Joe Biden headed to Iowa to discuss his economic record, and talked about the rise in fuel prices being experienced across the country.
“I’m here today to talk about what we’re doing to lower costs for American families and put rural America at the center of our efforts to build a future that’s made in America,” Biden said, “That’s not hyperbole!”
Apparently not even the birds are buying his s**t as moments after his statement one of the avian spectators let loose a rather large dollop on his blue suit.
Biden flew to Des Moines where his EPA Administrator, Michael S. Regan was scheduled to appear.

Biden authorized the release of 1 million barrels per day “for the next 6 months from our Strategic Petroleum Reserve — and over 30 countries agreed to release 60 million additional barrels,” saying it is the “largest collective release in history.”
During his 25-minute speech, Biden blamed the 8.5% inflation rate on Russian President Vladimir Putin rather than his own administrative actions. Consumer costs were already creeping higher this past year and critics have blamed the administration’s policies and accelerated government spending.
Joe didn’t seem to notice the dirty dollop just above his US flag lapel pin and continued speaking about allowing higher amounts of ethanol in gasoline this summer. It should be noted he was speaking next to a huge pile of cornmeal.
Later he was seen speaking with guests, none of whom notified him of the dung.
Tuesday’s economic report showed increases in prices for gasoline, rent and food were the largest contributors to inflation for Americans. Gasoline prices rose 18.3% compared to a month ago and were a major contributor to inflation; other energy prices also increased. Food prices increased by 1% and the food at home prices by 1.5%.
The report falls in line with expectations and does nothing to temper concerns that the Federal Reserve has a tough job ahead of it in cooling this inflation without sparking a recession.
