to burn this sh*t down,” he gloats. “Let’s go! This sh*t’s ours. F*ck yeah. I can’t believe this is reality. We accomplished this sh*t. We did this sh*t together.
“I didn’t know I hit [the window] that hard. No one got that on camera… F*ck the blue! F*ck the blue!”
Moments before Sullivan captured Air Force veteran Ashli Babbitt getting shot and killed in the Capitol, Jade Sacker, accompanying Sullivan who appears to be his accomplice, gleefully exclaims “We did it!”
“You were right! We did it,” she boasts.
“Dude, I was trying to tell you. I couldn’t say much,” Sullivan replies. “Is this not going to be the best film you’ve ever made in your life?” He said about what would moments later become the last film of Ashli’s life.
While the FBI and the Fake News insist there is no evidence Antifa or BLM played any role in the deadly mob that stormed the Capitol Building, Sullivan admits in the footage that he strategically wore a Trump hat and carried a “big ass camera” at the rally to disguise himself as a journalist and mislead about his true motives.
And CNN’s own Jade Sacker penetrated the Capitol with a member of BLM/Antifa cheering, “We did it!” And then asked her conspirator if he was filming, he said he’d delete it, he forgot. CNN was in on it. CNN was embedded with Antifa during the rioting!
Sullivan even admitted in one video that he strategically wore a Trump hat and carried a “big ass camera” at the rally to guise himself as a journalist and mislead law enforcement and the media about his true motives.
“It’s all fake,” he explains. “I learned that sh*t already – I am going to wear a Trump hat. I am going to wear a Trump hat. I bought one today. I was wearing a Trump hat at the f*cking last Trump – at that Trump rally during the daytime – because I was like, ‘nah, that sh*t ain’t happening, bro.”
“Oh yeah, I was just a journalist, but I use that all the time,” he continues. “‘Yeah I’m just a journalist. I am just recording. I’ve got my camera on my shoulder.’ Literally, I have my big ass camera on my shoulder right here.”
Award winning journalist Michael Yon was at the US Capitol on January 6th and he claims the provocateurs at the event were clearly Antifa. He covered the Hong Kong riots as well. He had this to say:
“What we’ve seen so far and being physically present, Antifa clearly led the attack. That was utterly obvious. For instance outside during part of the attack, when there was much gas fired and rubber bullets, I’m not sure about that. They were throwing flash bangs, that’s clear we were right there. There was a lady on the mega phone saying ‘send up the mask, send up the mask’. She said it over and over and so on our video and others, that’s a clear Hong Kong tactic that I’ve never seen in any other war and conflict. Which is Hong Kongers would constantly say, send up water, send up mask, send up shields.””

Julie Kelly at American Greatness reported on the US Government’s continued refusal to release footage from the Jan. 6th protests and so called siege of the US Capitol.
As Investigative journalist Julie Kelly said:
“Joe Biden calls it the worst attack since the Civil War. Attorney General Merrick Garland compares it to the 1995 Oklahoma City bombing. The FBI is breaking down the doors of Iraq War veterans and small business owners who have no criminal records, and some are hauled off to rot in solitary confinement in a fetid D.C. jail, for their involvement in the alleged travesty…
…But have we seen a full and fair depiction of exactly what happened that day? The answer, as evidenced by an ongoing coverup by the U.S. Capitol Police and the Justice Department, clearly is no.
Almost all the January 6 video seen by the public isn’t from official government sources but by social media users and journalists on the scene. For example, the widely viewed footage of protestors occupying the Senate chamber was recorded by a New Yorker journalist.
But thousands of hours of real-time footage is in the hands of the Capitol Police—and that agency, along with government lawyers and federal judges, is using every legal trick possible to keep the trove hidden from the public even as clips are presented in court as evidence against hundreds of January 6 defendants…
…There’s only one reason why the Justice Department wants to keep the footage under seal: it contradicts most if not all of the claims advanced by Democrats and the media over the past four months.
Republicans, to the extent they can or will, and the media should demand the release of all the footage. Ditto for families of the defendants. The American public still doesn’t know exactly what happened on January 6—and it’s clear the government will use any means necessary to keep it that way.”
A video was uncovered that shows what appear to be the first individuals into the Capitol. These individuals appeared to be from Antifa or Black Lives Matter. These were not Trump supporters:
Trump supporters never dressed in black – Antifa always does. These instigators also carried Confederate flags, something never seen at Trump rallies.
Why did the Democrats lie and not share this video when pushing their second BS impeachment of President Trump? Why has the DOJ and Capitol withheld this video? The government is withholding thousands of hours of tape in their effort to craft the false narrative that Trump supporters are white nationalists.
Conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit in early March 2021 against the Department of Defense for records of Speaker Pelosi’s January 8th phone call with the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Mark Milley.
Pelosi even admitted she spoke to Mark Milley in a January 8th letter to her Democrat colleagues:
“This morning, I spoke to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Mark Milley to discuss available precautions for preventing an unstable president from initiating military hostilities or accessing the launch codes and ordering a nuclear strike. The situation of this unhinged President could not be more dangerous, and we must do everything that we can to protect the American people from his unbalanced assault on our country and our democracy.”

“The lawsuit was filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia after the Defense Department failed to respond to a January 11, 2021, Freedom of Information (FOIA) request for:
- Any and all records regarding, concerning, or related to the telephone call between House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and General Mark Milley on or about January 8, 2021. This request includes, but is not limited to, any and all transcripts, recordings, and/or summaries of the call, as well as any other records produced in preparation for, during, and/or pursuant to the call.
- Any and all additional records of communication between Gen. Milley and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi between November 1, 2020 and the present.
In a section of the letter headed “Removing the President From Office,” Pelosi also told her colleagues:
As you know, there is growing momentum around the invocation of the 25th Amendment, which would allow the Vice President and a majority of the Cabinet to remove the President for his incitement of insurrection and the danger he still poses. Yesterday, Leader Schumer and I placed a call with Vice President Pence, and we still hope to hear from him as soon as possible with a positive answer as to whether he and the Cabinet will honor their oath to the Constitution and the American people.”
“If Speaker Pelosi’s description of her conversation with General Milley is true, it sets a dangerous precedent that could undermine the president’s role as commander in chief and the separation of powers,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. “Our new lawsuit aims to uncover truth about the call.”
Members of the US Capitol Police even issued a vote of no confidence on February 11th, 2021 in their acting chief and other top leadership.
The rank and file officers went so far as to pass votes of no confidence in then acting Chief Yoganada Pittman, two assistant chiefs, three deputy chiefs and a captain in the Capitol building division.
The chief issued a statement claiming that there has been “progress” since the Capitol takeover on January 6th, in which officers were not prepared at all for a large demonstration.
“It’s been just over one month since one of our nation’s darkest days, and the trauma is still incredibly raw and difficult for the many officers who fought heroically on the 6th,” Chief Pittman said in a statement obtained by CNN. “Since being sworn in on January 8th, my executive team and I have made the well-being of our officers our top priority. While progress has been made, more work remains. And I am committed to ensuring every officer gets what they need and deserve.”
Capitol Police officers told CNN that they had been left vulnerable on the 6th and that they did not believe the current leadership at the time will be able to properly manage these kinds of situations in the future.
Former Chief Steven Sund and the Sergeants-at-Arms for the US House and Senate had both resigned after the January 6th protest.
What did Nancy Pelosi know and when did she know it?
As mentioned previously — Speaker Nancy Pelosi and GOP Leader Mitch McConnell refused National Guard support for the protests on January 6th.
This was well documented and explains why Democrats abruptly closed their impeachment case against President Trump rather than allow the truth out to the American public who would learn that it was Nancy Pelosi who failed to secure the US Capitol in January.
In a WaPo interview with then Washington DC police chief, Steve Sund, the outgoing police chief “believes his efforts to secure the premises were undermined by a lack of concern from House and Senate security officials who answer directly to Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Senate leader Mitch McConnell.”
The Washington Post reported:
“Two days before Congress was set to formalize President-elect Joe Biden’s victory, Capitol Police Chief Steven Sund was growing increasingly worried about the size of the pro-Trump crowds expected to stream into Washington in protest.
To be on the safe side, Sund asked House and Senate security officials for permission to request that the D.C. National Guard be placed on standby in case he needed quick backup.
But, Sund said Sunday, they turned him down.”
John Falcicchio, chief of staff for D.C. Mayor Muriel E. Bowser even admitted: “Literally, this guy is on the phone, I mean, crying out for help. It’s burned in my memories.”
On February 27th, Daily Caller reported on Pelosi’s obstruction to the national guard reinforcements.
“In the aftermath of the Jan. 6 Capitol riot, Former Sergeant at Arms Paul Irving recalled to House Admin how previous discussions with House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and her office factored into his “blender of decision making,” according to three sources with direct knowledge of Irving’s talk with House Admin.
Pelosi’s office had previously impressed upon Irving that the National Guard was to remain off Capitol Grounds, Irving allegedly told House Admin. The discussions, which centered around “optics,” allegedly occurred in the months prior to the Jan. 6 riot, during a time when deployment of federal resources for civil unrest was unpopular with Democrats and many members of Congress.
The three sources who confirmed the discussion to the Daily Caller did so under the condition of anonymity, citing the fear of putting a chill on further witnesses to how the security situation unfolded Jan. 6.”
The fact that Nancy Pelosi left the US Capitol open and defenseless in early January is one thing. The fact that she lied about it, blamed her failings on President Trump, and then utilized it as a battering ram to usurp political power, is treason.
Disgraced FBI Director Christopher Wray testified before the US Senate on March 2nd, 2021 in his first testimony since the US Capitol “insurrection” on January 6th.
Wray reiterated the “great lie” that there was no evidence of “fake Trump supporters” at the US Capitol. Director Wray also claimed there was no evidence Antifa or left-wing groups played a role in the Capitol riot under questioning by Democrat Senator Leahy.
