U.S. Department Of Defense Funding Ukrainian Biolabs – U.S. Violating 1972 Treaty On Bioweapons

On March 6, 2022, Russian news agency Ria Novosti released documents claiming to show Ukraine was working on biological weapons near the Russian border. Ria Novosti accused the United States of instructing Ukraine to destroy the biological agents before the Russian invasion. Russia published documents which show Ukraine was working on biological weapons near Russian borders, which violates article 1 UN prohibition of bioweapons. These are U.S. funded labs. The Ministry of Health in Ukraine ordered the biological agents be destroyed in a February 24 memo. In a breaking video, Russia tells the U.S. “We Have Found Your Biological Weapons.” Russia also released a list of the biological agents, which include salmonella and Escherichia coli (E. Coli). Obviously, this is a violation of The Biological Weapons Convention (BWC), or Biological and Toxic Weapons Convention. The Biological Weapons Convention is a disarmament treaty that effectively bans biological and toxic weapons by prohibiting their development, production, acquisition, transfer, stockpiling, and use.

Upon further review Anthrax and The Plague were not listed in the documents as Russia claimed. However, a U.S. funded laboratory in Odessa, Ukraine was testing Anthrax and The Plague according to Tucker Carlson Tonight. Credit goes to CannCon for originally reporting on the U.S.-funded biological labs back on March 1, 2022. The culprit who was funding the biolabs in Ukraine was none other than the U.S. Department of Defense. A document from the U.S. Embassy that was removed from the internet was found in the Wayback Machine (an Internet Archive). The report reveals the DOD was donating to the Ukrainian diagnostic biological laboratories. Here are some of the documents below:

Russia declared that the U.S. and Ukraine have covered up violations of the 1972 Biological Weapons Convention. This comes after Russia discovered biolabs in Ukraine and after State De-partment official Victoria Nuland confirmed in her testimony on Tuesday that this is absolutely true. The convention, banning the use of bioweapons, was ratified by 143 nations but lacked means of ensuring compliance. The U.S., of course, rejected the biological weapons protocol, according to a report posted on the NIH website back in 2001. (I am sure Fauci the Freemason was somehow involved). Washington had previously rejected similar proposals back in the George W. Bush administration (another Deep State Luciferian). On March 9, 2022, Moscow called for strengthening the bioweapons treaty. Naturally, this is contrary to the U.S. position on the issue. The call comes in the wake of the reported discovery of evidence that there were lethal pathogens at the Pentagon-backed labs in Ukraine.

The Russian military claimed this week that Ukrainian authorities had ordered the annihilation of highly pathogenic samples that were stored at the U.S.-backed laboratories throughout the country. This is a completely different narrative that we are hearing from the Fake News media. Yes, the “propaganda machine” is all in with their BS stories. The purported documents indicate that both Ukraine and the United States breached the BWC, which both nations signed and ratified, according to the Russian foreign ministry alleged on Wednesday. The order to destroy the samples was an attempt to cover up the violations of the treaty. The ministry said: “We stand for the resumption of the work on a legally binding Protocol to the Convention for an effective verification mechanism, which the U.S. has been stonewalling since 2001.”

Similarly, the Director of the Information and Press Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, Maria Vladimir-ovna Zakharova, told the United States on Wednesday, “We have found your biological weapons.” RT, Russia state-affiliated reported: “There was a statement made by Deputy Secretary of State Victoria Nuland, leave no doubt, will not give Washington to be silent this time. Their attempts, while spilling blood, to find biological and chemical weapons throughout the world. We have found your own products. We have found your biological material. As it turns out it was all happening in Ukraine.” Russia is now demanding an explanation of the bio-laboratories in Ukraine by the United States. Russia accused the U.S. of violating the Biological Weapons Convention, claiming it was a huge cover-up. On Tuesday, the official spokesman for the China Communist Government confronted the U.S. on its 336 bio-logical labs in 30 countries around the world. According to China, there are 26 U.S. biolabs in Ukraine alone. He stated that the United States should give a full account of its biological military activities at home and abroad and subject itself to multilateral verification. The actions of the United States has now created a line in the sand with Russia and China on one side, the U.S. and NATO on the other. It never ceases to amaze me how corrupt, satanic, and evil our government is, which is run by a fake administration, and their lies are being fueled by the Fake News media.
