And buried in the language is the framework for gold confiscation and revaluation—the exact same mechanism Roosevelt used in 1933.

Government needs: $5 trillion in gold assets to offset debt

Required price: $5T ÷ 261M oz = $19,122/oz
Rounded target: $20,000/oz

At $20,000/oz:
U.S. gold reserves = $5.2 trillion
Combined with Bitcoin ($1M/coin) = $6.2 trillion total