“We have not to date seen any evidence of anarchist violent extremists or people subscribing to Antifa in connection with the 6th,” Wray said.
Wray’s testimony, however, directly contradicts statements made by ex-Capitol Police Chief Steven Sund and other eye witnesses who were on the ground at the Capitol on January 6.
On February 23rd, 2021 ex-Capitol Police Chief Steven Sund testified during a hearing before the Senate Rules and Homeland Security committees that, according to intelligence gathered by law enforcement groups, ANTIFA, members of the Proud Boys, white supremacist groups, and other extremist groups were expected to participate on January 6th and also that they may be inclined to become violent.
According to a former FBI agent on the ground at the US Capitol, at least one bus load of Antifa terrorists infiltrated the Trump rally as part of this false flag operation.
Michael Waller, a senior strategy analyst at the Center for Security Policy who actually specialized in propaganda, political warfare, psychological warfare, and subversion, said he was at the Capitol on January 6 and that he witnessed:
- “Plainclothes militants. Militant, aggressive men in Donald Trump and MAGA gear at a front police line at the base of the temporary presidential inaugural platform;
- Agents-provocateurs. Scattered groups of men exhorting the marchers to gather closely and tightly toward the center of the outside of the Capitol building and prevent them from leaving;
- Fake Trump protesters. A few young men wearing Trump or MAGA hats backwards and who did not fit in with the rest of the crowd in terms of their actions and demeanor, whom I presumed to be Antifa or other leftist agitators; and
- Disciplined, uniformed column of attackers. A column of organized, disciplined men, wearing similar but not identical camouflage uniforms and black gear, some with helmets and GoPro cameras or wearing subdued Punisher skull patches.”
The Weaponization of The Narrative
Friday, January 8th, a mere two days after the Democrat Army attacked the Capitol wearing MAGA Hats – Twitter permanently banned President Trump from its platform, here is the statement Twitter released:
”After close review of recent Tweets from the @realDonaldTrump account and the context around them — specifically how they are being received and interpreted on and off Twitter — we have permanently suspended the account due to the risk of further incitement of violence.
In the context of horrific events this week, we made it clear on Wednesday that additional violations of the Twitter Rules would potentially result in this very course of action. Our public interest framework exists to enable the public to hear from elected officials and world leaders directly. It is built on a principle that the people have a right to hold power to account in the open.
However, we made it clear going back years that these accounts are not above our rules entirely and cannot use Twitter to incite violence, among other things. We will continue to be transparent around our policies and their enforcement.
The below is a comprehensive analysis of our policy enforcement approach in this case.
Overview
On January 8, 2021, President Donald J. Trump Tweeted:
“The 75,000,000 great American Patriots who voted for me, AMERICA FIRST, and MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN, will have a GIANT VOICE long into the future. They will not be disrespected or treated unfairly in any way, shape or form!!!”
Shortly thereafter, the President Tweeted:
“To all of those who have asked, I will not be going to the Inauguration on January 20th.”
Due to the ongoing tensions in the United States, and an uptick in the global conversation in regards to the people who violently stormed the Capitol on January 6, 2021, these two Tweets must be read in the context of broader events in the country and the ways in which the President’s statements can be mobilized by different audiences, including to incite violence, as well as in the context of the pattern of behavior from this account in recent weeks. After assessing the language in these Tweets against our Glorification of Violence policy, we have determined that these Tweets are in violation of the Glorification of Violence Policy and the user @realDonaldTrump should be immediately permanently suspended from the service.
Assessment
We assessed the two Tweets referenced above under our Glorification of Violence policy, which aims to prevent the glorification of violence that could inspire others to replicate violent acts and determined that they were highly likely to encourage and inspire people to replicate the criminal acts that took place at the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021.
This determination is based on a number of factors, including:
- President Trump’s statement that he will not be attending the Inauguration is being received by a number of his supporters as further confirmation that the election was not legitimate and is seen as him disavowing his previous claim made via two Tweets (1, 2) by his Deputy Chief of Staff, Dan Scavino, that there would be an “orderly transition” on January 20th.
- The second Tweet may also serve as encouragement to those potentially considering violent acts that the Inauguration would be a “safe” target, as he will not be attending.
- The use of the words “American Patriots” to describe some of his supporters is also being interpreted as support for those committing violent acts at the US Capitol.
- The mention of his supporters having a “GIANT VOICE long into the future” and that “They will not be disrespected or treated unfairly in any way, shape or form!!!” is being interpreted as further indication that President Trump does not plan to facilitate an “orderly transition” and instead that he plans to continue to support, empower, and shield those who believe he won the election.
- Plans for future armed protests have already begun proliferating on and off-Twitter, including a proposed secondary attack on the US Capitol and state capitol buildings on January 17, 2021.”
Of course – the weaponization of the “Great Lie” wasn’t isolated to merely banning Trump from twitter. Many elected officials who at first were bowing to public pressure from their voting base changed their mind at the last minute and cited January 6th and ‘Trump’s Insurrection’ as their reasoning for betraying the American People and certifying an obvious Chinese puppet to the position of Commander in Chief and United States President. Turning over the awesome power of our federal government to the Communist usurpers. It was a dark day in American history.
On January 3rd, Democrats and the Republicans approved rigged “rules” on a Sunday night without recorded votes (because they didn’t want their names attached to this corrupt vote) outlining how they intended to address the massive voter fraud of the 2020 election.
Zero hedge reported:
“The House of Representatives and the Senate on Sunday adopted rules that outline how the counting of Electoral College votes will take place on Jan. 6.
The rules were passed without recorded votes. Instead, a voice vote was used in both chambers.
The guidance, introduced by Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.), says the chambers will meet in a joint session on Jan. 6 presided over by Vice President Mike Pence.
Pence, as president of the Senate, will open “all the certificates and papers purporting to be certificates of the electoral votes,” the rules state, a nod to how seven states sent so-called competing electors, or certificates for both Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden and President Donald Trump, to Washington.
The certificates and papers will be opened, presented, and acted upon in alphabetical order, starting with Alabama.
This is when dozens of Republicans—50 representatives and 12 senators, according to an Epoch Times tally—are planning to object to some certificates, alleging election irregularities including voter fraud and failure to follow state election laws.
That will trigger a withdrawal from the joint session and a two-hour debate, followed by votes in each chamber. Only with a majority vote from both the House and the Senate would a challenge be upheld, which even supporters find unlikely, considering Democrats who control the House and Senate Republican leadership, including McConnell, have expressed disapproval with the plan to object.
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) in a letter to colleagues on Sunday noted that objections can happen but said, at the end of the day, Biden “will be officially declared the next president.””
However, this was clearly more of a PR trick, than an actual honest efforts to allow the redress of grievances over the election fraud of 2020. According to these traitorous rules, the majority had to be in both houses. 55 Representatives and 11 Senators was not enough. According to the prior situations and the results/outcomes of prior elections (1800 election and 1887 act) it is really up to the ‘President of the Senate’ – which should be VP Pence. He had the final authority to decide to accept both packages of electors, none at all from the disputed States, or pick and choose what he decides to count for the final tally.
Notably, the “rule” for the counting of electors was not actually a rule … it was a resolution that Pence could have ignored. It had no legal force the way an official rule would and it was likely unconstitutional.
It was flawed in that it suggested that Pence hand over the envelopes to a teller after he opens them for counting. Then after the teller says the number they were to be handed back to Pence to announce the winner.
Pence could have opened and made all determinations about what votes count or what are illegal and don’t count. He should NEVER have handed them over to a teller. That allowed illegitimate votes to be counted before Pence could make a determination. Pence was
supposed to announce the votes, not the tellers, and then Pence would declare the winner from this rigged method. Pence handed over his constitutional authority…I wonder if he was given 30 pieces of silver?
Very quickly any excuse to demonize Trump supporters was found, or outright fabricated. One visceral example burned into the recent memory of our nation is that of Brian Sicknick
According to an NPR.org article on February 2nd, 2021 titled Brian Sicknick, Capitol Police Officer Slain By Mob, Lies In Honor In Rotunda.
“Sicknick, 42, was responding to the riots led by a pro-Trump mob attempting to stop lawmakers from certifying President Biden’s Electoral College victory. Capitol Police said Sicknick was injured “while physically engaging protesters,” adding that he later “returned to his division and collapsed.” Some witnesses said Sicknick had been struck with a fire extinguisher. Sicknick died the following day from his injuries.”
As I mentioned previously, FBI Director Christopher Wray described the breach of the Capitol on Jan. 6 as “domestic terrorism” during a Senate panel hearing on March 2nd, 2021.
“It’s got no place in our democracy and tolerating it would make a mockery of our nation’s rule of law,” Wray told senators.
“That siege was criminal behavior plain and simple and it’s behavior that we – the FBI – views as domestic terrorism.”
The FBI, however, admittedly did not have credible threat reports of a pre-planned attack on the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, according to his testimony. Law enforcement agencies, including the selectively sighted FBI, have faced criticism and questions for why authorities were so unprepared for the breach.
Then-acting chief of the Capitol Police claimed that a Jan. 5 report from the FBI was handed to investigators in the police force and to the agency’s intelligence unit but wasn’t communicated up the chain of command.
In the hearing, Wray elaborated that to date, 300 people had been arrested by the FBI and other law enforcement agencies. He then attempted to push Democratic propaganda talking points about “Domestic Terrorism.”
More people are being charged with crimes related to the Capitol breach nearly every day, he added.
Wray cited alleged “militia violent extremism” as well as “racially motivated violent extremism.” The FBI chief further remarked:
“January 6th was not an isolated event.”
“The problem of domestic terrorism has been metastasizing.”
