The Big 2020 Election Steal And The Persons Who May Have Pulled It Off – Part 1

In researching the hypocrisy of the Leftist Media regarding election theft/fraud, two icons of cyber security became the most obvious as individuals who could pull off the election fraud of 2020 (henceforth called the Big Steal). Of those two individuals, we long heard cry about the certain and guaranteed hacking of the 2020 election leading up to Nov. 3rd. However, with the successful installment of Biden in the Presidency, that individual’s voice and declaration has been sealed by an Obama appointed judge. The other individual, Jacob H Braun (Jake Braun), has returned to the White House for the second time as an appointee. This time as a Department of Homeland Security Senior Advisor. Not bad for a guy who graduated with a degree in International Affairs.

The one individual who has openly and accurately admitted to hacking elections in this Nation. He is J Alex Halderman. Coming from The Princeton Group, a group of undergraduates who built the voting machine hacking world as we know it today.

First, let us turn our attention to Mr. Braun. An excerpt from his WikiLeaks page gives us some interesting points of a career which began in journalism and skyrocketed to a DHS Senior Advisor:

Jacob H. Braun (born October 3, 1975) is an American political, cyber and national security expert. He was appointed by President Joseph Biden as the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary’s Senior Advisor to the Management Directorate. Braun is also a lecturer at the University of Chicago’s Harris School of Public Policy Studies where he teaches courses on cyber policy and election security. He previously served as the Executive Director for the University of Chicago Harris Cyber Policy Initiative (CPI).
From 2009 to 2011, Braun served as White House Liaison to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. He has also served as National Deputy Field Director for Obama for America in 2008 and as the Michigan Field Director for John Kerry in 2004.
Braun is co-founder of the DEF CON Voting Machine Hacking Village (Voting Village) hacker conference. He is the former CEO of Cambridge Global Advisors (CGA), a bipartisan consulting firm based in Washington, DC.

Looking at the scholastic achievements of Mr. Braun, we see nothing that correlates with his career. Admittedly in this crazy, mixed-up world this is not an uncommon occurrence, but still… a master’s in international Relations; Secondary Education and Philosophy and he winds up a Senior Advisor at DHS.

● Education

Braun is a graduate of Troy St. University where he earned an MA in International Relations. He also has a Master’s in Secondary Education from National Louis University in Chicago and a BA in Philosophy from Loyola University of Chicago.

● Career

^●Braun began his career as a journalist reporting for newspapers in Illinois and Taiwan. Braun has worked on political campaigns for Democratic and progressive candidates. He has headed initiatives for the Democratic National Committee (DNC), Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) and multiple state Democratic Party committees. He was National Deputy Field Director to the 2008 Obama for America Campaign. Braun previously oversaw the field program for John Kerry’s 2004 presidential campaign in Michigan and worked in Iowa during the 2004 presidential primary.

Braun served on the Presidential Transition Team in 2008-2009 for the Obama Administration as Deputy Director for the National Security Agencies Review, which oversaw the agency review process for the State Department, DOD, DHS, CIA, USAID. He was appointed White House Liaison to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security on January 21, 2009, where he facilitated key DHS public engagements. Prior to his appointment,
Braun focused on cybersecurity issues. He serves in the President’s Circle on the Chicago Council on Global Affairs and as a strategic advisor to the Department of Homeland Security and the Pentagon on cybersecurity. He was the co-founder and CEO of CGA. As of 2018, CGA was advising the U.S. Department of Homeland Security on policy, workforce development and other cybersecurity issues. Braun also served as Managing Director of Cambridge Global Capital where he identifies investment opportunities and raises capital for cybersecurity and other start-up companies.
In 2017, following intelligence reports highlighting Russian hacking attempts and interference in the 2016 presidential election, Braun co-founded DEF CON’s Voting Village as an effort to illuminate vulnerabilities in domestic election security. The event was renewed in 2018 and 2019 and featured additional components of U.S. election infrastructure including the hacking of mock Secretary of State websites.^[14] In cooperation with DEF CON, Braun has co-authored two works on election infrastructure cyber vulnerabilities, The DEF CON 25 and 26 Voting Village Reports.
On February 13, 2018, in a hearing titled “Defending Our Democracy: Building Partnerships to Protect America’s Elections,” Braun testified before the U.S. House Homeland Committee on his election security work with CPI and DEF CON.
Braun is the Executive Director for the 2018-founded Cyber Policy Initiative (CPI) at the University of Chicago Harris School of Public Policy. In August 2020, Braun worked with CPI to launch the Election Cyber Surge initiative, an effort to bridge the cyber workforce gap by connecting election officials to volunteer cybersecurity technologists.^] As a lecturer at the Harris School, his courses include “Cyber Security in the Digital Age” and “The Intersection of Cyber Threats and Human Rights.”
In February 2021, Braun was appointed as a Senior Advisor to the DHS Management Directorate. His initial focus will be on managing and recruiting cybersecurity professionals.

Looking at Mr. Braun’s career only leaves one to wonder. How does anyone graduate from a few Mid-Western colleges, go into journalism in Chicago and Taiwan and wind up appointed to the White House as a Senior Security Advisor for the Department of Homeland Security?

At first glance, Mr. Braun’s career shows a strong connection to the DNC in the Chicago area. In fact, being the National Deputy field Director for the Obama Campaign in 2008. The time he spent campaigning in Chicago undoubtedly opened the door. Braun served on the Presidential Transition Team in 2008-2009 for the Obama Administration as Deputy Director for the National Security Agencies Review, which oversaw the agency review process for the State Department, DOD, DHS, CIA, USAID. How could this have been? He held dominion over National Intelligence Operations. How does managing an election prepare you to review the intelligence community? With the clear and now oh-so-obvious weaponizing of our Intelligence Branches as arms of the DNC, it is easy to imagine that Mr. Braun’s job may have very well been to begin the probing of agencies for operatives with the hopes of stacking the deck. It isn’t hard to imagine. Every administration does this. HOWEVER, the Obama Administration had a clear-cut agenda – the destruction of America aka “The 16-year Plan.” I believe Mr. Braun was at the very bedrock of this plan. Recruiting operatives in the intelligence community would have been mandatory in the buildup we see leading to the “Comey FBI” and the “Brennan CIA” and Fisagate.

