Saudi warplanes targeted the Yemen Petroleum Company facility in the Al-Sabaha area west of Sanaa, according to Al-Masirah. Yemeni Armed Forces (YAF) spokesperson Brigadier General Yahya Saree cited a source at the company confirming that its Al-Sabaha station was empty of petroleum products and that the targeted facility has no military significance.

The Yemeni Armed Forces (YAF) released a statement on the afternoon of 13 October urging Saudi citizens to “evacuate” areas near Aramco’s headquarters in Dammam, King Khalid Airport in Riyadh, and Aramco’s Riyadh refinery.
“The YAF call on all citizens to evacuate immediately and stay away from the targets that our armed forces will strike if the Saudi enemy proceeds with its announced plan to target the following sites in the capital, Sanaa,” the YAF said.
The statement comes in response to a Saudi evacuation order targeting civilians near the Yemen Oil Company site at Al-Sabaha Central Station in Sanaa, the Yemeni capital.
The Saudi-led coalition in Yemen released a map showing the targeted area.

“The Joint Forces Command of the Coalition requests civilians to evacuate the site of the Yemeni Oil Company at Al-Sabaha Central Station in Sanaa, according to the illustrative map of the site, for their safety,” said the coalition spokesman.
Overnight, Sanaa targeted Riyadh’s main airport yet another time after heavily bombarding the facility over the weekend. It also renewed its warnings for all companies to adhere to the YAF blockade on Saudi airports.
“The YAF renew the warning to all employees, including experts, engineers, and workers at all Saudi oil facilities, to stay away from locations that constitute targets for our forces, so as not to put their lives at risk, whether these locations have been targeted previously or not,” it said.
“They also renew their warning to airlines operating in the previously announced airspaces and airports, as well as to passengers and personnel working at those airports,” the YAF added.
Saudi warplanes escalated indiscriminate bombardment of Yemen on 13 October as Sanaa’s retaliatory operations continued. Riyadh airport remains shut due to the weekend strike that hit the facility.
Saudi Arabia’s energy sites, military facilities, and airports remain under fire.
The US State Department on 12 October issued a level three travel advisory urging US citizens to reconsider travel to Saudi Arabia “due to risk of drone and missile targeting of American interests.”