Going a step further, Wray asserted that it is “a top concern and remains so for the FBI,” adding that domestic terrorism is comparable to al-Qaeda and the ISIS terrorist groups. He also claimed that domestic terrorism arrests have increased for militia extremists, racially motivated extremists, and anarchist extremists.
Several people died in relation to the Jan. 6 protest, including supporters of former President Donald Trump and Capitol Police officer Brian Sicknick, who died the next day. Reports from the New York Times and other outlets spread far the lie that Sicknick was killed by a Trump supporter armed with a fire extinguisher before those reports were updated or retracted. Sicknick’s mother even told news outlets that she believed he may have suffered from a stroke.
Wray then told senators that in the midst of an FBI investigation, Sicknick’s cause of death has not yet been determined.
“There is an ongoing investigation into his death. I have to be careful at this stage, because it’s ongoing, not to get out in front of it,” Wray said.
“So does that mean since the investigation is going on, you have not determined the exact cause of the death?” Iowa Republican Sen. Chuck Grassley asked Wray.
“That means we can’t yet disclose cause of death at this stage,” the FBI chief said.
“But you have determined the cause of death?” Grassley asked.
“I didn’t say that,” said Wray. “We’re not at a point where we could disclose or confirm the cause of death.”
And when asked whether there were foreign actors involved, Wray told senators that “it’s possible, but we haven’t seen any evidence of that.”
As the Federal governments push to root out alleged domestic extremists explands, over 150 human rights organizations called on Congress not to expand the proposed expansion of terrorism-related legal authority: The Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights said in a letter to Congress several weeks ago.
“We urge you to oppose any new domestic terrorism charge, the creation of a list of designated domestic terrorist organizations, or other expansion of existing terrorism-related authorities. We are concerned that a new federal domestic terrorism statute or list would adversely impact civil rights.”
Former New York Times journalist Glenn Greenwald issued a more explicit warning in January, saying that the war on domestic extremism could “essentially criminalize any oppositional ideology to the ruling class,” and that “there is literally nothing that could be more dangerous, and it’s not fear-mongering or alarmism to say it.”
Speaking to Fox News, Greenwald said he hoped the crackdown would expose the mistaken view “that the way to understand Washington is Democrat versus Republican, and that you side with one team and believe they are on your side in defending your interests, and the other team is your enemy.”
Other Fake News ran nonstop similar headlines, and then ran that lie as context to every other article referencing January the 6th. The effect was to intimidate and attribute a murderous guilt-by-association with Trump supporters and justify the use of anti terror laws to put down political dissent. Pelosi and Schumer, Supreme Leaders of the political Party that put Derek Chauvin away for Murder for a crime with no injury, and of “Defund the Police,” quickly seized jumped to champion officer Sicknick’s brave “sacrifice” for political capital:
“The U.S. Congress is unified in grief, gratitude and solemn appreciation for the service and sacrifice of Officer Brian Sicknick…The heroism of Officer Sicknick and the Capitol Police force during the violent insurrection against our Capitol helped save lives, defend the temple of our democracy and ensure that Congress was not diverted from our duty to the Constitution. His sacrifice reminds us every day of our obligation to our country and the people we serve,” Pelosi and Schumer said in a joint statement announcing that the fallen officer would lie in honor.
Capitol Police officer Brian Sicknick suffered multiple strokes and died of natural causes, the DC Chief medical examiner ruled.
The autopsy found no evidence of external or internal injuries nor an allergic reaction to any chemical irritants.
The mainstream media, with The New York Times leading the deception, lied about Sicknick’s death and falsely claimed he died from injuries suffered after being smashed in the head with a fire extinguisher during the Capitol riot on January 6.
The Washington Post reported:
Capitol Police officer Brian D. Sicknick suffered two strokes and died of natural causes a day after he confronted rioters at the Jan. 6 insurrection, the District’s chief medical examiner has ruled. The ruling, released Monday, likely will make it difficult for prosecutors to pursue homicide charges in the officer’s death. Two men are accused of assaulting Sicknick by spraying a powerful chemical irritant at him during the siege.
In an interview with The Washington Post, Francisco J. Diaz, the medical examiner, said the autopsy found no evidence the 42-year-old officer suffered an allergic reaction to chemical irritants, which Diaz said would have caused Sicknick’s throat to quickly seize. Diaz also said there was no evidence of internal or external injuries. The medical examiner noted Sicknick was among the officers who engaged the Capitol mob and said ‘all that transpired played a role in his condition.’
Two men were arrested for *assault* on police officer Brian Sicknick: Julian Elie Khater, 32, of Pennsylvania, and George Pierre Tanios, 39 of Morgantown, were accused of assault.
The DC Chief Medical Examiner in April, 2021 announced the cause and manner of death of the four who died at the US Capitol on January 6th.
Two men had died of natural causes and one woman’s death was ruled an accident. Ashli Babbitt’s death was correctly ruled a homicide.
The Associated Press even tweeted that Sicknick was “hit in the head with a fire extinguisher during the riot.” The New York Times did eventually correct it’s reporting that had claimed Capitol Police Officer Brian Sicknick’s death was a result of blunt force trauma from being struck in the head with a fire extinguisher by pro-Trump rioters on Jan. 6th.
Trump supporter and activist Philip Anderson said the Capitol Police killed Rosanne Boyland. He should know – because he was next to her when she died. He was holding her hand and was nearly killed himself.
Activist Philip Anderson, A black Trump supporter, was heavily gassed with pepper spray, pushed down, and then nearly trampled to death as police officers continued to push people onto a pile of bodies outside the US Capitol.
Anderson described that Rosanne Boyland was the first woman killed by Capitol police that day. Philip fell and was being smothered as police officers continued to push Trump supporters on top of him. Philip recounted how he was holding Rosanne’s hand when she died.
Videos of the event confirm Rosanne Boyland was trampled as Capitol Police continued to push protesters on top of her.
Protesters dragged Philip Anderson’s body away after he lost consciousness trying to protect Rosanne, and himself – from murder at the hands of his government.
Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-TX), himself a former district court judge, even questioned corrupt Attorney General Merrick Garland during his appearance before the House Judiciary Committee on October 21, 2021.
Gohmert grilled Garland over the unconstitutional treatment of the Jan. 6th protesters who were (and as of this writing a full year later,) still are, being beaten, abused, and isolated in a DC jail over their participation in the Jan. 6 protests. Not a single protester has been charged with insurrection. And these men are still in jail after nearly 12 months for their alleged crimes.
Louie Gohmert even questioned Garland on the violent death of Rosanne Boyland.
Boyland was beaten by police before she collapsed and was trampled by police on Jan. 6th. Trump supporters tried to revive her after she fell unconscious as police stood around continuing their beating of innocent American protesters. The dialogue was thus:
Rep. Louie Gohmert: “Was there a determination of who repeatedly struck Rosanne Boyland in the head with a rod before she died?”
Merrick Garland: “Again, I think this was a matter that was investigated by the US attorney’s office and um…”
Rep. Gohmert: “Well, there is a witness on video saying it was a DC Metro policeman. I didn’t know if you’ve been able to confirm or deny that?”
Louie then went on to describe the two-tiered justice system in America where Democrats have taken over the House chamber for over 24 hours and there were no charges but Republican protesters can be waved in by Capitol Police into a building for a couple hours and be charged for an insurrection.
One victim of the Communists in DC, Victoria White, described a scene straight out of the Communist Soviet Union, or Mao’s China. As reported by Julie Kelly at American Greatness on December 8th, 2021:
“That’s when she encountered a horror scene.
Grown men were crying, White said, from being doused repeatedly with a noxious chemical gas inside the tight confines of the tunnel. People were being crushed. Cops clad in full riot gear had filled the tunnel with the gas, causing victims to vomit and pass out.
“We were trapped. Police were pushing us out using riot shields and people outside were pushing in. I kept falling. A cop sprayed mace directly into my face.”
Then, she said, she felt the first blow.
It came out of nowhere, White told me. With her back to the line of officers, White tried to stand up but repeated blows to her head by an officer in a white shirt, presumably a D.C. Metro police supervisor, prevented her from regaining her footing.
“Because of my history, I started having flashbacks,” White told me slowly, choking up as she recalled what happened. “I felt like I had felt all those years, the times when I would get hit.” She remained crouched down as blow after blow, first by a stick then someone’s fist, landed on the top of her head and face. At one point, she confronted the abusive officer, reminding him “he took an oath to the Constitution.” Her remarks enraged the officer; he called her a “bitch” and continued the pummeling.
After several minutes, White was brought out of the tunnel by another officer. Her jacket, which she tied around her waist in the heated tunnel and contained her cell phone and money, was gone. So were her shoes. She was drenched in chemical spray.
For months after the attack, White thought she had been hit about three times. Either the effects of the suffocating chemical spray or survival instincts hardened after a decade of enduring domestic abuse seemingly anesthetized White from remembering all the brutal details.
It wasn’t until she finally viewed video evidence in June produced by the Justice Department under discovery in her criminal case that White realized the extent of the violent, almost sadistic, assault against her.
“I was absolutely horrified to see myself get hit and start to fall. There were multiple officers hitting people. One officer in a white shirt focused solely on me. He kept bashing and hitting me over and over.”
White described how the officer changed his grip on the metal rod—a device intended to break glass in emergencies, not to be used against human beings—to exact more force. “He begins to bash and poke me. Then another officer takes my hair and shakes my head back and forth.”
As if that weren’t enough, the supervisor wearing the white shirt starts hitting her directly in the face. “He takes his left hand, balls it up, and punches me in the face. I finally put my hand on my head and tried to grab his stick to get him to stop.”
Watching the full video, White said, triggered almost a PTSD response. “I really started to struggle, I don’t know if I can ever describe it, I was so overwhelmed.”
White’s account is vaguely referenced in the Justice Department’s own charging documents. Investigators claimed officers tried to “fend her off with a baton . . . and it appears that she is attempting to grab a shield and uses her hand to block the baton.”