Perhaps Mr. Braun was so good at recruiting and election management that’s how he wound up instituting the Voting Village at the DEFCON. DEFCON is one of the world’s largest and most notable hacker conventions, held annually in Las Vegas, Nevada. The first DEFCON took place in June 1993 and today many attendees at DEF CON include computer security professionals, journalists, lawyers, federal government employees, security researchers, students, and hackers with a general interest in software, computer architecture, hardware modification, conference badges, and anything else that can be “hacked”. The event consists of several tracks of speakers about computer- and hacking-related subjects, as well as cyber-security challenges and competitions. Contests held during the event are extremely varied and can range from creating the longest Wi-Fi connection to finding the most effective way to cool a beer in the Nevada heat.

To put into perspective, Mr. Braun’s career began to focus on cybersecurity issues. The 2016 election by Braun’s own words was “hacked by the Russians.” He responded by setting up the Voting Village in 2017. Seeing Braun’s strong allegiance to all things DNC one can’t help but wonder exactly what he hoped to accomplish there. We can be sure he met some of the best hackers on the planet. He would have also worked hand in hand with Alex Halderman who is a VIP at the DEF CON.

During the Obama years Braun was the co-founder and CEO of Cambridge Global Advisors. As of 2018, CGA was advising the U.S. Department of Homeland Security on policy, workforce development and other cybersecurity issues. Braun also served as Managing Director of Cambridge Global Capital where he identified investment opportunities and raised capital for cybersecurity and other start-up companies. In 2013, Jake founded CGA as a bipartisan (there is nothing Bipartisan about Jake Braun) national security strategic advisory firm with former federal government officials Christopher Burnham and Jane Holl Lute. He brought with him experience from DHS on a variety of high-profile issues including efforts to modernize the DHS cybersecurity workforce, coordinate crisis communications around the 2010 Deepwater Horizon Gulf Oil Spill and advance a historic data sharing agreement between the United States and the European Union. Mr. Braun would be the perfect Deep State back channel… but for who?

Yes, you read that right. While an appointee and advisor to DHS, Braun contracts through his own business to do essentially the same job. Let’s look at CGA:

Perspective: Braun helps to get Obama elected after working his way up through the Chicago DNC. Braun gets a string of cozy appointments centering on homeland security and the intelligence community. Braun has his own business which handles all the above and so contracts with the government to do essentially the same thing Braun was appointed to do by Obama. Can you say, “double dipping?” But hold on it gets better.

In a CNET article Braun clearly lays out the plan to protect the election… which might just be the plan to steal the election of 2020.

“As special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation on Russian hacking and collusion with the Trump campaign ends, the Department of Homeland Security is gearing up to prevent a repeat for the 2020 US presidential election.

The federal agency, which formed the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency last November, said that it’s “doubling down” on its efforts, calling election security for 2020 a top priority.

It hopes to do that by focusing on local election officials, Matt Masterson, a DHS senior adviser on election security, said in an interview with CNET.

“It may actually be the most important part of the entire infrastructure, these local county officials,” said Jake Braun, executive director of the University of Chicago’s Cyber Policy Initiative and co-founder of the Defcon Voting Machine Hacking Village.

Before the election in 2016, the DHS didn’t have an established network of election officials to work with on security issues. It wasn’t until hacking threats became a national concern during the last presidential election that the DHS ramped up its efforts.

The emphasis on local, represents a new tact as the DHS tries to shut down foreign interference in the US elections. While the agency worked with all 50 states during the 2018 midterm elections, security experts said the outreach needs to zoom in on a county level. There are about 8,800 county election officials across the US, and they are the people responsible for your voting machines, your polling place’s security and handling vote auditing.”

As we look at Braun now, back in the White House, stepped down from CGA, he lives the life lecturing. In a Q&A from a March 2021 Braun is found espousing the rhetoric of his leftist masters in talking about the vaccines:

“I was just sworn in last week, and it’s already been a whirlwind. With COVID-19 naturally causing disruptions for workflow, a change in administration from one party to the other, the SolarWinds cyberattack, and more, it’s a bit of a perfect storm. Then you’ve got the need for DHS to coordinate response to really important priorities – from helping FEMA coordinate vaccinations and COVID-19 response to helping locate the families that had been separated at the border.”

Present day:

Jake Braun Appointed as Senior Adviser to DHS Management Directorate
President Joe Biden has selected Jake Braun, founding partner and former CEO of Cambridge Global Advisors, to serve as Senior Adviser to the Department of Homeland Security Management Directorate.
Braun will share his expertise with a directorate tasked with handling budgets, appropriations (he who controls the money…), expenditure of funds, accounting and finance, procurement, human resources and personnel, and information technology systems.
The appointment marks Braun’s return to the federal government after a previous stint as the DHS-White House liaison during the Obama Administration, Homeland Security Today reported.
Throughout his career, Braun has been dedicated to leading cybersecurity and national security efforts.

Could such a prestigious appointment be payment in full for organizing the Big Steal? With Obama, we see Braun worked in the field and was rewarded abundantly by Obama. So, what did he do to get appointed by Biden? He didn’t work on the campaign… he worked on the election… and he fixed it. Could that even be possible? Follow the next article in this series.
