Daniel Siad Didn’t Kill Himself – Suspected Epstein Pimp Found Dead in Paris Home as Authorities Close In

A French modeling scout accused of helping Jeffrey Epstein recruit and abuse young women and children has been found dead at his home outside Paris, prosecutors said Wednesday.

Daniel Siad, 69, was under investigation in France over allegations that he assisted Epstein’s sex trafficking operation.

Siad had not yet been questioned by investigators and denied the accusations against him.

“An investigation to determine the cause of death was opened on Monday evening following the discovery,” the Nanterre prosecutor’s office said.

Authorities said an autopsy would be conducted after Siad was found dead at his home in Colombes, Hauts-de-Seine.

Siad Faced Rape and Trafficking Allegations

Siad was the subject of multiple complaints, including allegations of rape, and was being investigated by a French office specializing in human trafficking cases.

His name appeared in more than 1,000 documents released as part of the declassified Epstein files.

In one 2014 message to Epstein, Siad compared his efforts to recruit women and girls to fishing.

“In This busyness I feel like fisherman some time I cache quick, some time no fish,” Siad wrote.

Siad claimed Epstein had “taken advantage of his trust.”

Born in Algeria, Siad allegedly worked with Epstein from the early 2000s until 2017 and recruited models from around the world.

A French woman told police in 2022 that she became entangled with Epstein as a teenager after Siad introduced her to the convicted sex offender.

Siad Admitted Connecting Victims to Epstein

Siad acknowledged in May that he knew Epstein and introduced young women and girls to him.

He claimed, however, that Epstein presented himself as a professional casting director for Victoria’s Secret.

Siad told CNN last month that he trusted Epstein and maintained that their relationship was strictly professional.

“I trust in him, I believe him,” Siad said.

“This guy is a professional person -he needs somebody.

“He knows I have good connections around.”

“If I find the right person who can assist him, I am honoured.”

Siad also acknowledged visiting Epstein’s $13.5 million Paris apartment, known as Avenue Foch, but claimed he went there only for business meetings.

“Each time I presented him with models, and I left with the models,” Siad said.

“I only had professional relations with him.

“I don’t know his private life.”

Death Echoes Earlier Epstein-Linked Case

Siad’s death follows the 2022 death of French modeling agent Jean-Luc Brunel, who had also been accused of procuring women for Epstein.

French authorities arrested Brunel in 2020.

He was later found dead in prison while facing allegations connected to Epstein’s network.

Epstein died in a New York jail in 2019 while awaiting trial on federal sex trafficking charges.

Siad’s death leaves unanswered questions surrounding his alleged role in Epstein’s operations and comes before French investigators were able to question him directly.