A motion filed last month by Joseph McBride, her new attorney, in the case of Ryan Nichols (another January 6 client of McBride’s), provided more explicit details related to the attack on White. McBride viewed three hours of surveillance footage recorded by security cameras inside the tunnel on January 6; that video remains under a protective order for now.
According to McBride, the supervisor hit White at least 13 times with the metal stick and at least five times in her face with his fist. He then “spears and pokes [White] with his baton about the head, neck, and face so as to inflict maximum pain,” McBride wrote. This happened as White tried to escape the tunnel numerous times. Another officer joined in and “starts beating [White] in the head with his baton, landing twelve strikes in seven seconds.”
White’s head was bleeding; she was covered in red welts.
How White survived is anyone’s guess. “It’s a miracle,” she told me. “I could have died.””
Committee Chairman Bennie Thompson [D], from Mississippi, stated in his opening remarks that “seven people lost their lives” in the riot. He manipulatively included Sicknick, two officers who died suspiciously by suicide in the following days, Ashli Babbitt, and three protesters who died of natural causes or Capitol Police abuse.
Capitol Police Officer Harry Dunn also perpetuated the lie regarding Sicknick in his remarks.
“I’d like to take a moment of my time to ask for a moment of silence for my fallen colleague, Officer Brian Sicknick, who died from injuries he sustained in the line of duty defending the Capitol of our beloved democracy,” Dunn said. The same Dunn who is a BLM protester. Harry Dunn even said the burning of Kenosha was an ‘appropriate response.’
Capitol Police Officer Aquilino Gonell said that “as a result of that day, we lost officers — some really good officers.”
The only person killed during the riot was Ashli Babbitt, our patriot sister and a 35-year-old Air Force veteran and Trump supporter who was shot by Lt. Mike Byrd as she attempted to climb through a broken window near the Speaker’s Lobby. He was not charged.
In a statement issued after the Senate acquitted Trump, Biden claimed that Sicknick died “protecting the Capitol from a riotous, violent mob.” Biden later mischaracterized Sicknick’s death during a Geneva press conference following the June summit with Vladimir Putin, rejecting charactizations of the Jan. 6th rioters as political dissidents. Putin had bluntly asked: “Did You Order Assassination of Woman Who Walked Into Congress?” Bidens flimsy reply was:
“It’s one thing for literally criminals to break through cordon, go into the Capitol, kill a police officer, and be held unaccountable than it is for people objecting and marching on the Capitol and saying, ‘You are not allowing me to speak freely. You are not allowing me to do A, B, C, or D.'”
The alleged “riot” on the U.S. Capitol was a set up, with a few thousand (out of millions) of Trump supporters acting as unaware players in false flag events incited by Antifa and BLM agitators disguised as Trump supporters. The FBI had foreknowledge of something planned to happen at the Capitol but did nothing to prevent nor even deter it. The FBI and the U.S. Capitol Police just stepped back and let swarms of Trump supporters into the Capitol. In fact, Capitol Police waved them in.
It is important to be quite clear about what happened and what did not happen. This was not a “riot” by any standard understanding – people were not hurling stones or bottles or igniting Molotov cocktails and torching all structures in their reach. The vast majority of those who even entered the Capitol acted more as tourists than anarchists. There was no massive destruction of furniture, art work or signs inside the building. Walls were not covered with feces or graffiti. One man did prop up his feet on Pelosi’s desk for a staged photo op.
Most importantly, Trump supporters did not kill anyone. Many, somehow still shamefully watching Fake News, believed that at least seven people died and that Trump voters killed them all, including Sicknick. All a deception.
Glenn Greenwald did a masterful job in deconstructing this “Great Lie”:
“One of the most significant of these falsehoods was the tale — endorsed over and over without any caveats by the media for more than a month — that Capitol Police officer Brian Sicknick was murdered by the pro-Trump mob when they beat him to death with a fire extinguisher. That claim was first published by The New York Times on January 8 in an article headlined “Capitol Police Officer Dies From Injuries in Pro-Trump Rampage.” It cited “two [anonymous] law enforcement officials” to claim that Sicknick died “with the mob rampaging through the halls of Congress” and after he “was struck with a fire extinguisher.”. . .
After publication of these two articles, this horrifying story about a pro-Trump mob beating a police officer to death with a fire extinguisher was repeated over and over, by multiple journalists on television, in print, and on social media. It became arguably the single most-emphasized and known story of this event, and understandably so — it was a savage and barbaric act that resulted in the harrowing killing by a pro-Trump mob of a young Capitol police officer.
It took on such importance for a clear reason: Sicknick’s death was the only example the media had of the pro-Trump mob deliberately killing anyone. In a January 11 article detailing the five people who died on the day of the Capitol protest, the New York Times again told the Sicknick story: “Law enforcement officials said he had been ‘physically engaging with protesters’ and was struck in the head with a fire extinguisher.”
But none of the other four deaths were at the hands of the protesters: the only other person killed with deliberate violence was a pro-Trump protester, Ashli Babbitt, unarmed when shot in the neck by a police officer at close range. The other three deaths were all pro-Trump protesters: Kevin Greeson, who died of a heart attack outside the Capitol; Benjamin Philips, 50, “the founder of a pro-Trump website called Trumparoo,” who died of a stroke that day; and Rosanne Boyland, a fanatical Trump supporter whom the Times says was inadvertently “killed in a crush of fellow rioters during their attempt to fight through a police line.”
Ken Klippenstein, writing at the Intercept, reported major privacy violations and weaponization of government power to target patriots:
“Within hours of the storming of the Capitol on January 6, the FBI began securing thousands of phone and electronic records connected to people at the scene of the rioting — including some related to members of Congress, raising potentially thorny legal questions.
Using special emergency powers and other measures, the FBI has collected reams of private cellphone data and communications that go beyond the videos that rioters shared widely on social media, according to two sources with knowledge of the collection effort.
In the hours and days after the Capitol riot, the FBI relied in some cases on emergency orders that do not require court authorization in order to quickly secure actual communications from people who were identified at the crime scene. Investigators have also relied on data “dumps” from cellphone towers in the area to provide a map of who was there, allowing them to trace call records — but not content — from the phones.”
And the FBI didn’t limit it’s illegal searches to just normal Trump supporters casually walking around the Capitol grounds on January 6th. The Bureau also grabbed phone records of Republican members of Congress.
What does a real insurrection looks like? Remember the burned out stores and restaurants in Minneapolis, Atlanta, New York, Oakland, Seattle, Portland and Saint Louis. Remember the White House being besieged by BLM and Antifa hordes throwing bricks and frozen water bottles. Remember that more than a hundred police and Secret Service were wounded in these frays. Remember the mobs who set fire to St. John’s Church, directly across Lafayette Park from the White House. Remember actual insurrection while the Democrats and the media insisted that it was “mostly peaceful” protests.
The Trump supporters from all backgrounds, races, and colors who gathered in Washington on January 6th were not insurrectionists. They were patriots who love this country and the ideals of liberty and equality of opportunity it was founded upon.
The “Great Lie” was used as a hammer to target Trump supporters who did not kill anyone and as a predicate for impeaching Donald Trump. The disgusting RINO Mitt Romney relied on this it to justify his vote to impeach Trum, others as an excuse not to object to certification of the stolen election.
This is cerainly not the first time that evil, plotting politicians have used a great lie to seize political power. The vast majority of the world today are too young to remember the Reichstag Fire, but this tactic was employed by Adolf Hitler as a casus belli for going to war against his political opponents:
“The Reichstag fire (German: Reichstagsbrand, was an arson attack on the Reichstag building, home of the German parliament in Berlin, on Monday 27 February 1933, precisely four weeks after Adolf Hitler was sworn in as Chancellor of Germany. Hitler’s government stated that Marinus van der Lubbe, a Dutch council communist, was the culprit, and it attributed the fire to communist agitators. . . . The day after the fire, the Reichstag Fire Decree was passed. The Nazi Party used the fire as a pretext to claim that communists were plotting against the German government, which made the fire pivotal in the establishment of Nazi Germany.”

The Reichstag fire was not the only staged event used by the Nazis as a pretext for violence and aggression. WWII started with the attack on Poland, which allegedly was provoked by a Polish attack. Reminiscent of America’s own Gulf of Tonkin event, Hitler’s Nazi henchmen actually staged the assault on a German radio station:
“On Aug. 31, 1939, Nazi agents staged a fake attack on the German radio transmission tower at Gleiwitz, on the German-Polish border. Adolf Hitler used this “attack” as a pretext for the invasion of Poland the next day. . . .
Reinhard Heydrich [head of the SD] devised a scheme to give Hitler his justification for an attack upon Poland. Several border incidents would be created, under what was called “Operation Himmler,” after Heydrich’s boss. An Einsatzgruppe unit under Naujocks would attack the Gleiwitz radio tower along the border then broadcast Polish propaganda into the Reich. This attack would be the centerpiece of “Operation Himmler.” Hitler had ordered his military to invade Poland on Aug. 26. Heydrich and Naujocks had only a few days to get things prepared for the attack on Gleiwitz on Aug. 25.
Naujocks and his team traveled to the town and checked into a hotel, claiming to be engineers looking for suitable materials to mine in the area. Under various pressures to avert war, and sensing the Poles and their Western allies might back down, Hitler postponed the invasion until Sept. 1. Naujocks and his men spent nearly two weeks in Gleiwitz waiting for the order to proceed. . . .
Finally, on Aug. 31, the order arrived at Oberschlesischer Hotel in Gleiwitz and Naujocks’ team went into action and rendezvoused en route to the tower with Müller, who handed over the bodies. In the book “SS Intelligence,” historian Edmund L. Blandford wrote:
“Naujocks then took his squad into the radio station, finding the two men on duty ready and compliant. The Polish speaker then yelled a short tirade into the microphone calling for war to begin between Poland and Germany. The squad then ran outside, firing off their pistols as they went. Years later, Naujocks would try to cash in on his claim as the ‘man who started the war.’ ”
Fortunately, the Democrats “Great Lie” has been exposed. The corporate media, with a few exceptions, enthusiastically signed on to cheer-lead this “Great Lie” and managed to deceive a large minority of the American population into swallowing this infernal deception.
Notably, the doors on the US Capitol are electronically controlled magnetic locked doors. And someone inside the security booth at the US Capitol opened the doors! One anonymous Retired Marine Oathkeeper said it thus:
“Now to give you an idea how strong they are, you could tie a chain to the handlebars of the door and tie it onto a truck. And you can take off with the truck and it is probably going to rip the door handles off but it is not going to open that door. The only way those doors can be opened if they want to be opened is from inside a security booth that is also equipped with a magnetic lock.”
After this treasonous action, a highly suspicious rash of suicides struck the Capitol Police.
At least four DC Metro police officers who responded to the January 6 Capitol protest died shortly thereafter by suicide – It is this authors belief that they were willing to speak out, or would otherwise expose the lie. Perhaps they had guilty consciences.
US Capitol Police officer Howard Liebengood committed suicide in January just days after the Capitol riot. DC Metro police officer Jeffrey Smith also killed himself in mid-January.
It was also reported that 43-year-old DC Metro officer Gunther Hashida committed suicide on July 29th, his family announced on GoFundMe:
“On July 29, 2021, we lost Gunther Hashida, who leaves behind a loving wife, sister, 3 children, and a wonderful family. In his work as an officer with the DC Metropolitan Police Department, he worked to serve and protect the public. He was a devoted and loving husband and father. This fund will help support his memorial service and his family in the loss of his love and guidance.”
WUSA9 later reported:
“Officer Kyle DeFreytag served in the city’s 5th District and was at the Capitol to enforce curfew violations, Metropolitan Police confirmed. Chief Robert J. Contee III sent a message to the police force notifying personnel of DeFreytag’s death last month.
“I am writing to share tragic news that Officer Kyle DeFreytag of the 5th District was found deceased last evening,” Contee wrote in a mid-July message to the department. “This is incredibly hard news for us all, and for those that knew him best.””
In comparison to the Democrat Antifa and BLM Riots of 2020, the Jan. 6 “riot” caused up to a million dollars in damages from Trump supporters, antifa, FBI informants and police. That is around 1/1,000th of the damages of the George Floyd Democrat riots. Only a minority believed this “Great Lie.”
Democrats and the fake news corporate media labeled the Jan 6th protests as the worst attack on the US Capitol since the War of 1812. Of course, this is a total lie.
Several violent bombings and shootings inside the US Capitol happened in the last century:
In 1915 a Cornell University professor, Frank Holt, blew up the Senate’s reception area with a suitcase filled with dynamite.
In March 1954 Puerto Rican nationalists shot five US Representatives from the very balcony of the House of Representatives.
In March 1971 the Communist Weather Underground bombed the men’s bathroom in the Senate chamber.
In November 1983 a bomb planted just outside the Senate blew out a wall.
In 1998 a nutjob went into the US Capitol and murdered two officers, Detective John Gibson and Officer Jacob Chestnut.
Doug Wead, a historian, New York Times bestselling author, and advisor to two American presidents. He had this to say on the left’s distortion and lies about Jan. 6th:

The National Police Association spokeswoman Betsy Brantner Smith even told FOX News the Pelosi commission was a “dog and pony show” and called for investigations of the hundreds of George Floyd riots that caused destruction and death across America.

“The National Police Association on Wednesday slammed Congress’ investigation of the Jan. 6 Capitol riot as a politically motivated “dog and pony show” that has no intention of uncovering the truth of what really happened that day.
In an interview with Fox News on Wednesday, association spokeswoman Betsy Brantner Smith, a retired police sergeant who describes herself as a conservative, said Congress should hear from the thousands of police officers who were injured during the George Floyd riots last year.
“People need to see that police officers go through horrible things, and Jan. 6 was a horrible thing for some of those officers,” she said. “But, quite frankly, I find this whole Jan. 6 Commission, frankly, a dog and pony show. It doesn’t tell the whole story.”
“Myself, like millions of Americans, sat there watching the testimony thinking, ‘Wait, where are the police officers who appeared – appeared – to let some of the protesters in?” she asked. “Where is the police officer who shot Ashli Babbitt? In fact, why aren’t we talking about Ashli Babbitt? I mean there’s so much more here.””
House Republicans slammed Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) on July 21st, 2021, after the Speaker rejected two of the gop House minority leader’s five recommendations for the select committee investigation the Jan. 6 Capitol ‘insurrection.’
Pelosi rejected both Reps. Jim Jordan (R-OH) and Jim Banks (R-IN), saying their appointments could impact “the integrity of the investigation.”
“Monday evening, the Minority Leader recommended 5 Members to serve on the Select Committee .. I have spoken with him this morning about the objections raised about Representatives Jim Banks and Jim Jordan and the impact their appointments may have on the integrity of the investigation. I also informed him that I was prepared to appoint Representatives Rodney Davis, Kelly Armstrong and Troy Nehls, and requested that he recommend two other Members.”
“With respect for the integrity of the investigation, with an insistence on the truth and with concern about statements made and actions taken by these Members, I must reject the recommendations of Representatives Banks and Jordan to the Select Committee.”
Jordan responded by saying: “Speaker Pelosi just admitted the obvious, that the January 6th Select Committee is nothing more than a partisan political charade.”
The Double Standards
There was at least 500 BLM-Antifa riots in 2020. Black Lives Matter-Antifa mobs caused over nearly two billion dollars in damages in cities across America. In just Minneapolis, Black Lives Matter mobs damaged or destroyed over 1,500 businesses or buildings.
More than 700 police officers were injured in the BLM riots before June 2020.
Black Lives Matter was linked, conservatively, to 91% of the riots that resulted in the most costly property damage in US insurance history.
Democrats & Fake News Media incited the Black Lives Matter mobs for months previous to their destruction of communities across the country.
On January 6th there were at least a million Trump supporters in Washington DC. Several thousand marched to the US Capitol. There was around one million dollars in damages that day to the US Capitol. About 900 people entered the US Capitol including Antifa and undercover federal agents that day. Not a single historic painting or statue inside the building was damaged by any Trump supporter.
There is a massive double standard.
On December 8th, 2021 Marjorie Taylor Greene issued Unusually Cruel: An Eyewitness Report From Inside The DC Jail and called the January 6th investigation a witch hunt of Trump supporters. Greene called the abuse and unconstitutional treatment of the Trump supporters being beaten, labeled supremacists, denied haircuts, and bail. It is torture.
During a contentious CNN interview, Joseph McBride was asked for comments relating to the eight month prison sentence received by Paul Hodgkins for merely walking into the building and sitting at Nancy Pelosi’s desk.
McBride, who represents other January 6th detainees told CNN host John Avlon that “there are people who showed up to attack the Capitol, there are people who showed up to protest, and there are people who showed up to protest that got involved with the greater events of that day. And it is very important not to lump everybody in, not to define every protester that showed up that day as an insurrectionist — which, by the way, no one has been charged with.”
Avlon questioned McBride about a comparison he made between the conditions the suspects are being held in and Nazi gulags. McBride responded that “People are being tortured. Tortured!” asking Avlon “Are you OK with people being tortured five miles from the White House?”
Reps. Matt Gaetz, Louie Gohmert, Paul Gosar, and Marjorie Taylor Greene held a press conference at the Department of Justice on July 27th on the inhumane treatment of the Jan. 6 political prisoners. Before it was was ultimately shut down by screaming leftist protesters, Gosar said this:
“Sadly, there exists two systems of justice in our country today: one for former President Trump along with those who support or don’t hate him, and the other for everyone else,” Gohmert wrote in a statement announcing the news conference. “What we are seeing now is harassment and persecution of Trump supporters, many of whom were not even in Washington, DC that day.”
And lest we come to think ‘it couldn’t be that bad.’ Consider the case of Ryan Samsel:
Ryan Samsel was allegedly leading the charge against Capitol Hill Police on January 6th protests.
Since his arrest, Ryan Samsel has been held in Washington DC. On March 21, 2021 he was awakened by correctional officers, his hands were zip-tied, then taken to an unoccupied cell and brutally beaten by officers. Ryan Samsel lost an eye in the beating.
Ryan is not alone.
On July 22nd, 2021 Attorney Joseph McBride joined Greg Kelly on Newsmax to discuss this rampant abuse of the Jan. 6 political prisoners in Washington DC.
“Joseph McBride: What I can say about the Jan. 6 protesters who remain incarcerated or detained at this point, is that their constitutional rights and human rights are being violated by the Department of Justice and the Federal Government at this very moment. The law is clear that no type of punishment is appropriate for a detainee. Despite that numerous detainees are being held in solitary confinement for long periods of time. They’re being denied medical care. They’re taking beatings. They’re being denied sleep. They’re being psychologically, emotionally, and physically tortured on a regular basis,
Greg Kelly: Hold on a second. Who’s beating them up?
Joseph McBride: I am alleging that the guards are beating them up. The staff are beating prisoners on a regular basis and have been doing so for a long time. This is no exaggeration.
Greg Kelly: Was your client Richard Barnett beaten up by staff?
Joseph McBride: He absolutely was. He was beaten. He was dragged. He was hog-tied. One time his pants dropped below his ankles exposing his private parts while he was taking a beating in front of a female officer. And he had to beg and plead to pull his pants up.”
Another patriot, William Chrestman, was charged with conspiracy and obstruction of an official proceeding among other charges following his alleged involvement in the U.S. Capitol protest. On February 11th, 2021 Billy was taken from his home in an FBI raid. He has been held without bail since that time. He has not received his regimen of medications during his period of incarceration.
Chrestman has no prior criminal history before the rally on January 6th and is an Army veteran that served as a combat medic for 4 years and comes from a family of veterans. Chrestman shared his testimony about the torture he has experienced:
“I am a nonviolent January 6 detainee. I was arrested in a pre-dawn raid of my home on February 11th by the FBI. My wife and I were shaken from our bed at approximately 5 am. The sounds of flashbang grenades and bullhorns outside our bedroom window were deafening. There were lights and militarized officers everywhere outside our house as well as a large armored personnel carrier sitting on my front lawn facing my front door. The FBI told us to come outside. We walked out the door with our hands up. My wife in her robe and myself in a T-shirt and Levis. It was so damn cold on that February morning. Dozens of SWAT officers pointing rifles and automatic weapons at us. When I asked what my charges were a short grumpy SWAT officer waddled up and screamed at me, “Do I look like I give a f*** what your charges are?!”
I was not permitted to kiss my wife goodbye. They threw me into a squad car and drove me to the Johnson County Sheriffs’ office and locked me into a small room. I had told the officers I wanted my attorney and had nothing to say. The officer who brought me to the county jail waited about 45 minutes, then brought me my cell phone in a paper bag. He held a piece of paper claiming he had a court document giving him access to my fingers for biometrics. I stated that I do not consent. He told me I would be getting another charge if I didn’t comply. He then refused to show me the paper and began hiding the screen from me while he took each of my fingers and rolled them on my phone. I never set up biometric locks or security on my phone, only passwords. So I have no idea what this was about, only theories.
Shortly after I was again put in a car and moved to Wyandotte County Jail I was booked. The next day, I was transferred to a prison in Leavenworth, Kansas. I was immediately thrown into the “hole” or solitary confinement. It was so damn cold, lonely, and depressing. The other inmates incarcerated in neighboring cells were mostly gang members and cartel soldiers. The yelling and screaming in the hole went on all day and all night. LOUD! I got out of my cell 3 times a week to shower for 15 minutes. In the 9 1/2 weeks I was in Leavenworth I got to step into a cage to watch TV twice for 30 minutes and twice to an outdoor cage to walk circles in an 8×10 area. It was so damn cold in that cell too. I wasn’t allowed to make a phone call to my wife or kids for the first 3 weeks.
I was then moved to Grady County Jail in Oklahoma. The flight on “Con Air” was horrible. Cuffed with a “black box” so I could not move my wrists. I was also shackled at the waist and ankles. We were loaded into an airplane that literally had duct tape over bullet holes on the wings. The plane had come from Iraq and Afghanistan, then to the US Marshals Service. Packed like sardines, we flew to Oklahoma.
Once at Grady County we were again packed like cattle into a small pod that served as a holding area. About 4 hours later we were transferred to a different pod. These pods are dingy, dark, and packed well beyond capacity with rows of three-man bunk beds lining the perimeter walls as well as the shower area. On the wall, a sign read, “Max Capacity 18”. There were 34 of us in there. No room to move. But the “good thing” about Grady County was that there was a payphone so I could call my family. They also had a video phone in a kiosk so I could finally see my wife’s face and my children’s smiles.
I stayed at Grady County for about a week. The food was really bad. It was depressing but at least I could talk to my family and I could interact with other inmates. You play a lot of cards in jail. When it came time to finally move to Washington DC I met about 12 other Jan 6 political prisoners that had been housed in a different pod. Why I was the only one in a different pod is beyond me, but I have an idea it may have been intentional.
Once again movement to DC was the same as it was from Kansas to Oklahoma. Ankle and wrists cuffed, and a chain to each, and wrapped around my waist. They call it a “three-piece suit”. Again, I was one of the ” lucky” few that got a black box around the chain between my wrists.
We landed at an airfield in Pennsylvania and were transferred by Marshals vans to DC. We were booked at 1 am. Fingerprints, biometrics, retinal scan, the whole nine yards. We were finally moved to a new pod for quarantine. There were still about 12 other inmates that night. Then we lived 23 hours a day in our cells and 1 hour out to take a shower, order commissary, make a phone call, and heat food in the microwave. The guards hated us. We were called crackers, white trash, etc. Long cold days and nights in a solitary cell. They use Covid as a weapon to deny us everything. No visitation from family, no barber services, no religious services, and no legal visits in person just to name a few.
After 2 weeks we walked next door from the C2A pod to the C2B pod with the other Patriots. There were about 30 of us then. We remained on the 23/1 schedule till July. The rest of the DC jail has video visits to see their families, but to this day we still have not gotten video visitation. We also still don’t have barber services or religious services. Nine months so far in jail and we all look like Iranian hostages. Men have been beaten within an inch of their lives by correctional officers here for little to no reason at all. The guards say we are Nazis and evil because of the media lies. After 9 months some of them now say that the Jan 6ers are good men. They even patted us on the back for shining a light on how the DC administration runs this jail like a gulag.
Being in jail is very expensive. The food here is inedible. We must purchase food from the commissary to survive. Add that to phone calls home and money to send emails and it becomes quite a lot. With our families down a paycheck, it is a small fortune. Our financial struggle is nothing compared to the struggle our families are going through. Without us men at home, our families are in trouble. I have lost my house, my kids are having a hard time, and my wife is in a bad spot. All because the government will not give me a bond even though I am not accused of any violence at the Capitol on January 6th. My life is falling apart and I’m living under inhumane conditions because I am passionate about my country. We are patriots and we are being mistreated. May God have mercy on us all and may God bless America.

We know why the January 6th prisoners are treated like terrorists. The Deputy Warden is a raging Democrat who often tweets vicious attacks at Trump supporters.
Kathleen Landerkin, the current Correctional Training Facility (CTF) Deputy Warden at the Department of Corrections in the District of Columbia, assists in overseeing day to day operations, inmate transportation, and case management. On 11.24.19 she tweeted: “Fuck Everyone Who Supports Trump.” On 9.11.18 she posted “..I can’t wait until you’re all extinct.”
Inmates in the D.C. prison are even being transferred to other prisons after the U.S. Marshals Service found “evidence of systemic failures” and unacceptable living conditions. The USMS found human rights being horribly violated by the prison, such as guards punitively withholding food and water from inmates, inmates that were forced to stan in human sewage because the toilets were clogged, and guards that have viciously assaulted inmates.
Marjorie Taylor Greene has described the conditions of the prison as “unusually cruel,” saying that inmates have been denied basic access to their attorneys, haircuts or razors to shave for months, and have even not been given proper medical treatment when they needed it. When Greene tried to access the prison, Deputy Warden Kathleen Landerkin denied Greene and fellow congressional staff access. Before the coup of 2020 there was never an issue with congressional staff accessing the facility.
After months of denying basic Constitutional Due Process Rights to hundreds of detained Trump supporters, the Department of Justice eventually admitted in court filings in the case against “Cowboys for Trump” founder and New Mexico county commissioner Couy Griffin – in August – that it possessed footage of Capitol Hill police officers “fist-bumping” and posing for pictures with the protesters. They also refused to hand it over to attorneys representing those who are facing criminal trials for the role they played in the alleged incursion.
Their reason? The department just had too much footage to sort through before it can be bothered to provide such potentially exculpatory Brady evidence to the defense.
Griffin had been charged with knowingly entering restricted grounds without lawful entry for allegedly entering the Capitol building with the protesters on Jan. 6. He has pled not guilty and been offered a confidential plea bargain, according to The Associated Press.
The Washington Examiner reported that DOJ prosecutors told the court that despite their “diligent efforts,” they were not “currently in a position” to identify any evidence in their possession that could be useful to the defense. Yet, prosecutors confirmed that they knew they likely had the evidence that the defense would find desirable.
“Although we are aware that we possess some information that the defense may view as supportive of arguments that law enforcement authorized defendants (including Defendant) to enter the restricted grounds, e.g., images of officers hugging or fist-bumping rioters, posing for photos with rioters, and moving bike racks, we are not in a position to state whether we have identified all such information,” prosecutors stated.
The prosecution acknowledged that there is footage indicating that members of Capitol Hill Police “allowed people to enter or remain in the Capitol or on restricted grounds, acted friendly or sympathetic to the rioters, or otherwise failed to do their jobs” which could be useful to the defense, but that “to the extent the type of information described above may exist, it may be interspersed among thousands of hours of video footage from multiple sources.”
The existence of footage showing this behavior displayed by members of an allegedly besieged and overwhelmed law enforcement toward the protesters on Jan. 6 kind of seems like incredibly vital information to the nearly 600 American citizens facing criminal actions they took at the Capitol building that day.
We’ve heard fundamentally un-American and downright bone-chilling accounts of the manner in which those being kept in pre-trial imprisonment are treated, from being kept in solitary confinement 23 hours out of the day to being given only limited access to their own legal counsel.
Take for example the following letter from Jeff McKellop:

Not sure if you’ve got the full news of the psychological chess game we are playing in here?
My name is Jeff McKellop, I was 22 yrs in the Army. 10 yrs in Special Forces, ODP 394 & 395.
When or upon retirement, I became a contractor for the government. I’ve spent almost 30 yrs supporting & working for our government. Not one day have I ever been more disappointed & let down by our country than the current election process & the geriatric sleepwalking, fool. Whew! Got that out.
So; this is what we are experiencing @ this time
- Isolation: When meeting w/ anyone outside this facility, (regardless of social distance, mask, hand sanitizer & plastic barrier, I got 14 days lockdown each time. No contact w/ anyone in the cell block, temp checked on once. Put in the furthest cell away from anyone. Allowed 20 min a day outside cell. No contact, back in.
- First 4 months: chained and shackled, brought down the hallway for medical, (guards) “Dead Man Walking”: He is be Trump, He be Trump supporter”, inciting violence from other inmates walking freely in the hallways. (Inmates} “F**k you honky ass motherf**ker! I’ll f**king kill you!” (Guards laughing)” List is endless with the “set up for failures” this station has to offer us. Names! Alexander, Hays, Pinky, Armstrong, etc….these people would transfer inmates to other areas of the facility & snap check their cells for legal paperwork. I received a huge packet of legal paperwork. Names, places, photos, my entire history, my children’s history, neighbors, on & on. I was pulled from my cell @ 10 pm to see medical. (Of course, no one there) I was seriously worried I was going to get beat or killed, I waited for 30 min. No one showed. Escorted back to cell. First thing I noticed? All my legal paperwork gone.
- Any time you speak out? Lockdown, no food.
- Snap inspections, good cop, bad cop.
- False paperwork, guards fill out false complaint forms using “n” word, supporting violence [next page]….supporting racial separation, unleashing guards upon us. Pulled out of cells for Q & A group 3rd grade meeting where guards forget why their yelling @ us.
- Ranking officials randomly show & yank us out of the cells. Once again, racial, food, guards, living conditions, Q & A
- Conditions of cells (here we go) Human fecal matter smashed in the angle of beds. Smashed into the corners of the rooms; black mold spraying from air vents, black mold & rust in windows; informed guards of the situation. They move us around to other rooms. Still I have to clean my own cell. My once white hand rag is brown. Water taste of pure metal. I have a taste [in my mouth] as if I’ve been sucking on a penny all day.
- Food is cold, smashed, burned, not enough, one inmate left his bologna sandwich overnight on his desk. Had mold next day. Told guards: All inmates removed from cells for Q & A. Told if we don’t like, we can throw it out, that’s all your going to get. Dinner almost 5 days a week, baloney or PB & J, for dinner 3-4 cookies, wet chips, maybe bologna, pack of Kool Aid, two slices of white bread, etc. Schools get better meals.
- Meet w/legal or legal phone calls: deliberately brought to meetings late, so you only have 20-3o min instead of an hour meet. Always blame it on facility secretary; phone calls: late or time expires.
7) Back to this! Human NA sprayed on walls, the smell of urine, floor tiles popping up, on & on
- Guards working together against us: put all inmates back into cells, call other guards to sleep in our cell block claiming overtime & sleep on the job.
- Walking down halls to medical or legal, I can hear guards talking about corruption, weapons, in the cell blocks, ref. all political inmates as rednecks, chain of command, selling phones or trying to extort food & money from inmates etc…
- We had a flood one night (5 times the diaphrams of the toilet) guard came in w/ mace in hand or a night stick ready to beat ass, yelling to lock it down! Every time a flood? We (inmates) come together to save our cell block from flooding they can’t believe we would do this.
This list is endless w/ little things that have a negative impact on us. But we pull together every time.

On November 3rd, a federal judge ordered that a J6 political prisoner be immediately transferred out of the DC Gulag after a surprise US Marshals inspection of the facility found detainees were forced to live in “deplorable” conditions and were denied necessary medical care.
The defendant, Chris Worrell, was diagnosed with non-Hodgkins Lymphoma while imprisoned and has been denied his cancer treatments for months. He was ordered transferred to another facility outside of DC, where they will release him into home detention “as soon as possible” so he can receive much-needed treatment for his worsening illness.
In his decision, Judge Royce Lamberth said the conditions at the facility were so terrible that they were “beyond belief” and added that the “court has ZERO confidence” in Pelosi’s Gulag to provide proper treatment and NOT retaliate against Worrell if he remained in their custody.
Some of the horrible conditions found in the inspection included: clogged toilets that would flood the political prisoners’ cells with sewage, and one inmate who even developed an infection from being pepper-sprayed after not being allowed to wash the chemical off for days.
Water would be shut off as a form of punishment for detainees who ‘misbehaved,’ often for several days at a time – taking away their ability to wash hands, flush the toilet, or even drink water.
US Marshals saw DC jail guards and staff “agonizing detainees,” and denying them necessary medical care, and even threatening them to “not cooperate” with the Marshals during the inspection. One was even caught telling a detainee to “stop snitching” on the staff, according to the report.
The situation had gotten so bad that the month previous Judge Lamberth urged Biden’s DOJ to conduct a full civil rights investigation into the despicable mistreatment of Jan. 6th detainees under the custody of DC Jail Warden Wanda Patten and the director of the Department of Corrections, Quincy Booth.
Lamberth even went as far as holding them both in contempt because they had repeatedly slow walked paperwork that was needed to approve surgery for Worrell on his pinky finger after they had deemed the procedure “elective.”
“I don’t know if it’s because he’s a January 6th defendant or not, but I find this matter should be referred to the attorney general of the United States for a civil rights investigation into whether the DC Department of Corrections is violating the civil rights of January 6th defendants, in this and maybe other cases.”
Per court filings, federal prosecutors argued that Worrell was denied medical treatments because he lies about his health, incredibly claiming that they have been “unable to sort fact from fiction.” To support their nonsensical accusation that Worrell is lying, they cited “medical notes and records that the government later obtains” in order to “refute or at best unsubstantiate” him needing medical treatment.
Alex Stavrou, Worrell’s attorney, was outraged by the characterization of his client, clarifying that every one of the medical issues he sought help for was valid and required some form of medical attention. According to Stavrou Worrell never received a single treatment for his cancer:
“Mr. Worrell also suffers from Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma. To date he has not received chemotherapy. He has never caused any delay in seeking treatment for his cancer.
We are pleased with the court’s order allowing Mr. Worrell to obtain the life-saving cancer treatments he needs. We are also pleased that over 400 inmates will be transferred to facilities where they will receive proper treatment and care, and not be subjected to the deplorable conditions noted in the United States Marshals investigation.”
According to court filings, some abused political prisoners were removed from the DC prison on stretchers after a chemical assault by the prison guards. The Epoch Times covered this:
“Multiple Jan. 6 defendants were taken out of their cells on stretchers on Thursday, according to a court filing.
The situation started when one of the defendants refused to wear a mask, family members of Kelly Meggs, who is being held in the D.C. Jail, told Meggs lawyer.
Prison guards began spraying a chemical substance described as “some kind of mace or pepper spray, according to a filing in federal court.
“They sprayed mace or some type of gas at an inmate and kept missing so it went into an intake that fed into other cells and the lady with the key left because she didn’t like the gas, so the inmates in the cells who were being fed the gas from that intake were locked in for like 15 minutes while it was going into their rooms and they couldn’t see/breathe,” the family told Jonathon Moseley, the lawyer.
More than one of the defendants was taken out on stretchers to medical bays.
Julie Kelly, a writer for the American Greatness, reported on Wednesday that prison guards filled an area of the jail with chemical spray and three detainees had to be taken out on stretchers.”
And to add insult to massive injury and torture, Marjorie Taylor Greene even reported that prisoners were denied haircuts and Communion if they refused to take the vaccine, and even found pubic hair in their chili.
“They’re being treated like third-world country political prisoners,” Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-Texas) told The Epoch Times.
Of course, It took the corrupt FBI seven months to finally admit the truth.
The FBI admitted there was “scant evidence” the US Capitol “attack” was coordinated.
Reuters reported:
“The FBI has found scant evidence that the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol was the result of an organized plot to overturn the presidential election result, according to four current and former law enforcement officials.
Though federal officials have arrested more than 570 alleged participants, the FBI at this point believes the violence was not centrally coordinated by far-right groups or prominent supporters of then-President Donald Trump, according to the sources, who have been either directly involved in or briefed regularly on the wide-ranging investigations.
“Ninety to ninety-five percent of these are one-off cases,” said a former senior law enforcement official with knowledge of the investigation. “Then you have five percent, maybe, of these militia groups that were more closely organized. But there was no grand scheme with Roger Stone and Alex Jones and all of these people to storm the Capitol and take hostages.”
Stone, a veteran Republican operative and self-described “dirty trickster”, and Jones, founder of a conspiracy-driven radio show and webcast, are both allies of Trump and had been involved in pro-Trump events in Washington on Jan. 5, the day before the riot.”
It was a false flag setup to influence an election. And this wasn’t the FBIs first time attempting to influence an American Presidential Election.
Remember when Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wis.) alluded to secret text messages from FBI Agent Lisa Page (of Russiagate fame) in early January 2018? One in particular sent by FBI lawyer Lisa Page to Strzok, the senior FBI agent with whom she was having an affair and sharing anti-Trump texts. It came the very next day after the 2016 election:
“Are you even going to give out your calendars? Seems kind of depressing. Maybe it should just be the first meeting of the secret society.”
Much like the infamous “insurance policy,” in case Trump won, And Johnson brought it up on January 23rd, 2018, saying, “We have an informant talking about a group that was holding secret meetings off-site.” Johnson added: “There is so much smoke here. There is so much suspicion.”

At least one whistleblower did step forward: The whistleblower alleged, among many serious allegations, that former acting chief Yogananda Pittman lied to Congress about an intelligence report Capitol Police received before the J6 protest. A former high-ranking Capitol Police official with knowledge of the department’s response to the “riot” sent congressional leaders a blistering letter accusing two of its senior leaders of mishandling intelligence and failing to respond properly during the riot. According to them:
“The truth may be valued less than politics by many members of the congressional community to include those that have made decisions about the leadership of the USCP post January 6th, but I believe the truth still matters to real people and certainly the men and women of the U.S. Capitol Police.”
A spokesperson for the Capitol Police sent a statement in response to the letter that begins: “A lot has changed since January 6. Although there is more work to do, many of the problems described in the letter have been addressed.”
“These officials were the only officials that had all the intelligence information for the 6th,” the whistleblower wrote, referring to Gallagher and Pittman.
“The single most important piece of intelligence information … was never shared with any members of USCP leadership,” the whistleblower added, asking: “Why did they approve the operational plan for the 6th if they knew the intelligence?”
“What I observed was them mostly sitting there, blankly looking at the TV screens showing real time footage of officers and officials fighting for the Congress and their lives,” the whistleblower wrote.
“It is my allegation that these two with intent and malice opted to not try and assist the officers and officials, blame others for the failures, and chose to try and use this event for their own personal promotions,” he added. “This was done not after the event but while officers and officials were still fighting the demonstrators.”
They watched “mostly with their hands in their laps,” he added, and “did not try to help or assist as officers and officials were literally fighting for each other, their lives and the Congress.”
Another whistleblower, A former aide to the DC National Guard general who was in command during the 6 January insurrection has accused two top Army officers — including the brother of Trump national security adviser and American Hero Michael Flynn — of lying to Congress apparently to lay blame on the DC national guard officials for delays in response to the protest at the Capitol. This top DC national guard lawyer called General Charles Flynn an ‘absolute and unmitigated liar.’
The accusations against General Charles Flynn, who served as the Army’s deputy chief of staff for operations on 6 January, and then-Army staff director Lieutenant General Walter Piatt, were laid out in a memorandum authored by Colonel Earl Matthews, the top military legal aide to Major General William Walker that day.
Matthews’ 36-page memo, sent to the Jan. 6 select committee in early December 2021, was a rebuttal to a report the Defence Department’s inspector general issued the month previous. That report accused General Walker of not promptly following an order to deploy troops to repel the Capitol protests. General Walker, who since the 26th of April has served as the House of Representatives’ Sergeant-at-Arms, has denied the allegations and called for the report to be retracted.
The memorandum by Col Matthews, a Harvard and Georgetown University-educated lawyer who served in top Pentagon and National Security Council roles during the Trump administration and holds graduate degrees from the National Intelligence University and Army War College, reinforces Gen Walker’s version of events, which, notably, match a Defence Department chronology compiled by Army notetakers.
The memorandum alleges that the inspector general’s report is “replete with factual inaccuracies” and singles out Generals Flynn and Piatt as “absolute and unmitigated liars” who “repeatedly and deliberately made false statements under oath” during a June 15th appearance before the House Committee on Oversight and Reform. Over the objection of the Biden Regime’s Justice Department, a lengthy video clip showing U.S. Capitol Police allowing hundreds of people into the Capitol on the afternoon of January 6 has been released to the public.
In July, Ethan Nordean, an alleged Proud Boy member charged for various crimes and currently being held in a Seattle jail awaiting trial, petitioned the court to remove the “highly sensitive” status of surveillance video that recorded Nordean entering the building with permission by U.S. Capitol Police. In a shocking twist, a group called the Press Coalition, representing news organizations including CNN, the New York Times, and the three major broadcast news networks, filed a motion in September to intervene in Nordean’s case and make the video footage public.
Revealing the activity in a small hallway on the upper west side terrace of the Capitol building, the clip runs from 2:25 p.m. until about 3:00 p.m. At the start of the video, one officer held open the interior door that accesses the Capitol Rotunda, a space between the House and Senate wings. Five or six unidentified men dressed mostly in black exited the door and calmly spoke to the officer before leaving. Those men held open the exterior double-doors, where protesters began entering the building. Nordean’s lawyer said his client is recorded entering the building, with the consent of police, between 2:37 p.m. and 2:38 p.m..
Capitol Police officers casually stood in the small hallway between the exterior and interior doors for the next few moments; dozens of people entered as police did nothing to stop them. At one point, several officers can be seen peacefully talking with the crowd of people moving to come inside. One officer then pulled aside another officer speaking with the protesters and the officers left. Protesters followed the officers inside.
The recording confirmed what Senator Ron Johnson (R-Wisc.) described in a letter to Yogananda Pittman, the former acting head of the Capitol Police, sent in June. Johnson, one of the few members of Congress who has access to the secret recordings, estimated around 309 protesters entered the building at the upper west terrace without any resistance from Capitol Police.
This footage, a tiny slice of the massive 14,000 hours of surveillance video that the Justice Department and Capitol Police want kept under strict protective orders, clearly contradicts many of the government’s allegations about what happened on January 6 as they rounded up hundreds of January 6 defendants and charged them with trespassing or “parading” in the Capitol. This video is clear proof that law enforcement held open doors and did not stop protesters from coming inside.
Yet, Nordean is accused of “forcibly” entering the building; he faces two felony counts for conspiracy and obstruction of an official proceeding and has been incarcerated since his arrest last February.
In early October, 2021, Jeremy Brown, a retired Army Green Beret veteran and Oath Keeper associate, was arrested in Florida for attending the Jan. 6 protests and standing outside of the US Capitol.
The FBI had previously attempted to recruit Jeremy Brown as an operative to infiltrate the J6 protest for them. The Justice Department explained in it’s insane arrest affidavit for Brown, that anyone who set foot anywhere in a gigantic area of land ranging from the Capitol’s West side lawn to its East side promenade is technically guilty of trespassing:
Under ordinary circumstances, these areas are open to the public, not “restricted.” But ostensibly because law enforcement erected some flimsy and inadequate police barriers and fencing there on January 6—barriers that were all but gone before the vast majority of the attendees even arrived at the Capitol—thousands of Trump supporters unknowingly crossed an invisible Maginot Line and fell into the trap.
The FBI and Biden DOJ even released a new map of a nearly half-mile space that shows anyone who was within hundreds of feet near the US Capitol on January 6th is now subject to wrongful arrest. The Capitol was not marked that day when the protesters arrived and the protesters were NEVER warned that they were in an “illegal space.”
I hope people learn about TITLE 18, U.S.C., SECTION 242 “Whoever, under color of any law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom, willfully subjects any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States, … shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both; and if bodily injury results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include the use, attempted use, or threatened use of a dangerous weapon, explosives, or fire, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, shall be fined under this title, or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.”
Per Reuters, a judge appointed to the federal bench in 2014 by Barack Obama went way beyond prosecutors’ recommendations in sentencing the guilty pleas of those charged in the incursion and describing their actions as far worse than the charges they plead guilty to.
According to the report, U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan on October 13th, 2021 vindictively sentenced two cousins who only took selfies in the Capitol that day to a ridiculous 45 days in jail which is two weeks longer than prosecutors had asked. “There have to be consequences for participating in an attempted violent overthrow of the government, beyond sitting at home,” Chutkan said, according to the Post.
As weak as the merits of that opinion might be — the fact is that “attempted violent overthrow of the government” is not what these defendants were even charged with, and it’s not what they plead guilty to, according to Reuters.
Contrast this treatment to the leftwing terrorists that were allowed to brazenly riot in the streets, loot and kill and burn, and got away with it. We’ll explore just a few examples below.
On the morning of President Trump’s inauguration on January 20th, 2017, hundreds of radical left-wing Antifa terrorists descended on Washington, DC to violently protest against the duly elected President, Donald Trump.
This angry mob of black-dressed Antifa thugs smashed storefronts, bus stops, and store windows, even setting a limousine on fire.
More than 200 of these dangerous and violent far-left rioters were arrested on felony rioting charges in Washington, DC.
18-months later in July 2018, the government dropped ALL charges against every single of them.
Left-wing activists celebrated the news:
“This is huge news,” said Dylan Petrohilos, a Washington-based activist who was one of the original defendants but had his charges dropped earlier this year. “The solidarity we showed as defendants won out.”
Antifa-Insurgence & BLM organizer John Earl Sullivan was later arrested in Utah after the US Capitol “riots”. Antifa protester John Sullivan was caught on video posing as a Trump supporter during the “rioting.”
Footage obtained from this militant Black Lives Matter and Antifa activist John Sullivan’s Discord server showed the self proclaimed “civil rights activist” reveling inside the U.S. Capitol on Jan 6 as he damaged federal property.
Sullivan has claimed in numerous interviews that he regularly attends protests exclusively to record what’s going on, but did not actively partake in the violence in Washington. This, of course, is a lie. He is a leader of the Utah Antifa-BLM movement and has been previously arrested. Sullivan even organized an Antifa-Insurgence rally on January 6th at the Washington Monument at 11 AM before they violently stormed the US Capitol.
In fact, John Sullivan’s own brother James contacted the FBI and turned his brother in. John Sullivan was released without bail on January 15th and placed on house arrest.
But it isn’t just John Sullivan – it’s virtually 100% of leftwing violent radical protestors and terrorist who escape justice. Other violent leftists were arrested for violently partaking in the US Capitol. Aaron Mostofsky is a 34 year old registered Democrat and the son of a New York Judge. He was pictured inside the capitol dressed in furs, carrying a stick and wearing a bulletproof police vest he had presumably stolen. Mostofsky is standing beside the man who carried a Confederate flag into the event – indicating they possibly knew each other and were working to smear Trump supporters.
Perhaps the ultimate irony here, is that Joe Biden himself once stormed the capitol building:
In 2007 Joe Biden bragged to David Letterman that he was arrested for trespassing in the US Capitol and taking a seat inside the Senate Chamber at age 21.
I wonder what will happen to the hundreds of die-hard supporters of our Republic who were arrested, abused, tortured, and martyred on January 6th, 2021. Will they, like Sleepy Joe, go on to become presidents, politicians, and leaders? One can only hope.
The United States Federal Government was overthrown via election fraud coup on January 6th, the certification of the fraudulent election – and as the left is fond of saying, “elections have consequences.” My response to which has always been, “and what about theft? Does it have consequences, too?”
The weakening of our international position following the disastrous pull out in Afghanistan where Joe Biden forget the first rule of pulling out (never leave your soldiers behind), loss of global reserve currency status, weakening of our strongest alliances with countries like France, or crippling our economy with handouts and lockdowns, while bailing out corruption and the fake news media, and the best example of which is when Biden, fresh in office, destroyed American energy independence using the Obama method of the “pen and the phone.”
